my fish wasn't cooked through the batter wasn't cooked through. didn't enjoy it at all .

I've ordered from them before, and they've not let me down yet.

Came early delivery lady was lovely .food is amazing as usal !

Cold food delivery was registeredas delivered in the time frame provided however the food had not been delivered. Called the restaurant the man said it wasn't his fault was just eat drivers fault. Food turned up 15 mins after stated time and freezing cold. Won't be ordering again.

Food was early as always and great food. Chips where so good ,sausage battered was amazing !! Decided have it in bun this time instead the chips really good!! Sauce was nice as always. Deliver driver was kind thank u again will see u again in two weeks!!

Food was very early but was cold the only thing that was hot was the curry sauce was disappointed considering I’ve always used this place maybe just a one off will use again as this is only first time it’s happened so will give another chance as normally it is very good food

Delivery was faster than expected and the food was piping hot. It tasted good, although the battered sausages and fish were a bit sloppy rather than crispy. Chips were very pale, smelt a bit odd and also soft rather than crisp. Too much oil I think. Would definitely give them another go because, despite the texture, overall it did taste lovely & no one left anything!

Worst chips I’ve had in the area. The whole meal was completely inedible. Chips were cold and chewy and a bizarre mix of overdone and undercooked. Spring rolls were burnt but watery and the curry sauce was runny. Very disappointing.

Best curry sauce and chips I'm Norwich and good prices for big portions. Had a really friendly chat.

Ordered the cod and chips and battered sausage and chips. The timing was brilliant and the driver found me without any problems, however, the chips needed to be cooked for longer. They felt like they were dumped in for 5 seconds and pulled out. It is the same with the sausages. Batter wasn't what I thought was cooked enough. I feel everything should be fried for a bit longer guys. Otherwise I think this place could be great. I used you because of the reviews which were very mix and matched so it seemed that I could rely on the results more. It was a real shame.

Thought we’d try here after not having it since moving from aylsham road. Absolutely guttering, we wish we’d of never bothered. Chips are greasy and batter was soggy due to being dug in the middle of chips.. and almost every food item we had tasted of some sort of cleaning product. Wouldn’t even let my dog eat it, waste of money. Shame

I've eaten here a few times but this wasn't the best. The staff are always friendly and efficient. The food however was another thing, the chips were chewy and both pieces of fish were in a slightly soggy batter. None of the classic fish with the crisp bubbling batter you expect from a chippy. I will use them again as I hope this was a blip, but the batter, especially, was very disappointing

Really disappointed with this chip shop, I don’t generally leave reviews but after stopping here after a hard days work , to get home with a funny smelling food and out of date cans of drinks . I will not be visiting again

If I could give this place 10 stars I would. I may have been a lucky one, but I’ve ordered from this place….lots. Every single time the chips have been spot on for us, never had a bad order, or items wrong or missing. The burgers tonight were lovely. In fact we’ve had everything off the menu and I just can’t fault it. Chicken is my favourite from this place. But frankly I love everything. Portions are generous. It’s always hot. Drivers are lovely. Consistently the best chippy. We love it anyway.
