Star Fish Bar in Norwich

Took the driver over an hour to get to us, and food was cold. Not really sure what they are doing but over 2 hours to get fish n chips cooked and to your door is not my idea of fast food. Unacceptable won’t be using star fish bar again.

would be more fish on a lidl value fish finger, chips like cardboard......thats me done with just eat cause 8 times out of 10 things you order are pretty much rank

shocking service. Rang the restaurant 3 times and was told driver was 5 minutes ago followed by 'he's at your door'. When I rang the 3rd time the man who answered told me it wasn't his fault and couldn't do anything as he wasn't the driver. Awful service, would not use again.

Great fish & chips and speedy delivery

chips were cold and soggy, batter was soggy. At least the curry sauce was OK...

80 minute wait for a 2 minute drive. Driver didn't knock, didn't call and Just eat didn't refund me because apparently he did - never using Justeat or this restaurant again

food not very good. Dry and over cooked. Never had such bad food from them. All I can think is that food had been reheated. maybe that is why it arrived so quickly. so disappointed, this is the fist time their food was so bad.. All given to the 🐕

The fish needs a little bit of salt to have a better taste. The chips need to be more crispy. Maybe people like it this way but I like it to be crispy. The cod is nicer than the plaice.

bit disappointed, the whole meal was not hot enough , the batter on my fish was soggy , chips were OK, overall not a terribly good experience, sorry for the negativety , dont usually have any complaints......

Cold food delivery was registeredas delivered in the time frame provided however the food had not been delivered. Called the restaurant the man said it wasn't his fault was just eat drivers fault. Food turned up 15 mins after stated time and freezing cold. Won't be ordering again.

Delivery was faster than expected and the food was piping hot. It tasted good, although the battered sausages and fish were a bit sloppy rather than crispy. Chips were very pale, smelt a bit odd and also soft rather than crisp. Too much oil I think. Would definitely give them another go because, despite the texture, overall it did taste lovely & no one left anything!

Worst chips I’ve had in the area. The whole meal was completely inedible. Chips were cold and chewy and a bizarre mix of overdone and undercooked. Spring rolls were burnt but watery and the curry sauce was runny. Very disappointing.

Ordered the cod and chips and battered sausage and chips. The timing was brilliant and the driver found me without any problems, however, the chips needed to be cooked for longer. They felt like they were dumped in for 5 seconds and pulled out. It is the same with the sausages. Batter wasn't what I thought was cooked enough. I feel everything should be fried for a bit longer guys. Otherwise I think this place could be great. I used you because of the reviews which were very mix and matched so it seemed that I could rely on the results more. It was a real shame.
