On holiday here in Ossett from Germany 🇩🇪, 1st day here and it had to be fish & chips for me, not had them since October 2024! We lived here in Ossett for 18 years before moving to Germany in March 2018. Barracuda fisheries were the best back then & still are.

Great chippy. We come from Rotherham and there's no better chip shop. Great value for money.

Delicious Fish & Chips – A Must-Try! We visit this place once a fortnight its my sons favourite. From the moment you walk in, the staff are welcoming and friendly. The fish is perfectly cooked—golden, crispy batter on the outside and tender, flaky fish on the inside. It freshly cooked every time. What really stands out is the portion size and value for money. Generous servings at a great price make this spot even better. I also appreciated that everything is served piping hot and not greasy, which is a big plus for a fish and chip shop.

I absolutely love this place for fish n chips, I get haddock, which is like eating a steak, soo chunky and meaty EVERY time, the chips are equally as brilliant, I go nowhere else eva!!

From the aroma outside, through to the "scraps" this is a fish n chip shop that concentrates on a core menu and delivers excellence. This excellence extends to the service from the team. Great to see a thriving local business.

Cuando entras no hay cuerpo para servirte como el must watch you coming vía a camera in the lounge hay un dispensador de refrescos está sucio el pescado y las patatas fritas eran asquerosos después de comerlos toda la familia tenía malestar estomacal también donde servían la comida estaba sucio dice que tiene una clasificación por estrellas no le daré ninguna

Fantastic staff food delicious freshly cooked

Great bar with friendly efficient staff. Good rock music, definitely worth a visit if you are in the area. Also the pizza was delicious!!

We visited The Ring o Bells on the 28th May 2025 .l can honestly say the meal was excellent one of the best we have had there. The service was good very friendly and polite staff. We would highly recommend it.
