Disgusting place! The owner is extremely rude and cheated me of £2 by giving me short change. When asked about it, he became aggressive and threw insults at me, eg saying I didn’t understand english! Absolutely would not recommend! Stay away from this place!

We have eaten here often, not a great fan of the queues however you will not be disappointed. Fresh white fish crisp batter crisp scraps and well cooked chips. LOVE this chippie it produces fantastic fresh produce every single day. Never let us down and we have had many as we stay in Saltburn-By-The-Sea for a week twice a year as well as visit for day trips.

We ordered a chicken srip meal and chicken burger and got chicken wings and a chicken burger, allocated time was between 12-15 minutes, we waited 40min and only realised when we got home that they did not cook the chicken strips.

Food tasted good but had to wait an extra 45 mins for delivery and all food was cold 🥶 I would order again as this was a first time experience just to see if thae same thing happens again gutted and didn’t enjoy eating it after waiting so long

We were made very welcome in front of the fire. We have a well behaved golden doodle dog who settled down and slept while we had tea gluten free burger and chips. Medium cod and scampi combo. They gave the chips from this to my husband as he loves extra chips. It is licensed It is small and the young man who served us was very sociable

Ci siamo fermati per una cena veloce a fine vacanza, purtroppo abbiamo dovuto cenare fuori dal locale perché il cane non poteva entrare (nonostante non fosse specificato con cartelli) e per tutta la cena i figli dei proprietari ci hanno disturbato spaventando il nostro cane facendo scoppiare palloncini e prendendoci in giro nonostante gli avessimo detto ripetutamente di smettere. Poiché nessun adulto è intervenuto nonostante fosse palese il nostro disagio, abbiamo lasciato il locale prima di finire di mangiare. Il cibo di scarsa qualità: le patatine molto probabilmente riscaldate e non preparate sul momento.

La carne de kebab estaba completamente fría. le dio el kebab al perro e incluso el perro se alejó de él. Justo hoy volví a decirle al hombre 1 sobre estar sobrecargado y 2 la carne estaba fría pensando que apreciaría mi respeto al hablar con él sin clientes alrededor, pero su actitud era totalmente repugnante también. Recomiendo encarecidamente a cualquiera que evite esta tienda de patatas fritas sobrepreciosas y de mala calidad. Si el hombre tuviera más modales sobre él, lo dejarías pasar, pero he estado entrando aquí más tiempo del que él mismo ha estado allí. También mis amigos se han quejado de la actitud de este hombre.
