Terrible chips not fresh 2 nd time had this happen used from previous opening I expect dry crinkled and tasteless come on don’t be that tight you can’t afford to lose customers reheating chips

The Best Fish & Chips I have ever eaten. I travelled from Colchester and it was worth it. Staff friendly and helpful, food couldn't fault and delivered on China plates and metal cutlery to add to the eating experience instead of a cardbox and bamboo knives and forks.

Bottomless brunch was awful, far far too loud at 4pm, food was disgusting and drinks watered down

They really need to learn how to cook a savaloy. It was rock hard, dry and inedible. Chips were only partially cooked and battered sausage greasy. Very very disappointed, won't go again

Tasty chips. Sometimes it's a bit busy, but that's because it's a good place, and I can tell the staff are always working as fast they can

Was over charged as the order was wrong and when we questioned this we were told in no un certain terms that we had ordered wrongly .Very rude .

Fish and chips here are excellent quality, which is the reason for 5 stars. Well seasoned battered fish, and great tasting chips. I dropped a star because I did try a battered sausage here though, and it was the worst battered sausage I've ever had at a fish and chip shop. Seriously needs reviewing and changing out. Sausage was cheap, weird flavour with a soggy texture. I still rate the actual fish and chips top, just keep away from the battered sausage.

Go to Codfellas instead! Been ordering from here for years, mainly just because I like the chilli sauce however after our order tonight, I’ll never order again. Garlic sauce was like actual water, the pizzas were so thin that the toppings just slopped off, paid £3 odd for chips to get literally less than a handful of green/black chips. Whole meal was rank, we couldn’t eat it, went in the bin. Don’t know how they can charge so much, waste of £33.

Traditional Fish & Chips by the Sea. Simply Best chip shop chips I've tasted in a long time took me back to being a kid. There is a queue most of the day but this moves super quick and is just showing how good the food is worth a couple minutes wait. Home made curry sauce

The order was very late and missing two items of the order. I requested a update no answer so ended up ring it still didn't move things forward. And to add that two items were missing from the order has put us off using Belle Vue again.

Ordered on just eat and messaged 45 minutes later order was cancelled as they couldn't make it. In the past have had missing items they gave sent a refund for but this is ridiculous.

I haven't been here for a while and the service and food quality has gone down hill dramatically - I won't be coming back anytime soon!!!
