The best restaurants serving Seafood food in England

A bit disappointed with some of the food today (crab bisque was just salty and watery) which was such a shame as we have always really enjoyed the food here (mussels were great). We will be back as it hasn't put us off though.

Esperé más de media hora solo para que nos dijeran que ni siquiera habían comenzado con nuestra comida y nos miraron confundidos como por qué estamos sentados aquí. Tan lento y absolutamente ridículo. Pedí un reembolso y la mujer directamente dijo que no £ 30, ridículamente caro para 2 comidas pequeñas y una comida para niños. Evitar a toda costa.

Thought we'd try here on the way back after a day out, on Bank Holiday Monday. First time we've ever been here, but we'll definitely be back. The staff were absolutely lovely & helpful. The lady that served us was really cheerful and welcoming. We got sauage, chips & curry sauce x2 and a sausage & chips to take out. It was so tasty, hot, fresh, brilliantly cooked and great portion sizes. The chips were really nice and the curry sauce a great flavour. The lady who served us told us there's 2 levels of spice available for the curry and also that it has little bits (not fruit) in it, making sure we were happy with what we were ordering. I have definitely found my favourite chippy in Preston and will definitely eat here again.

Hi, had mixed kebab with salad, chips and a curry sauce, kebeb was ok! Chips like cardboard and flavourless watery curry sauce, had one like this before, no names, won’t bother again. Really disappointed, used to be faultless, shame.

We always use this place when in Bridgnorth. The cod and chips are great - so good that we don’t eat fish and chips when we’re at home and wait until our ‘next’ visit to Bridgnorth to have them there. The curry sauce has its own unique flavour too but it tastes sooooo nice!

W J Rowe, or more commonly Rowe's, is a superb Fish and Chip shop with a good selection of Fish, Pies, Sausages, etc. Mushy Peas can be obtained plain or with mint sauce (recommended). Staff are friendly and helpful. Can get busy at times (Friday evening for example) so pick your moment to check it out.

One of best kebabs I’ve had hot chilli sauce is class,staff friendly and quick service loads of meat and side order of chips were good

Second visit here and food is nice. Such a shame though that some of the cutlery was dirty and the plate was so obviously unclean! Dried on red food stains under my scampi and chips. No way this wouldn’t have been noticed. Sorry, not acceptable for the money paid

Fantastic dining experience. My partner and I spent a wonderful evening here. Excellent food and wine, perfect service. Well worth the money!

went in the other day ,for the same order regular below £5 , paid on card a few times , now the woman that worked there a long time tells me unless i spend £5 or above i can not pay on my card , wont spend much in here now THANKS

How can the chips be burnt, soggy, greasy, hard and undercooked all at the same time I commend you on what should be an unachievable task what an extremely disappointing meal do not let this shops fancy look trick you worst chips in all my life

We always get our fish and chips from Keswick when we visit the Lakes. Always amazing. This time we wanted to try and support local small businesses which is so important nowadays Unfortunately won’t be coming back to here, oily fish and butter of the sausages came off them before we even started eating.Oil definitely not fresh. Very disappointed.Curry sauce was nice.We will stick to Keswick main street in the future as they know how to run the business.

The most gorgeous fish & chips ever!! All fresh and cooked to perfection! Long queue, but we know why now….its that popular! You don’t mind waiting for beautiful food like that! We will be back x

We booked No1 for a private function, the size of the space was perfect and the food was excellent! The staff are so friendly it felt like they were apart of the celebration and chris the manager was so understanding of our arrangements and nothing was too much trouble. Thank you No1
