My friend and I went to Lancing today with our babies (1 year old and 7 month old). We were made extremely welcome by the staff at the tea room. They couldnât have been more accommodating. I had a cheese scone and it was both delicious and an extremely reasonable cost. The staff there were very friendly towards our babies and we will definitely going back! I would 100% recommend this to any families.

Absolutamente me encanta este lugar. Naeem hace jugos increĂbles y es tan comunitario. Una visita a Wholesome Juicery es un placer para el cuerpo, la mente y el alma.

On our way to an early kick off at Arsenal (stadium is very close). We normally have breakfast at the Wetherspoons, but for some inexplicable reason it was closed (on a match day morning?!). Am quite glad it was as we spotted this place just down the road, so gave it a try. Excellent full English breakfast, fresh cooked, tasty, chunky bread toast, good coffee. And a similar price to Wetherspoons, apart from no unlimited coffee refills, with lots of other choices. The lunch etc menu looked good and plentiful too. All served quickly and by friendly staff. Wetherspoons - I think you've lost our business on match days!

Excellent coffee and handily located for the castle and when passing through. The cakes are sometimes homemade but the bought in Victoria sponge I had was pretty good. The pricing is VERY competitive and the service friendly. Altogether a positive experience.

Best coffee on our trip through England so far and that includes some pretty big cities including London. We stumbled upon this container and counted ourselves lucky. The owner/barista was very pleasant and chatted briefly about the inception of the place and his expansion. We got 2 cappuccinos and the barista made some fancy artwork in the milk. I also got a piece of pastry from a local baker which was super fresh and to die for. The cappuccino tasted amazing, very rarely, outside of Italy, do you get a cappuccino thatâs made with a great tasting bean, not bitter, but strong and a hint of sweet and then the perfect froth on top thatâs not too milky or foamy. This one was PERFECT. Aside from that, I loved the furniture made out of pallets and the tastefully decorated container. I could have happily stayed longer, sipping cappuccinos in the sun there, but unfortunately there was no bathroom on site. As the season picks up, maybe a portable??

Came here on the recommendation of others and really glad that we did. Great to see a local place that has genuine passion for what it does. The ciders were great, we tried a fair few between us (thanks designated driver) from fruity to traditional to the driest thing I've ever tasted - good to try new things. The pizzas were a real bonus - really tasty and a bit out of the ordinary too. We did have a bit of an issue with one aspect of service and I contacted the Cider Tap afterwards to try and resolve but never heard back. That did put a bit of a downer on things but overall, excellent drinks and spot-on pizza.

Had to travel through an antique shop up flights of stairs but this gem was hidden at the top. Opposite harry ramsdens on the corner. It is easy to walk past. Gluten free coeliac friendly cakes - I had choc and banana and it was melt in the middle ecstasy. Could also have things like chips - we all know in the community how just a portion of safe chips is everything. Prices are so cheap too. They definitely underprice themselves I felt. Also knowledge of local area for great food options :)

We are a group three couples who stumbled across this lovely cafe whilst walking the Hartwith Round. The coffee and all the cakes were absolutely delicious served by a very welcoming and friendly face. It is in an idyllic location and I would do the walk again just to enjoy this little cafe. A little gem of a place which puts some warmth into your heart.
