The Shaw Cafe in Camden - Phone Number, Reservations, Reviews

This is a student canteen for LSE. I went with my student daughter but I’ll be going back whenever I’m nearby. Wonderful veggie and vegan food, £5.90 for a large plateful. I had the stuffed peppers, quinoa salad and beetroot slaw, all super fresh and delicious. Great coffee too. Nice friendly atmosphere and lovely staff:)

The Shaw Café is part of the London School of Economics, but it is open to the public, and sells exclusively vegetarian and vegan food. There is a fairly wide range of dishes, including salads. I sampled the vegetarian pasties, which were excellent. The café offers takeaway and dine-in facilities. Don’t be put off by the queue! It moves fast, and is a tribute to the excellent quality of the food, and there is ample seating.
