Lovely cocktails and great decor. Service was good but a little slow at times. We didn't book, but we recommend booking as it got very busy towards the end of our visit

Chateau Denmark – A Rock & Roll Mirage? As a true fan of rock and roll and any sin city, I was excited to visit Chateau Denmark last Friday. On the surface, it looks fantastic—dim lighting, edgy décor, and a promise of that raw, rebellious energy. However, I’m not entirely convinced it delivers the atmosphere it aims for. The space is far smaller than the photos suggest, creating an intimate setting, but the central seating layout is odd. A ring of tables around the edge, filled with dressed-up, would-be rock stars, leaves those in the middle feeling like they’re on display. The small tables barely fit two cocktails and a bottle of water—let alone sushi, if you dare order it. On the service side, the security and manager were excellent, but the waiting staff carried an ironic air of pretentiousness that clashed with the rock and roll aesthetic. Their outfits fit the part, but the attitude felt misplaced. A particularly amusing moment was when a menu fell onto our sushi, only to be met with a sarcastic remark. I wanted this to be the new underground hangout it’s trying to be, but I’m not sure I’ll be rushing back. That said, credit where it’s due—the prices are surprisingly reasonable for central London. Would I recommend it? If you’re after a stylish setting with a hint of rebellion (but not too much), maybe. If you’re chasing the authentic rock and roll experience… you might want to keep looking.

A beautiful bar with really good sushi. I usually visit in the evening, but today I had lunch there, and the Poke bowls are amazing! Thanks to James the new bar manager for the great service and warm welcome... Thirteen is our go to in Soho, already looking forward to the next time.

The cocktails were average, but I really enjoyed their flavors. The venue is quite successful in terms of price-performance. The decor is elegant and high-quality, creating a pleasant atmosphere.

Terrible service, okay cocktails. Style over substance, there are so many better bars around that area.

Cool bar, good vibes. Service staff were lovely but over worked and busy - took some time to be seated & we’re just stood in the doorway for a while and then drinks themselves took a fair amount of time. Great decor and cool interior though!

We had a lovely couple of hours here celebrating my daughter’s 18 th . Very nice cocktails and the food was good as well . It was nice and busy but didn’t feel overcrowded and the staff were very attentive. We would definitely go back .

I thoroughly enjoyed my time at The Thirteen I didn’t want to leave! The cocktails are absolutely delicious and served in generously sized glasses, much larger than the usual cocktail portions, all while remaining reasonably priced compared to other bars in central. On top of that, the atmosphere is incredible. Don’t forget to take a moment to admire the stunning interiors the main bar is truly a work of art. A fantastic spot for drinks and a great vibe overall!

Booked an area for 15 ppl for my birthday but we were squashed into a corner where people sitting in the middle couldn’t get out, there weren’t enough seats for our party so we had people who were just standing at the end!! They only did table service so that service charge could be added to your bill and refused to let anyone get drinks from the bar. Complete con as the service was not adequate, friends were arriving and waiting for ages before we got their attention for a drink. Will not be going back! Disappointing experience unfortunately.

No podía fallar este lugar en absoluto. Muchos otros bares de hotel dicen tener este ambiente y a menudo están vacíos. No es el caso aquí (en una noche de sábado al menos).

Nice atmosphere and staff, the pisco sours were good but we found two of our cocktails not to be particularly great, one of which was an Old Fashioned which as a basic cocktail for a fancy cocktailier is kind of unforgivable.

I really enjoyed myself there and our waiter Jonatan was amazing and funny. He even suggested that I get something different from the cosmopolitan and suggested this really nice drink that I ended up having twice. His approach was very friendly and very knowledgeable of the drinks. Had an amazing time and it was my sister‘s birthday so they gave her these little Mochi desserts, the peanut butter Mochi tasted like Reese‘s pieces it was delicious 😍 I enjoyed my time there and the vibe was very upbeat but calm and mysterious. Definitely would visit again!!

Lovely cocktails with very attentive service, in stunning bar

Last Thursday, I randomly visited this place. Joaquim, the bartender, is a true artist—his cocktails are not only expertly crafted but also full of creativity and flavor. He knows how to make each drink a unique experience. Vlad, the manager, ensures everything runs smoothly with warmth and professionalism, making every guest feel welcome. Together, they create a fantastic atmosphere, making the bar a must-visit! Highly recommended!

Had a girls night here and it was lovely! Relaxed environment, decent cocktails and excellent staff. Waiter (sorry can't remember his name but he was bald) was good at recommending drinks and everyone was friendly!

Brilliant place close to Tottenham Court Rd underground. Really cool vibes and great cocktails however the staff and service were the highlight for me. You could tell they loved their job. The three bar staff kept us entertained all night, great chat and a masterclass in good cocktails. We tried just about one of everything on the menu and even some off the menu items recommended by the staff, all of which were excellent. I'll be back next time I'm in London.

My favourite cocktail spot in London. State of the art fit out that transcends you to another dimension! Cocktail menu is very innovative and on brand, prices are really reasonable for the quality and area. Food is really lovely and well put together. Staff is absolutely incredible and manages to deliver a unique, well looked after experience every single time, even when it's incredibly busy. Love you guys and can't wait to be back! 🖤

A really excellent and stylish venue in the heart of the west end. Gluten Free options if you are allergic and the venue really put in the effort to help which was really appreciated. Food was very tasty and reasonably priced. Wonderful cocktails and venue is perfect for a date Night. Would definitely go again.

11 of us on a hen do came to this bar without a booking as the bar we had booked let us down last minute. The service we got was exceptional from the moment we walked in! Jonny seated us in the private bar downstairs usually used for booked events, offered us an aux to play our own music and even gave us takeaway cups when we left to go to our next booking. He was great, the drinks were amazing and the decor is fantastic!

I stopped in around 5pm last Saturday and had a Meantime IPA and a Casa Dragones Anejo Tequila that was barrel aged and had a whisky like smoothness and peppery, Smokey finish. As I like aviation, one of the barmen noticed the RAF symbol on my had a and chatted to me about his time in the Spanish parachute regiment and the other bar tender was a music fan and guitarist and we discussed guitar playing and my purchase of some guitar pedals from local guitar shops. Both were really friendly and welcoming. The surrounding is very extravagant and feels luxurious. There is a fantastic function room downstairs also.

Called in before our matinee Sister Act, warm welcome & the guy was really helpful with the menu ..we had the £12 lunch of miso soup , crispy katsu chicken poke bowl & soft drink .it was delicious. Beautiful, comfortable room & the toilets are really nice , loved the taps .free WiFi, just perfect.

Amazing! Service and drinks were top notch. A must visit and stay at the hotel. The bartender was extremely efficient as well as informative about the history of the place and even gave us a tour of the private bar.

Wow! What a place! An amazing interior with a great bar and really cool vibes! The drinks are proper good - well balanced with a kick, and not bland. I was at a bar and was letting the bartender choose my drinks, he didn’t miss any, it was a gorgeous experience!!

13.5% service charge is not advertised on the menu, contrary to the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Not only do they break the law, they have the audacity to ask for a tip on the card machine as well. Other than that, everything was great 👍 Taking off a star for CRA violation

I Good evening, On Saturday I’ve suggested to my friends to go to 13 LDN. Had a great night, Stagg looking after us were nice. Just noticed at our arrival an infant left unattended at the bar pre-entrance. It felt a bit awkward. I hope that is not a usual practice. Overall a decent experience

Fantastic venue, food, drinks & staff (all of the hosts were superb, friendly & funny). Live band on a Wednesday night was an added bonus, and we had some of the best sushi rolls in London! Cannot wait to return.

Not expected much but sushi was lovely - fresh and tasty, well presented- we tried quite a few and they all were delicious. Cocktails great too, atmosphere just right, people pretty chilled and relaxed. Got the discount through the Fork which made it even better, well worth the money and will definitely recommend and come back.

We had the most wonderful and intimate evening. We were looked after all evening by Vlad and he was an amazing host and conversationalist.

Great atmosphere. There is a dj playing but you can still hold a conversation with the music background. Service is great and the sushi is so tasty. 100% recommended. I will come back.

It was a nice theme bar, but it was doing to much as you had to have reservation and it was not busy when got there but my friend well insisted that we must go. Nevertheless it's beautiful inside elegant, and I can see if this was a birthday group, date evening. It with having a nice drink and perhaps some sushi

If you're after a spot with a great vibe and eye-catching decor, this place ticks those boxes, especially if you enjoy a cool bar scene. But if you're particular about the flavor of your drinks, it may not hit the mark. The cocktails we tried were decent but leaned a bit too much on the sweet side for our taste.

Fine late evening experience. Great deco, very friendly and professional staff, chilled atmosphere, decent music and amazing food and drinks. I cannot fault Thirteen! We will be back :)

This bar is everything you want a cocktail bar to be! Chic, Stylish, Friendly and amazing cocktails made by experienced mixologists.... Loved every second of our experience here.

What a hidden gem! I had a pleasure to visit yesterday with group of friends and oh my! Staff was amazing, super friendly and informative. Place is beautiful! Because it was 7 of us they let us sit in a private bar with our own bartender even though they were very busy on the ground floor. Drinks were delicious too! Would recommend, would go again!

First and foremost, what a fabulous bar - wow! Very very smart, welcoming staff, super drinks, lovely ambience, superbly decorated - could not fault it. We'd actually gone to check-out Outernet, where we have booked to go and see Priscilla The Party, in April. We wanted to find a venue, for drinks, in order that we could all meet before 'The Party'. Allan (a very charming man at Outernet) suggested Thirteen, and actually walked us around to the bar. It's only a 2-3 minute walk. Thank you, Allan. When we walked into Thirteen - we were certainly greeted with the WOW FACTOR! A super smart, stylish and sophisticated bar. We were pretty early and was offered a booth. There are quite a few booths, you can also sit up the bar. Music wasn't loud, so we could hear ourselves speak. My friend knew what she wanted; an Espresso Martini, but I did not. I left it to a nice gent to make me a cocktail and I must say, it was superb. We only stayed for the one, as we'd been out all day, but before leaving, we booked a booth, to meet our friends, in April. Although something tells me, we will be visiting before then! Drinks were reasonable, considering you're in such a smart establishment - probably the same as the pubs around the corner! The Japanese inspired food, that was dished up next to us, looked fabulous. Wish we hadn't eaten beforehand! When we left, and took the 2 minute walk to Tottenham Court Road, a handsome gent came running behind us. I had stupidly left my shopping purchases behind. He had taken the time, to come and find us, and handed me the bag. I couldn't help but give him a hug - although feeling rather stupid at leaving my bag behind, but what a wonderful gesture - he did not have to do that. I only wish I'd got his name, but I'm hoping that when we go back in April, he is on duty, and I can thank him again. What a wonderful thing to do. It just goes to show the charm, quality and high-standard of the staff at Thirteen. Thank you so so much. So, will we return? Of course, we've already booked. And, being so close to Oxford Street, Charing Cross, Tottenham Court Road and Covent Garden, my thinking is Thirteen will become a great favourite of ours. Going forward, if you're going in peak hours, I'd suggest you book. This venue is very very popular and once Outernet is fully open, and everyone starts discovering Thirteen, it'll be a struggle to get in. Oh, and when I got home, I Googled, to find this place has several floors and a hotel next door, so not only a bar/restaurant on the street level, but other bars within. We absolutely loved it and can't wait to go back.

I met a couple friends there last night and then we were joined by a third. It was my first visit. Great cocktails and nibbles, good atmosphere and excellent value for money as most all the cocktails appeared to be £13. The cocktail we all had was really well made although one of us sported some gold leaf on her lips afterwards. Lovely spot, I will be returning soon.

Atmosphere is great, drinks choice is ok. We managed to get a table for 5 without reservation. Some servers could be more polite and respectful, but others did not let us down. Would go there again with reservation.

Had a reservation, bouncer refused to let us in despite us being in our 30’s, he said he had a strict ID policy yet let a younger looking guy in after us without asking for ID, security said he “goes off vibes” and “can tell how old someone is by looking at them”. Got in finally yet despite booking we had to wait for a table , got seated 10 minutes later, waitress was rude and unfriendly, no greetings, no welcome, no please or thank yous. The only saving grace were the bar staff who made excellent cocktails and the waiter Johnathan, he was so friendly and kind , the drinks were nice, the bar itself was pretty but was let down by rude door staff and waitresses. Will not ever be back here. Waste of time and money.

Sexy, sultry cocktail bar. Perfect date spot.

We were staying at Chateau Denmark so went across the road to use our discount at Thirteen. Friendly and accommodating staff, good cocktails and delicious sushi. Lively atmosphere but not too noisy and we loved the dark and moody interior. The decor is amazing and great for a date night. There were plenty of influencers there getting their photos for the 'gram. Even the security staff were friendly and gave us an umbrella on the way out. Overall we had a fun and special evening out.

I visited here with my wife and friends after seeing the bar pop up on Instagram, it's a very lovely cocktail bar close to Tottenham Court road tube station and Leicester square/soho.Decor and ambience was fab,the cocktails were amazing,my tipple of choice is whisky so I tried both the old fashioned and Penicillin cocktail both were great. I will be visiting here again and recommend it to friends and family

Thirteen has a great atmosphere and is our go to place for drinks in London. We always receive outstanding service - particularly from Johnny, Maya and Sonny.

My friends and I had a lovely time at this bar, we arrived at 4:30 which is on the earlier side so it was a little quiet to start off but soon began getting busy and more lively, the drinks were all really nice, service was on point and all staff were very friendly. I think it’s also a great place to go on a date!

Cocktails were good recommend the mai tai however service wasn’t the best and neither was the music. Good for plus 30 crowd in my opinion
