Wow is all I can say. We we’re a little hesitant, having had a dreadful experience at the caviar place in T3, in September last year but we were definitely wowed here. Bartosz was wonderful and made us the best platter of pastrami, prawn, and smoked salmon toasts, advising us and accommodating our tastes and was absolutely lovely with us. These, washed down with a couple of glasses of champagne, really made a fabulous start to our vacation. Thank you Bartosz for everything you did for us- we are so happy we did not let our previous poor T3 experience affect us visiting you guys in T4. You are definitely a cut above and we will be back😊

I’ve been coming to the Caviar house for many years. Great food, great wine, great service. But unfortunately that time has passed. We arrived at the Caviar house and sat down as usual but something had changed. No King Crab, No Balik Salmon no friendly staff and a wine list decimated. Best wine on offer was a bottle of Sancerre which was average to say the least. Now If you aren’t like me and are happy with a prawn cocktail and a bottle of plonk then this place may still hit the mark for you. But it used to be special catering for all tastes including mine which is for a fine seafood platter and a bottle on Montrachet. The fact that at 3:00pm it was empty bar us 2 and one other couple I think highlights That the new owners are on the wrong track by down scaling. You have missed the point guys.....

As this is the only reasonable food outlet in Terminal 3, had food before a morning flight on 13 June 22. The lady serving may as well have been on her own.... a completely incompetent male "working" in the loosest term was present. Maybe as all the other food outlets are chains, you will always have some customers, but this was not a great experience and complete waste of money.

So we have the Emirates Lounge, Champagne on tap etc. which is good, but Prunier for oysters, a dozen, and a bottle of poo, that means that the ball has started rolling and the holiday has started. Service 5*, and food delicious. I have forgotten what my girlfriend ordered. I can't wait until next time. Always a treat.

Good food and good service. Location was in Heathrow Terminal 4 I had the crab salad and a side order of potato salad. The crab salad was served with a side salad along with bread and butter. I also had a side order of potato salad. The crab tasted very good and was a good size portion. The side salad that it was served with was lightly dressed in a flavoursome dressing. The potato salad tasted good and was a large portion. The staff were both polite and courteous. I would definitely visit again next time I am in Terminal 4.

I’m always making a stop at CH&P when at airports, to take some relax and enjoy ousters or outstanding Balik #1 .... Comparing to other places, one at LHR is not very convenient location nor seating, thereofre not relaxed nor conveniet .... food is same quality as elsewhere, but not same level of experience. I definitelly prefer one at Coppenhagen or Dubai airports.

We try always to eat at this establishment (in Terminal 3 at LHR) whilst awaiting our flight as it seems a great way to start a journey. The seafood is always great and we are also able to get a nice bottle of wine. It is a rather expensive treat but we think well worth it.

My partner and I regularly enjoy some seafood and a glass of fizz before jetting off on holiday and have visited many of the Caviar and Prunier branches on numerous occasions and at various UK airports. It is always a very enjoyable, if not luxurious way, to start your holiday. We enjoyed several glasses of Prosecco, the sumptuous seafood platter and the gravadlax on the evening on 4 May. The quality of the seafood was, as usual, simply outstanding and beautifully presented. However, unfortunately the service left a lot to be desired on this occasion. The female waitress was brusque, surly, unfriendly and very inattentive (possibly Eastern European) with an appalling attitude. She asked if we wanted some bread which never arrived, was quite rude to some Japanese customers and it was difficult to get her attention for the remainder of our visit. She urgently needs some customer service training! In contrast the two male members of staff were both extremely charming, friendly and engaging and took time to chat to us. One other minor gripe - we were charged £3.50 - yes £3.50 for 2 tiny slices of extra bread/toast. We have previously ordered extra bread at no cost and you do not expect such an exhorbitant charge when you are already paying a not inconsiderable sum for exceptional quality seafood. Come on guys ! Even the staff sympathised with us and told us the charge had been imposed in October last year, that “it was the rule” and that they had expressed concerns to senior management about the charge but that “they don’t listen”. Let’s hope senior management are reading and listen to this review....

Great way to add a small extension to the start of a holiday. Quick trip to the Emirates Lounge to deposit our hand luggage and a refreshing juice, then Caviar House. A collection of oysters to kick off, and then a platter of smoked salmon for my girlfriend and a plate of crayfish for me, with a bottle of Champagne. Perfect.

I visited here last November and again in December. The smoked salmon here is outstanding. If you are an oyster lover like myself then the oysters here you must try. Sourced locally from Maldon in Essex they are amongst some of the best I have ever had, they are large succulent and delicious served with lemon, shallots and Tabasco. The service here is always excellent and the staff are always so welcoming and friendly. For me when having oysters it always a must have to drink a couple of glasses of Champagne, I just love a couple of glasses of pink Champagne. My holiday only begins once I have visited here. An absolute must visit if you are a seafood lover. Highly recommend

We have visited this chain in most terminals at Heathrow, most recently Terminal 3 to which this review refers. If one enjoys seafood, this is a very nice place to eat and also enjoy a glass or two of wine. As usual, we had oysters, which were followed by a dish of prawns and another of crayfish with a salad. The food was delicious, as it always has been at this establishment, and we helped it down with a nice bottle of Sauvignon Blanc - a lovely, if somewhat expensive, interlude before a long-haul departure. As always, the staff were very pleasant and helpful.

This review is for CH&P at Terminal 2 (same chain different Terminal). Nicely laid out & presented dining space. Service was a bit "hit & miss". We both indulged in crayfish & mango salads which were most enjoyable. A glass of dry white wine was a bit OTT price-wise as they only give a small measure for £8 ! I suspect the dining area at Terminal 4 is more grand than Terminal 2, but it is still a reasonably quiet & convivial space to relax before a long haul flight.

I knew about this spot from looking at a map for Terminal 3. It is definitely upscale and while some things can get quite pricey - like the caviar - the oysters seemed reasonably priced and were fresh from either France or Ireland. The other item I had was also well prepared and tasty. It is a great place to just relax, chat with fellow travellers - especially if you have a 4 or 5 hour layover.

We had a delicious meal at the Caviar House in T4 with plenty of good wine, which may have contributed to me leaving my mobile phone behind on the counter. The service had been lovely but was outdone by Beata and her colleague's kindness in looking after my phone and going out of their way to return it safely to me. It was very much appreciated. We will be returning for prawn cocktail, gravalax and chilled white wine when we're next in T4. Thank you again for all your kindness!

I had two hours to kill at the airport before my flight. Ordered a bottle of wine (£55) and decided to use time to do some work. The battery in my laptop was very low and I wanted to plug it into one of sockets. However, the staff would let me to charge the laptop only if I use their charger - safety measure (!?!). Their charger has an old USB port, whereas my MacBook does not have it and I could not use it. I wanted to use my charger - not possible . They suggested that I plug charger into plugs in the common waiting area (no need for safety there??). Though, I could not take my drink with me - not allowed to take from the bar area. The manager was not around and none of senior staff was not available. "Great" service.

This seafood bar is usually excellent. The Terminal 2 version had slow service and was not up to the usual standard. The manager on duty was one minute taking payments, handling customers cards and using the pay machines and the very next minute handling bread and toast without gloves or washing hands. If the employees could be a little more customer friendly, have a snappier service and pay attention to food hygiene this review would have had a happier ring to it. Don't take this as a slur on the Caviar House & Prunier name but occasionally these establishments need reminding that just because customers are 'captive' doesn't mean you can let standards slip.

It's a quiet spot in the middle of the shopping area, and on my last journey through, I relaxed with a small bottle of champagne, Balik Gravlax, 50grams of Oscietre Caviar. I visited the Caviar House and Prunier seafood bar at Heathrow in July, with my daughter and son-in-law. There was a shortage of staff on duty, resulting from desperately slow service. What we had was poorly presented and, in my opinion, overpriced. The personel on duty were doing their best but were evidently under-trained. This was not only a bad experience for us, but it is a very bad advertisement for our tourism industry, with many overseas passengers using the airport. We waited over an hour for two seafood platters, 6 oysters and a tsarina meal (smoked salmon). We also had one bottle of white chablis,(£36). Our total bill came to £140, excluding service.
