The best restaurants in United Kingdom serving Seafood food

Paid 15 pound for a special cod, it was large in length but thinner that the fastest chips so half was not enable as it was too well cooked. The fish that I could eat was ok but not worth the money. The chips were ok. I can not understand why it’s so busy as the food was very poor. Looking at the reviews the owners do not care as they seem to make no effort. Will not return 30 pounds for two fish and chips is very expensive.

Previously the best chip shop in Coventry. It had been owned and run by the same people for decades. I used to order online for home delivery a lot. Suddenly the food went massively down hill, pots of lumpy dried out gravy, undercooked fish, dried out chips... I went in to find it had been taken over by somone else. The shop is absolutely filthy. Surprise, surprise, they just got awarded a one star food hygiene rating. Run!

Just bought two fish and chips, when we got home and put them on our plates,the portions are a good size, but unfortunately the chips were not fresh but just warm and limp and the fish was like fish finger size, not happy and won’t be going there again.

£20 For a pizza with missing ingredients... Used to be a loyal fan of the warwick chip shop for its pizzas. For the price, they were okay pizzas the kids like, and I've used them for 2 years. Recently , things have been going a bit downhill, Orders are wrong Or toppings missing from pizzas. Tonight I ordered our usual, 16" calazone bolognse (£14.80) extra toppings of peperoni and mushroom(£2.50 each) costing £19.80. It looked smaller than usual,and we couldn't find the cheese it, no bolognse sauce just mince meat, about six pieces of peperoni And very few mushrooms( A box of mushrooms at tescos would have cost less) .It had slight covering off base sauce , but so thin it was a scraping, Trying to eat it all you could taste was the pizza dough and nothing else. Four months ago, this pizza is brimming with flavour, ingredients, cheese and actual sauce. Now they expect £20 for a lump of pizza dough with a bit of mince and onions that went in the bin. Sorry Warwick but never again.

Is it really so difficult to buy veggie friendly chips in this country? Fry the chips separately from the meat and fish. You might get more customers coming to the shop. Just a thought.

Sat evening dinner. Fish, chips, peas, curry sauce. Fish cold one was hard all through and cold. Both very greasy and could not eat it. Chips cold. Peas stone cold, the server even asked the other server how long to microwave them for. Curry sauce lukewarm. Tried to ring to complain but can’t get through. What I don’t understand is why the food was so cold as the shop was very busy. Waste of £22. Don’t bother.

Absolutely disgusting - I have just thrown it in the bin. Nearly £10.00 down the drain for inedible food! I was told no card but cash and to go over the road to the cashpoint! I should have just got back in my car and come straight home then. I advise that you don't go there - definitely the worst fish and chips I have ever had!

Previous weeks I had good quality. That's now changed, rock hard uncooked chips, fish partly cooked...I asked for Cod twice but I did not get cod...so many eyes looking at me in the chips. Last time I eat here, will travel elsewhere from today. Shocking quality.

My rating is for what it is a very nice casual fish and chip shop great service and helpful cooking delicious gluten free fish, not battered but deep fried, crunchy outside nice inside not dry. If looking for casual gf this is your place

Very expensive compared to other local chip shops and stuck in the 80s not talking card payments. We were unable to get what we wanted as we didn’t have enough cash on us

How can you get a small tray of chips wrong????? When I use this chippy now I'll only risk chips and gravy curry and chips etc, nearly broke my teeth on the chips god knows how long they had been lying around for! This place is defo in the running for the worst chippy in Liverpool. I should of swerved it when I saw the woman who usually works behind the counter frying all the food. Avoid this health hazard people!!!!!!!!!

Order absolutely disgusting, I thought I would order a takeaway for my daughter as a treat. Owner absolutely vile on his attitude. Food was cold when it arrived. My children hardly touched anything.

Great food and service everytime i buy from here. The portions are big and its always made fresh.

Booked a table for 4 over a week in advance. We turned up 5 minutes before our allocated time to find the place all locked up. Despite there being lights on in.the upstairs rooms no one came to answer the door despite ringing the bell and knocking!!! We left a note through the door stating that we had in fact been to the place but still no one had the decency to ring with an explanation. We left our telephone number at the time of booking. Never have we experienced such treatment from anywhere in Anglesey and would.not advise anyone to go there. Incidentally we had travelled some 15 miles to get there!!!!
