Poor quality food kebab meat and chips tasted like they were off yesterday Ordered kebab pizza who on earth has jalapeños on it not enough cheese on pizzas tasted like tomato only everything was cold

Booked a table for 4 over a week in advance. We turned up 5 minutes before our allocated time to find the place all locked up. Despite there being lights on in.the upstairs rooms no one came to answer the door despite ringing the bell and knocking!!! We left a note through the door stating that we had in fact been to the place but still no one had the decency to ring with an explanation. We left our telephone number at the time of booking. Never have we experienced such treatment from anywhere in Anglesey and would.not advise anyone to go there. Incidentally we had travelled some 15 miles to get there!!!!

Called other day First appearance Scruffy stuff all other and a group of males were very loud & there language wasn't pleasant, staff weren't bothered and didn't say anything to them made me thing twice on ordering as we where going to eat in. This was the worst takeaway I've ever ordered from the food was discusting... I phoned them to come get the cod and sausage and for my money back and I had to wait 2hours for the delivery man and to be payed a pound sort I'm NEVER ordering from these again

Acabo de pedir 3 porciones de patatas fritas que eran tamaños estándar (pero grandes) , 2 bacalao y los scampi más salsa tártara para la entrega. Nunca he estado tan decepcionado en una comida que gasté una pequeña fortuna. Las patatas fritas no estaban frescas, la masa de pescado estaba empapada y los scampi se quemaron. Terminé tirando la mayor parte de esto porque mi familia y yo no disfrutamos de la comida. ¡No voy a pedir en este restaurante! Acabo de desperdiciar mi dinero...

Had a large fish and chips yesterday. It was the smallest portion of chips I've ever seen. Very greasy chips , fish Very greasy and wet, bits of batter in with the chips , burnt bits , which would suggest the fryer isn't cleaned out Very often. It was the worst I've ever tasted. Had upset tummy from all the grease.🤢 Girls in there are blank and unfriendly.

Friendly husband and wife team who were chatty and helpful and gave a little taster of her home made cottage pie for free. Great last minute choice from me, will be going back soon!

Disappointing Experience – Overpriced & Poor Quality** I recently visited Captions Fish and Chips and left feeling very unsatisfied. The food didn’t seem fresh, and despite there being no queue, I waited nearly 20 minutes while staff were chatting instead of packing orders. The prices are high, and while I’m happy to pay for quality, what I received was far from it. The scampi portion was tiny, and a third of it was just empty batter—very poor value for money. Overall, a frustrating experience. I won’t be returning. Meal was £12 without a drink

Best fish and chips I've had in a long time

Stopped here for a single black pudding and a fish supper. The sauce they put on the fish was foul and the black pudding was inedible. I had one bite and threw it in the bin! Beware!
