Erw Felen in Isle of Anglesey

Booked a table for 4 over a week in advance. We turned up 5 minutes before our allocated time to find the place all locked up. Despite there being lights on in.the upstairs rooms no one came to answer the door despite ringing the bell and knocking!!! We left a note through the door stating that we had in fact been to the place but still no one had the decency to ring with an explanation. We left our telephone number at the time of booking. Never have we experienced such treatment from anywhere in Anglesey and would.not advise anyone to go there. Incidentally we had travelled some 15 miles to get there!!!!

Outstanding hospitality, outstanding rooms, easy to find our 4th revisit in so many months. Frank is so accommodating and friendly Rooms spacious, huge comfortable beds all rooms en suite Breakfast is superb Will also do evening meals by request Very well priced too

This was our second time staying here, and again was a lovely break away. Frank and Jen are so friendly and very accomodating. The breakfast was lovely and the room very spacious. Will definately be back again 😊

stayed here for late May bank holiday weekend, had a lovely experience. Breakfast (complementary) was well cooked and dinner was tasty and good portion. host Frank was amazing, hope to go back soon.

Stayed here for the Bank holiday weekend and found it to be very clean and tidy place. food amazing and the Host Frank what a real Gentleman.

Food was lush and service was good would definitely recommend a visit!
