Chips were anaemic looking, hard as in not cooked enough. Batter thin and gunky, presumably the fat was not hot enough. Overpriced for very poor standard of food.

Visitamos aquí como TODOS los demás locales se sientan en lugares estaban llenos y nos gustaría no haberlo hecho. Un anciano detrás del mostrador nos dijo que nos sentáramos muy bruscamente. Pedimos Veggie Burger and Chips y Chicken and Mushroom Pie Chips y Curry Sauce y 2 tés. Tuvimos que pagar por adelantado ANTES de que empezaran a preparar nada. Nuestra comida llegó después de 15 minutos el bollo de hamburguesa estaba rancio y las patatas fritas eran todos restos (lo único comestible en 1 comida era la hamburguesa) luego la 2a comida se podía decir que el pastel había sido cocinado más de dos veces (hueso seco en el medio). Las patatas fritas eran duros y crujientes (salsa de curry era lo mejor). Mientras estábamos comiendo el joven de detrás de la freidora salió por la puerta principal agarró el cubo de rueda marrón y tiró del cubo sucio más allá de nosotros en la tienda mientras estábamos comiendo, luego fue directamente detrás del mostrador (sin lavarse las manos) vimos esto se puso de pie y dejó más de £ 20. 00 comida y bebida en la mesa y salió. EVITAR EVITAR EVITAR este agujero sucio a toda costa

I can't fault this restaurant The fish is always cooked to perfection and the chips are how chips should be Lovely and crisp on the outside and lovely and white and fluffy on the inside The portions are enormous and the prices couldn't be more reasonable Also the staff are always helpful and polite We're so pleased that this restaurant is so near home for us all. Horrible servicio, trataron de duplicar mi precio porque pensaron que estaba borracho. Entonces la hamburguesa no tenía salsa y tuve que pedirla. El guardia de seguridad tomó mi asiento de debajo de mí mientras estaba sentado. Definitivamente nunca volverá de nuevo.

He usado antes siempre he estado feliz sin embargo esta vez había la hamburguesa que no estaba cocinada en todo el camino todavía era rosa en lugares prácticamente todo el centro no estaba totalmente cocinado así que no podía comer me ha pospuesto usarlos de nuevo

Mi novia compramos un bono groupon como un regalo ya que siempre quería probar ostras y adore el marisco. Sin embargo, mucho, ya que fue una agradable sorpresa la que vivió después a arrepentir.

This was horrible fish and chips. Large cod was just a few flakes in rotten greasy batter made with stale old oil. Don't ever get the sausage, it is truly disgusting. A cash only, yep, cash only shop that serves terrible rotten food. Avoid at all cost. Don't say, but I told you so.

It's the first time we've been in since it's been taken over and it will be the last time. The ordering process was slow and took 3 attempts and what we recieved at the end was still wrong. The chips were like cardboard, the fish wasn't it's usual quality and the gravy was thick but tasteless. We have been using this fish shop for a number of years and it's always been lovely. We will not be using Norton Road fish bar again

Absolutely vile !! Do not order here. Food uncooked - BBQ sauce is not gravy no matter how much she argued on the phone. Absolutely vile whole order for £25 went in the bin.

I am very happy with complimemtary starters and baklava that come with delicious iskender. The service is gine too.

Este lugar, mi esposa y yo teníamos una recepción muy negativa y luego la actitud del personal. La comida estaba mal y tiene más actitud para mencionarlo. Me hizo sentir mal.Cuando conseguí lo que pedí fue horrible.No vayas aquí

Ordered 2 chicken & mushroom pies and 1 large chips. The chips were very hard and chewy - couldn't bite through them, some were undercooked in the middle. They tasted horrible, either re-cooked or cooked in old oil. The pies were extremely hard on top - couldn't bite through the pastry and soggy on the bottom. Will not be returning. No wonder there wasn't anyone else in the shop, it used to be so good and always busy when previous owners were there.

The steak and kidney pie supper was a regular order of mine when I lived near here. It was always great. The chips were amazing. All swimming in salt, vinegar, mushy peas and gravy. The staff were always friendly as well.
