I ordered a cod in breadcrumbs, peas curry sauce, Two fritters and pickled onions. The fish was dry as a bone. The breadcrumbs just fell off. The fritters were scarcely battered. Just chunks of potato. The peas were not mushy. They were like bullets and the curry sauce was watery. The only upside were the pickled onions. Out of the jar.

What a joke just been told no way my order missing parts coz she marked it off correctly also ordered large chips yeah I would have give these portions to a toddler used to rare this chippy top but gone right down now and the staff need training jn customer skills absolute joke will not be a returning customer

Absolute blatant liars, offer a delivery slot and fail, despite 3 calls and a request for a call back they don’t bother.. used to be a good chippy but I seriously hope they go under very soon

Ordered fish peas drink child's meal also with a drink Fish batter was so overcooked unable to cut through it managed to break the ends off to get to the fish. Drinks which I had paid for were not delivered. Telephoned to complain phone put down on me twice Will not be ordering from here again

Visited on Friday 28 August as part of a bus trip, the staff were excellent, so polite and sorted our orders out with military precision. Fish and chips were amongst the best I’ve ever had, nice crisp batter, lovely flaky fish and the chips cooked to perfection, well worth the £6 for the portion size as well. Bravo!

Went here for 2 cod and chips and a nosh box, there was a wait for cod (which I understand as it was friday afternoon) staff rushed off there feet, woman who served me was very rude! Complaining she was poorly Infront of customs and took tablets again in front of people waiting for food (which she never washed her hands after touching her mouth) I understand that takeaways are very busy at the moment but there is no need in bad manners and snapping at customers Food is loverly but customer service does play a huge part in hospitality which is why iv only gave a 2 star.

We appreciated lateness of delivery (over 40 mins) due to lock down however meals were cold, fatty and tasteless. Wish we`d gone elsewhere or had pizza instead. First and last time we will buy

Bought a kebab from there, tiny box of salad with kebab meat. I've never seen a kebab so horrible and small in all my life! Horrified isn't the word. Will never be going back!

Ordered 70 x Fish and Chips to be delivered to a care home as a treat for residents. Came piping hot and residents thoroughly enjoyed it and even more so out of the boxes. Reminded them of the Seaside. Thankyou for an outstanding service.

The delivery side of this company is horrendous after waiting nearly two hours of putting a order in I decided to ring up to see where food was (I only live 5 mins away) I was told it was bagged up and put under a heater waiting to get delivered and would be 10 minutes. Again no food arrived I rang up to be told it was still waiting to go out for delivery so this would make it that I know of at least 20mins of bagged up food not going anywhere leading to cold food. In the end I had to cancel order my only mistake is not checking previous reviews on just eat app before ordering. As clearly plenty of people are having the same problems late delivery and cold food. I won't be ordering again......

I had a delivery from Norton Road Fish Bar and found the food delicious. It is wonderful to have a fish and chip delivery service, the customer service was wonderful and I will definitely order again. Certainly the best fish and chips in this area. Strongly recommend.

The shop is done out lovely. The staff are friendly and chatty. The food is amazing. Tried lots of stuff from the fish to the sausages and all been good quality with lovely golden crispy batter.
