Best chippy in the uk ... ive been all over .. and this ones open sudays as well. Thank you for 2 great dinners we sat in the car outside. And finished the lot.. fish snd chips twice. Perfect

Amazing fish the size of a plate and then some! Had it delivered it was still piping hot when it arrived by a lovely delivery person, would absolutely recommend is you want the best fish and chips around

The food is spot on. The staff are friendly and on Mondays it's buy one get one free on burgers. Tuesdays are my favourite as it buy one get one free on pizzas. Got to love free food.

Food is over priced what for it is I ordered random stuff (no fish or sausage) it came cold so almost felt soggy when eating it and the order was late

Not many gluten free Chippys around, and they do GF sausages! Delicious! If they did GF curry sauce or GF gravy I’d be there all the time, on Wednesday and Thursdays at least! And they offer a free item on certain offers, that was GF too! Fab, thanks

Had a really poor meal where the Parmo looked scrambled. Rang to complain as we had spent £29 on an order that was inedible . We were reluctantly offered 2 portions of fish and chips, picked them up last night, after having to persuade them again that we were offered them as compensation, they were not nice at all, so sadly we won’t be buying there again

This pizza was made with love, looks beautiful, and tastes fantastic.

scampi and cod bites are always tasty. Sent a pattie instead of a fish cake that was free and no can of drink was sent with the meal deal but other than that everything was good.

not has good to what they where the batter is to stodgy now needs to improve a lot like it was because it used to be a great fish and chip shop where people came from miles a round to eat .

Food is great but delivery takes forever. Never got my food for more than an hr after the expected delivery time, and the driver never called me although the staff said he will give a call multiple times. Started hanging up on me when I tried to get any update about my order.

delivery was late and a few things missing... upon doing this review and selecting things missing etc I'd doesn't give you the option to select things from the meal deals just the meal deal so I didn't know what else to do... after doing that I get a call from the delivery driver sayubg he's forgot yo give me some stuff and he's on his way back (foods getting cold now) 🤦🏻‍♀️

Orderd on just eat accepted my order n didn't turn up we waited ages for our order but didn't tell us it wasn't coming cancel it I waited for it n my little girl was falling asleep so I had to cancel it myself n my poor little girl anded up with cereal instead soooo not happy xx

Cheesy kebab parmo chips were cold. Not even slightly warm. And chips stuck to grease proof paper took ages to de peel. Asked for deep pan pizza got thin crust. Pizza also cold and didn't taste right.

The only thing I can complain about is a minor problem about the fish, it was plain which disappointed me a little bit, the nachos were in a fish and chips box which the top of the box was stuck together with the cheese, overall it tasted really fresh and that’s all you can really ask for when eating fish

got my order opened up bag mushy peas all over boxes lid had come off fish patties was too thick no fish potato was black in the middle chips were all scrap bits not a lot of whole chips

chicken was hard and chewy felt undercooked/out of date meat. didn't finish my meal got belly ache. even my pets rejected food.

Expected delivery was 12:20-12:40 but it was at least 10 minutes after. Had to call the restaurant as it was marked as delivered when it hadn't been. Batter on the fish was chewy and soggy. Mushy peas were basically water.

We were quite disappointed with this food as the menu looked really good. However, the chips were soggy because they’d obviously been put into a small pizza box and condensation had caused them to become damp. Also the Smokey sausage was really small for the price. In addition the courier was so preoccupied on his phone that he didn’t even engage with my partner at the door so I don’t think we’ll be ordering from here again.

Mushy peas were very watery, chips were hard and too crispy, the only nice thing was the fish, a real shame... we didn't enjoy it this time! My daughter said the loaded fries were fine.

Battered sausage had soggy batter the actual sausage tasted horrible. Onion rings where soggy, I got parmo chips that was a complete mess sauce was all congealed chips pale didn’t taste good sorry will not order again shame as use to be good

Possibly the worst take-away I have had in years. Chicken butty was extremely dry and lacked flavour. The chips and chilli con carne was lacking in mince and taste the mince and the haggis bon bon were coated in salt. - I'm not from the area, but if this is the best Stockton has got....

Got delivery, asked for salt , vinegar and scraps but turned up with nothing on. Fish cake and chips were awful, just threw them straight in the bin. Will never go here again. PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE.

Chips were awful which is a shame as the cod is fresh n lovely,I hope they pick up! ( chips were too crunchy, like over cooked or re-cooked)

Unfortunately tonight the food was not up to the usual standard, it felt as though we got the dregs of the chips in our order as they were all hard and not nice. Then I did not receive my curry sauce with our order which was also disappointing. For an order that went in at around 20:40 when the shop doesn’t close until 22:30 if has been subpar. Hopefully back to normal next time.

shocking. food was stone cold due to the driver being late. he was talking on his phone for as he drove to my house and I answered the door to him still on the phone.

Chips not very nice little taste to parmo, no salt and vinegar on chips After requesting and it's even hand written on receipt, not as nice as it used to be.

Fish was gorgeous and larger than I was expecting -- was proper full after this meal :)

Standards seem to have slipped tartar sauce was more like maybe no taste to it an then pulled pork nachos were stale an then pork wasn't pulled it was tastles chunks with too much barbecue sauce very disappointed normally it is faultless I ak very upset

Food was amazing again as usual, but that's actually not why I'm writing this review. Was given complimentary chips with my order this time, and I realised that I've been overlooking the obvious -- the chips here are exactly the way I like them. Move up here from the south a few years back and have that most places don;t cook their chips for as long as I like, but this place nails it. That's all -- keep it up!

The best fish and chips in the area hands down; the fish is always lovely and white, the chips are crispy and fresh and hot! Good portion too, curry and mushy peas were lovely too! Staff very polite and helpful when spoke to them. Only place I order fish and chips from here.. must recommended😁

sausage was cooked to perfection ,nice crispy batter and chips were nice and fluffy :) highly recommend and nice to finish my meal with a tub of Ben and Jerry's ice cream . will definitely be back again and again :)

Absolutely shocking service......I know it was good Friday but 3 hrs late nearly from original delivery time, rang countless times to have phone put down, food barely warm, and looked like it had been sat for ages, binned!!!!!

We ordered fish and chips twice and it wasn’t nice at all our dogs ended up with the fish It’s always been a decent chippy but over priced Lately it’s gone right down hill sadly

Absolute shambles. Placed a small order at 5:45 and finally received my lukewarm order a whole two hours later at 7:45 after several attempts to try and get an update from the restaurant. Whenever I seem to order from this particular chip shop, I never receive my full order. Last time it was a can of pop that they forgot, this time it was a bag of scraps which they have the audacity to charge 25p for. Fish batter was stodgy and not crisp so ate the white fish and left all of the batter. The amount of lukewarm chips they gave me with a Large fish was pitiful. The only thing they got right was a bread roll and a can of pop. It would have been quicker if I had gone fishing for it myself. Would not recommend.

I ordered my evening meal on your website , it was really prompt , but when I got home, the food that I ordered wasn’t there or correct. I returned to Norton fisheries in Norton and all there said was reclaim it back of PayPal, there offered me what was missing and wrong , but by then it had spoilt our evening meal. The deficit was just over £5.00 , but that’s not the point . The place was so busy that people working there were on top of each other and not a lot o communication. Very disappointed. I won’t be placing any more meals online from there again

Plenty of chips but they were mostly hard and cold. Fish was one of the best I have had

I placed an order at 6.25pm this evening. It is now 20.57pm. The app says the order has been delivered- it has not been delivered. I have rang the number approximately 10 times - no answer. £17 taken from my account.

3 hours after ordering and still waiting for our food. We keep trying to call but they're hanging up the phone. Certainly will not be ordering from here again. Update: 3.5 hours later it has arrived. Cold, with half the food missing. Still no answer on the phone

Chips were cold n garlic sauce could do with more garlic as cudnt taste it and some of the kebab meat was hard but overall it was nice

Chips where dry and hard, no butter on the bun. Mushroom omelette was very small and thin, like a pancake with a few mushrooms. Definitely not worth the money or the wait.

Food was excellent, not had a fish shop order delivered before and I was highly impressed with the quality of the food and packaging was spot on, kept the food hot but it didn't get soggy. I will definitely be ordering again next time I want fish and chips

chips tasted stale. chocolate was put in the same bag as the hot food, hence it was very melted 😐
