Absolutely vile !! Do not order here. Food uncooked - BBQ sauce is not gravy no matter how much she argued on the phone. Absolutely vile whole order for £25 went in the bin.

Food was disgusting, under cooked. Ordered chow mein it was full of under cooked peppers that were cut too large no mushrooms in it all the other food was the same stamp, when I phoned to complain was told you should have requested mushrooms in the chow mein I pointed out they were on the menu. Basically this was a great Chinese takeaway but under new management it is terrible.

Always used east ocean and food been great until they were taken over by the neighbouring pizza shop. Food is always cold although delivered in really quick time, the veg in any of the dishes has zero crunch like it used too. The chow mein is soggy and lacks any noodles, and the egg fried rice is dry and lacks egg. The owner / chef has an attitude if you try to advise of this accusing you of wanting a free meal and being sarcastic if you mention the chilli dishes have zero taste due to the excessive amounts of chillies used in the dish saying he will speak to the farmer.

Así que habiendo usado este lugar en numerosas ocasiones. . . Esta noche fue solo una broma completa. . . pedimos dos comidas más galletas de gambas. . . esperamos una hora para que el conductor llegara a Barlow después de haber sido enviado a High Spen (error número uno). . . luego le entrega una comida y galletas de gambas y pide que le paguen. . . Me quejo y él me dice que le pague y que lo lleve a la tienda. . . entonces llamo y sugiero que fue mi culpa, pero luego accedo a enviar la FOC de la comida que falta. . . así que estoy pensando que es decente. . . 5 minutos después de que el conductor deja a la señora que tomó mi pedido y lo persuade, lo llama y dice que no está segura de que haya sido su culpa y dice que entregarán la comida faltante pero me cobrarán 6. . . después de una fila, estoy de acuerdo porque estoy comiendo con mi hijo. . . (quien tiene el suyo). . . otro conductor llega aproximadamente 10 minutos más tarde y me niego a pagar el dinero extra. . . él grita que me han dado un descuento y una entrega gratuita. . . ustedes arruinaron originalmente así que ¿cómo puede ser gratis? . . Nunca usaré esto para llevar de nuevo. . . la comida está bien, pero el servicio y la atención al cliente es absolutamente atroz. . . evitar como la peste. . .

huge portions at this very popular take away but the chicken was very poor quality. If you are looking to feed a big family this is the place for you but if taste is your thing look elsewhere

Been going there for 17 years. Best ribs I've eaten in all of the places that I have eaten. Chicken balls are amazing, salt and chilli chicken wings are to die for. Owner/manager (the woman) is a bit grumpy but it's not personal she's like that with everyone

The food lacked flavour and depth. More than likely would not return again, big disappointment amongst the family table.

It is by far the best chinese takeaway around. The service is great and the delivery is quick. I wouldnt go anywhere else.
