The steak and kidney pie supper was a regular order of mine when I lived near here. It was always great. The chips were amazing. All swimming in salt, vinegar, mushy peas and gravy. The staff were always friendly as well.

Ordered 2 chicken & mushroom pies and 1 large chips. The chips were very hard and chewy - couldn't bite through them, some were undercooked in the middle. They tasted horrible, either re-cooked or cooked in old oil. The pies were extremely hard on top - couldn't bite through the pastry and soggy on the bottom. Will not be returning. No wonder there wasn't anyone else in the shop, it used to be so good and always busy when previous owners were there.

Food was okay, Ive obviously had a lot better. The owner is unreliable likes to mess people around such as taxis etc. not good.

Recently had pizza from here (twice now) where some of the meat on the pizza tasted off. Either the the meat was old or cheap quality. I'm a big meat eater and know what fresh meat should taste like. It's a shame because this place used to be good. I wonder if they changed supplier...? I'll get my pizza elsewhere from now on.

Avoid!!! Definitely not what we expected within a Hyatt Hotel. Service was terrible… atmosphere for dinner was bright lights in almost a cafeteria style environment. Sat us down and we sat for 15-20 mins with NO service until I went back to hostess stand. Ordered a steak(labeled in menu) which I took 1 bite of and never another because it definitely was the worst piece of meat ever put in my mouth. Sides appeared to be left overs and dessert was in a plastic container. All that with a discount after the complaints for $150 for 2 people with only 1 drink per person. Honestly one of the worst meal experiences I have had.

Refund the chips was Cold I ordad large chips came in small ! Really really not happy everything was cold and hard :(

Place needs shutting down pigeons flying inside dirty place. Poor lad who works there always alone rushed off his feet never anything is cooked you have to wait . Was smashing when he used to have the restaurant on Eldon street.

I ordered from here and the food was cold and just horrid. Poor lack of communication. I will not order from here again! Wouldn't recommend it !

The food was over cooked expecially the chips and popcorn chicken

This used to be one of the best Chinese Take Aways by far but I hadn’t recently visited. I ordered a Special Sweet and Sour Special which was always absolutely sublime. Don’t know what has happened to the place but the meal was absolutely vomit inducing. Just deleted the number from my phone

The food was horrible, the small fish I ordered was vile and afterwards my stomach was not happy with the fish The people have long beards and no nets over their hair or beards so I wouldn't be surprised if you find a hair in your food It also takes a while from the moment you order to getting the food takes a good 15-20 minutes. I would never go here again and don't advise you to either. 🤮🤮
