Sea Master Fish & Chips in Thanet

Chicken shish was dry and burnt, battered sausages had no batter at all on them, gravy was very watery, everything was cold they got the 1 rating as chilli sauce was nice and the size of the chips were very big

Excellent food lovely fish and chips husband had scampi & chips he said very good too friend had burger in batter (they had never battered one before ) he said it was excellent too , can’t complain on the price either highly recommend this place will definitely have them again when next in the area

At what point can this takeaway still be trading, pies that would break concrete if dropped, stagnant, rock hard and tasteless, asked for chips and got fries which surprise, surprise were s**t. Give up on this so called takeaway, sweep roads, pick up litter, do anything but try to cook.

Saw an offer with Uber looking to see where it applied to.next thing an order had been placed and paid for. Ring restaurant to cancel rude manager said too late. Driver arrived was shouting as no one would open door. I’m not well enough. He drives off with food then get another rude call from sea.masters. No more Uber and certainly no more sea masters.

Where do I begin?! Ordered through Uber Eats and the time was ticking on for delivery - not a big deal as I understand these things can happen. But when I called to ask for an ETA I was met with an incredibly rude and arrogant individual. He made me feel silly for enquiring as to when I could expect my order. I don't expect to be shouted at down the phone for asking a simple question! I would highly recommend giving this "restaurant" a wide berth and not attempting to make contact with its owners. To make matters worse, the selection of Pukka Pies was not up to the standard expected in the area.

I purchased large cod and chips and had it delivered. My wife opened it up and cut the batter away only to find enough cod in there for a mouse. There wasn't enough to fill a tuna tin. The owner didn't want to help and needs some customer service training. AVOID THIS RESTAURANT.

If I didn’t have to put atleast one circle in order to complete my review believe me there would not be one! This restaurants service is absolutely disgusting and I will not be returning. I ordered a rather big order for a few friends and we received the food to find that the chicken was rubbery and cold, the saveloy was practically frozen there was no way to nibble on that without breaking off a tooth and the onion rings...well I don’t know how they can even call them that they were hard and chewy like cardboard and had no taste of onion not even a smidge! Then I went for my dessert thinking this might be atleast abit better... well my god was I wrong I opened my pretty polystyrene package to then find frozen cake and cheesecake. I understand this may be how they send their food out however it was not stated on just eat that it was frozen. As you can tell it’s just all going more and more downhill well whilst your here you might aswell wait for the best part!! I then decided to call the restaurant to make a complaint, well the customer service I received was absolutely lovely !! NOT I was shouted at and told that they are now closed and that there machines are off but they will send me fresh food tommorow, well I didn’t want more food I was asking if I could have a refund as I did not want this again... well I was then told that the man on the phone would come to my house take the food and give me a refund. He then arrived and was abusive and shouted at 12pm at night and I asked him to lower his voice multiple times. Just me and my friend was at the door and for 2 young girls to be shouted at like that was a disgrace and to then be told we would not be getting a refund was just getting worse. Don’t worry because they then went to leave my food I gave them back outside my house on my doorstep well believe me I told them to take it with them and I was asked where they shall put it well if they know any hygeine they would place it in the bin where it belongs and away from my home. I was then told to not order from them again as they don’t want me as a customer... it’s okay because I will not ever go there for food ( if that’s what you wanna call it) EVER AGAIN!! I do not reccomend this restaurant to anyone.

Best fish and chips in east dulwich you can sit down and eat your fish there is selection of alcohol. Kebabs coming very soon

We used to use these guys quite regularly and preferred to order from them via just eat as opposed to using our local chippy but last couple of occasions we’ve been very let down by quality of food. Soggy batter on fish, and chips that clearly were past their best. Luck of the draw maybe? We might have just been lucky first time round as quality used to be great but we don’t use them anymore after last couple of times. Oh and they’ve gone from Just Eat too..... coincidence or not?

We’ve ordered from here before and it used to be great but last nights takeaway means we won’t be ordering from here again. I ordered the cod and chips and my partner had a medium doner kebab. His was exceptionally dry and highly disappointing and my chips were gross and fish was soggy. Why was the batter soggy? So overpriced too.

Brought 2 large cod and chips, they were both well over cooked, very dry and not good at all, don’t even think the fish was cod, very thin piece of fish not even white , would never use this place again

Their specialty is take out, kebabs, fish & chips. 4 of us ordered over phone, actually only 3 orders. 1 plaice, 2 cod and 2 orders of chips. My buddy is the kind of guy, who eats a bowl of cereal with 2 pieces of toast, then follows it up with a full English breakfast, with 2 more pieces of toast. His wife and I split an order of cod, had all the chips we required, Her Ladyship had the plaice with all the chips she could eat, and my mate had his own order of cod with all the chips he could hold and there was still a good pile of chips and salad left over. Her Ladyship grew up in London, so she grew up on fish and chips, as did our friends, which means I've certainly had my fair share. These were, hands down, the absolute best, any of us have experienced. The plates in the photos, are full size dinner plates, so you can see the portions. Dinner for 4 was about 30 pounds split by the 4 of us. We were all stuffed for 7,50 each. with a lot of leftovers. Can't recommend enough!!

After getting are order wrong and then putting the phone down when I called to have it rectified, I took the whole order back for a refund. The manager unwrapped the fish and put it back in the cabinet to sell again, he only Put it in the bin when I said I would call environmental health. He was very arrogant and rude when it was his mistake in the first place.

We regularly use this takeaway. The food is consistently good quality, always tastes fresh, is good value for money and is always delivered quickly. Would highly recommend.

Called in on the off chance and had a great chicken doner kebab. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the food hot and tasty.
