Was treated to a portion of cockles by my partner ,when they was given i was told she already placed vinegar on them . I had a mouthful and was very salty and the vinegar was watered down and full of crushed shell. I are half of them and so did she and left the rest .after eight hours we both experianced heavy loose bowls and ruined our trip and had to return home

Had lovely prawns and cod by the harbour. Fresh, tasty and excellent value with superb service. We will be back 😋

I had the pleasure of dining at Cannon's Fishmongers and Seafood Stall during my recent visit to Ramsgate. The prawns, mix of seafood, and crab flakes that I ordered were an absolute delight to the taste buds. The flavors were incredibly tasty and left me craving for more. What made the experience even better was Michael's warm and welcoming demeanor. His efficient service ensured that I could savor every bite without any delay. This visit turned out to be the perfect finale to our trip, and I couldn't have asked for a better culinary experience on our last day in Ramsgate. Truly amazing!

Wow, my taste buds were in for an absolute treat at Cannon's Fishmongers and Seafood Stall in Ramsgate! I had the pleasure of indulging in prawns, a mix of seafood, and crab that were bursting with flavor. Each bite was a mouthwatering journey of tastes and textures that left me thoroughly impressed. What's more, Michael's warm and friendly welcome, coupled with his lightning-fast service, added an extra layer of enjoyment to the meal. The combination of delectable seafood and impeccable hospitality made our last day in Ramsgate truly memorable. A heartfelt 'amazing' doesn't even begin to cover it!

Nice fresh selection of seafood and fish in affordable prices - shame that is hard to find place like this in other sea side cities

Oysters were nice bought a crab. meat was hard in claws nothing else was edible was not fresh would of put you off crab for ever

got some oak Smoked Salmon fillets yesterday.... OMG THE BEST XEVEREVER.

Fabulous fresh seafood all year round oysters , crab , prawns 🍤, shrimps and so much more . You can still buy a pint of shrimps so loved the 🍤 calling many years ago outside your house . Delicious Christmas treats are now ready for your special day orders yummy . Cannot wait highly recommended . Just think fresh food straight from the sea .

Bought some wet sea bass there yesterday. Cooked it in oil and butter and it was some of the best fish that I've ever tasted

If you enjoy freshly cooked Lobster, this is where you must buy it in Ramsgate . We ate fresh Lobster, within 7 hours of it coming from the sea. The flavor was outstanding and the service here is professional and friendly

Didn't realise this was fresh seafood! and not just another fish and chips shop. We finally got to try some jelly eel and oysters, apparently 'classics', which were really good as expected (if you like fish of course and trying new things XD).

Tasty shrimps, and grit-free cockles but the owner could have been more friendly. This is a dying trade, and it's going to take a little more effort than he exhibited to keep it going. Also slightly troubled regarding hygine.

EXCELLENT SERVICE AND THE SMOKED HADDOCK IS OUTSTANDING.

Seafood adequate but owner very surly and rude. Hygiene disgusting. Touched money, food, counter top, cutlery, bags, plates etc without washing hands. No hand sanitizer in sight. No social distancing. Owner "volunteered" his opinion re covid, ie did not believe it to be a problem. Worse still ridiculed us for taking appropriate precautions. He refused to adopt any covid secure measures. Shall not be returning.

The seafood is great, but the hygiene? TERRIBLE! (and I'm not usually one to type in all capitals.) The man behind the counter went between handling the food and handling money and other activities without washing his hands at any stage or using gloves. The cocktail sticks used to eat the seafood were not in a container and just lying on the counter. Condiments were on the ground. I made the mistake of thinking it would be okay (in my defence, it was early January, I'd just started a diet, and I was desperate for seafood) but paid for it the next day with a bout of diarrhea. My wife refused to eat there and I'll be following her example in future.
