I ordered from here and the food was cold and just horrid. Poor lack of communication. I will not order from here again! Wouldn't recommend it !

Very disappointed. Ordered on 2 separate occasions and order was cancelled after 20 mins in both occasions. I wouldn't mind it normally but 20 mins Into the waiting time we're all pretty hungry and don't expect a cancellation - not too bad if we were informed sooner. Not impressed at all

Me and my partner ordered food at 16:30, the estimated delivery time being 17:20 which was okay. The actual delivery time after we cancelled our order due to how late they were delivering was 18:30. Their drivers start at 17:00 was the lady's excuse over the phone but there is no excuse for food being delivered over an hour late. The lady on the phone was rude when my partner rang up to cancel the order and we will never be ordering from then again. Extremely late delivery and rude staff.

My dog eats better food. since new owner have taken over the food has gone disgusting and the portion sizes are horrendous will never eat from here again!!!

Absolute joke! Only delivered half the order and that was cold, had to phone up to see where the rest was. Took them a further 40 minutes to deliver the rest and they have still not got it right! I used to love this takeaway but its really gone downhill recently so will be looking for somewhere new to order from

I ordered a veggie pizza and large chips. Order was delivered to me within 30 mins. Pizza tasted ok but the base was undercooked. Chips were soggy and oily..I had to throw away most of them. I would have preferred a slower delivery but better quality food. Won't be ordering again.

All my food was squished in a tied plastic bag, I ordered a large chips it looked like a small and I've had better fish.

DISGUSTING. Inedible and late, it's all gone in the bin. An hour and 20 mins delivery for food that had the consistency of rubber, the pineapple in the fritters was acidic like it was out of date and the fish was vile. I've rang three times to complain and NO ANSWER. I'll be calling again tomorrow to demand a refund. The delivery driver even had the audacity to ask me for a pound for delivery, steer well clear!

Very very disappointed in the food. Problems with food over a year ago thought would try again. Ordered two curries one with rice and one with nan. They called 40 min after order submitted to say they have ran out of rice and would we have nan. What choice did we have at 10.30 At night. The food came an hour and five mins after order. One curry was runny and look like it was watered down with about 3 bits of chicken cut in half. The other was fish and has black skin all Over it. When we rang them to complain the lady owner was very rude and said would collect the food. We waited till 11.15 and no one arrived. We called the shop and it was closed but rang the mobile number they had called us on earlier and the driver said he was at home and had finished. The food looks pretty bad and will not be ordering again and the customer service was despicable.

This is an odd one. The food took ages to come to us, and the staff weren't helpful. They also messaged me to charge me more money for delivery. The food was pretty nice though, and it got rid of the hunger and I would probably go there for food again.

Chips were just like chips should be but the quarter pounder burger was rubbish! 2 rubbish pieces of processed chicken in a bun with salad.

Found numerous hairs in kebab of which i had salad that may aswel of been non existent. Pie was hard and wasnt a fresh pie. Best thing was the Diet Coke i ordered even that had Ink of my door number all over it !!

Order arrived 45 minutes late. Rang them 4 times to ask where it was and the woman was rude and just kept saying the driver was outside when he wasn't, during the 4th call she hung up on me. Food arrived and the fish was horrible plus it was haddock and not cod. Crap service.

The serviceable delivery were great unfortunately we didn't enjoy the chicken kebab. Too much chicken with too much flavour too much colour and children thought it was too spicy. But on a plus the fish and chip and all other orders I've placed have been delicious. Many thanks happy Halloween.

Fish was tasteless, cold and greasy. Chips and onion rings were soggy and tasteless as well. When food arrived (on time at least) we were notified that we were outside the delivery area and were charged £1. I verified before ordering that were were in their free zone, but close if you took a different route. Forewarned....

Ive used this Chippy alot however was very disappointed with the whole meal. The Southern Fried Chicken (replacement as they didnt have Tandori I ordered) was dry and crumb was so old - believe it was the day befores just re cooked in fat as it was stale and the order was just as it opened. The chips were cold (i live about a 90 second drive from the shop but could drive myself due to an ill child in bed) and all hard and bitty. The curry was NOT a Karahi, it was a watery basic curry with peppers in. Very disappointed.

The staff at the shop don't speak a word of English can't understand a word your saying won't be coming back you've just lost a regular customer you could never find our address anyway useless!!!!!!

Always a lovely meal just prefer large portions when i've ordered and paid for them. Also the salad was poor and it always is no matter where i order. the food is delicious and arrives in good time.

Placed an order, over an hour waiting, rang the takeaway asking where the food is? They said its on the way, still waiting had to ring again! This time they said they did not receive the order, told ME to ring JUST EAT to sort the problem. JUST EAT confirmed the takeaway had accepted the order! After explaining to JUST EAT they resolved the problem, furthermore waiting for 15 minutes on the phone while they talked to the takeaway. JUST EAT confirmed they had taken the order when it was placed. So after placing the order at 6:30pm online, the food was finally delivered at 8:20pm, this resulting in waiting total of 1 hour 50 minutes!
