Lovely spot food is delicious especially the monster burger and the loaded fries. The Lotus shake was to die for, prices are reasonable too. Overall a great place to eat.

the food was great very tasty and a lot of it great value! we did have a burger sent wrong after they called to check the order was right as it was meant to be completely plain but they sent out a replacement very fast! couldn't fault them at all!

The staff was slow to take our orders, and they seemed indifferent to our needs. The food took forever to arrive, and when it did, it was cold. It was quite frustrating.

This place was good when it first opened but unfortunately it’s gone down hill . My teen did a online order and when the food came it was very very disappointing, The burger he ordered had only a chicken breast and no salad or any sauces at all . Also my son ordered sauces for the chips and he got non! He made a complaint on the online platform and got no response at all ! By the look of things maybe the owner has changed as we never had a issue in before . Also the presentation of the food was joke! Won’t be ordering here again!!

Many restaurants serve delicious burgers, but I love the burgers from the spot make. I love the taste of the fresh, crunchy lettuce leaves, the tangy tomatoes and the cheese that melts in the mouth. Burgers are my favourite 4 pm snacks. They have a good variety of burgers and snacks. Check the menu out. The spot Humberstone road leicester.

Absolutely awful. I went there on my 30 min lunch break. Was told food be ready in 15 mins. I was alone in shop. After 20mins guy telling me 2 more mins. At 25 min mark I got up and saw they just put my wings on grill. I had to tell them to leave it, I had to get back to work. They were offering me my partial order. I told them leave it and keep the money as I was reading reviews whole waiting and I read they don't really give money back. I didn't ha e time to argue. I left never ever to return again.

Service was excellent. Food was wrong. We ordered 2 meals and wings were put in the wrong box. Burgers were really flat and had no meat. Mac and cheese was 10/10. Made freshly in front of us!

The experience of waiting and how i was treated was extremely disappointing, the food isn’t any good either. One would atleast expect friendly staff after all this but that’s negative too. So many better places in Leicester tbh

100% a recommendation 10/10 Food and Desserts!! Staff are very friendly and excellent service. So happy with the desserts lots of toppings and sauces presented really well and packaging was clean and presentable i liked they put in cutlery and napkins too really happy and is definitely now my go to shop for food and desserts.

Ordered chicken burgers, was told it would be an hours wait, we waited and waited, 2 hours later asked for a refund but was told they would not refund, so waited another hour, so 3 hours in total! But instead of chicken gave us beef and missed out 1 meal completely, nobody eats beef so had to bin it. What an absolute shambles, arrogant and rude staff, cant see this place lasting long, which is no bad thing as would save any customers from the abysmal service and having to listen to their lies and illegal refusal of a refund.
