Got a large pizza and with in ten minutes I was very ill sick Doe was soggy filling was watery and the pizza as a whole was uncooked and instantly mad me feel ill up all night being sick and number 2 deffo wouldn't recommend

Ordered kebabs with salad and the lettuce was brown. Rest of the food was ok but this ruined it somewhat.

The worst food I've ever eaten,the chips were hard,the fish and sausage had been under a heat light for hours and the bread roll was stale avoid at all costs an utterly terrible dinning experience how there still trading is beyond me

First time having a kebab from here myself. Good size portion for me, maybe a bit to big. Doner meat was slightly thicker than I'm used to but tasted nice despite that

After 1 hour 45 min wait for delivery, I called and heard some excuse about the internet being down! They could not tell me when my order would be ready so asked for it to be cancelled! They refused to refund me at first, then said I needed to come in to collect cash for refund!Spoke to manager Jose who said refund will be with me in up to 5 days to my payment card - we will see!

Honestly, one of the best chicken kebab I've ever had, great flavours and good portion size as well. And to have it in a baguette, is a genuine idea!! Onion rings were tasty, super cheap. It's like stepping into a proper 80s chippy with all the vintage advertisement.

Always order for delivery. Never receiving everything we order and call up to say they are missing an item to wait 20 mins + when we live in Faringdon for it to be re delivered. Call up to say we’ve eaten majority of our meal for them it play dumb and not understand- disgusting service!!!! Do not recon and we are routine customers and will not be ordering again!

Beef was not chewable very over done

Pizza was soggy and too much cheese. All the food was warm and the kebab had to be reheated. Really sorry but won’t be ordering again.

The low average is really undeserved, it’s good food at a reasonable price nowadays, and thanks to the reviews in some part I imagine, very fast delivery.

The salad was not fresh - lettuce was brown. The batter was soft and chewy.

Food was stone cold. It had been with the driver for about an hour before coming to us. I would like a refund please.

This meal was never delivered as discussed with the restaurant I hope I’m not going to be charged- this was due to a new driver

Chips arrived freezing cold and tasted of old oil, soggy chewy batter on the sausage and potato scallops. Cheeseburger was edible but swimming in sauce. Be very careful when considering placing an order here.

Ordered XL fish and chips, was disappointed that it was actually the same size as the M fish and chips (if not smaller) Don’t understand the price difference.

Never ordering from here again! Only done it because my partner was ordering a curry and I didn’t want to walk to get fish and chips. Ended up with food poisoning! I didn’t even eat half the meal I had, made me feel sick instantly, chips were horrible and chicken burger wasn’t much better.

We Only had chips to go with our Chinese, as we only like traditional chips from a chip shop, glad we did after reading the reviews on here, otherwise it may have been a 1 star. Most of the chips whent in the bin, just didn't taste right.

Good Lord above. Where to start.. Some of the worst fish and chips I've ever tasted. Imagine every quality that makes this iconic British dish great... this was the opposite of that. Anaemic barely cooked chips with soggy battered cod, served barely warm with insufficient salt. Nasty odd tasting battered sausage. Service without a smile. Truly an abortion of a chippy. The only thing it had going for it was that it was open when all the others were shut. The Rainbow fish bar has been the final nail in the coffin for me living in Faringdon. It was the kick I needed to do something with my life. I'm now looking to relocate to Whitby, where fish and chips are done properly. And for this at least, I thank you, Rainbow fish bar.

Food was to oily for my taste, the menu says a drink but not allowed to choose what drink you can pick so I received a Pepsi what I do not really like. Also kabab served in a burger bun is not how it should be. No option to add sauce or salad both together. Over done in paper packages

Absolutely amazing food and delivery in half the time they said !! All different meals and we really enjoyed them !! Delivery driver was incredibly polite too !!

Unfortunately there is confusion, the app says a large is 16", The store delivered a 11" and when I rang, they told me that 12" is their Large size. Misleading advertising is never good.

Over 2 hours for delivery. When arrived the fish and chips box was melted,chips and fish was soggy. Burger and chips , the bun was wet through. In which all food ended up in the bin, over £20 spent on food which was very unsatisfactory.

Fantastic take away. Very quick delivery. Food ways tastes great. kids prefer Rainbow's fish bar rather than McDonald's!

Amazing chips and cheapest pizza in town and best toppings . I ordered for 6pm and it came at 5.15 and we’d only just got home which was fortunate .

Ordered a chicken kabab, chips and salad, the chicken was crunchy, some of the chips were cooked however most were still hard. Such a waste of money, didn’t eat it. Don’t recommend at all.

Sorry guys but this was awful. Chips were the worst I have ever tasted and not cooked, all 3 boxes thrown in the bin. Chicken has Been given to the dog so as not to throw all of this is the bin also.

Ordered and paid extra for cheesy chips and ended up with normal undercooked chips.

Chips were not cooked properly but fish was okay and other items, they said they receive a lot of complaints when we were talking with them whilst waiting, maybe they should act on those complaints and resolve the issues, but friendly staff, couldn’t help us enough…

Tried it twice, both times were awful. How is it still open?

The burger was lush but the cod and chips were lacking salt and vinegar also was late even tho I had ordered hours before it was due.. the delivery driver was nice and friendly.

It's the extra care and finishing touches I love. If you ask, they will sort it. So much choice I often struggle to know what to order, but the fresh dough for the garlic pizza bread is so light and fluffy. Perfect every time.

Let me just say that the food is fresh and they delivered it on time. To be honest, we won't ever order again, because this wasn't a real doner kebab - it tasted like cheap fajita meat, impossible to chew through. Here are some changes you could make , 1) Use real pita bread from now on. 2) Thinner slices of meat 3) Put salad in a separate container. 4) Sauces in a separate dipping pot. The owner of the establishment would do well to listen to a customer's opinion, as it is embarrassing to sell such bad food.

Havent had fried chicken in ages, it tasted great and was very filling, the chips were awesomely good too. Will definitely order again!

Order was 90 minutes late, very unhelpful staff, offered no solution, was told it was just eats problem not theirs. Even when the driver finally arrived I was stood there for 5 minutes whilst he was on the phone. Appalling customer service, won't be returning.

Not worth the wait, take your money somewhere else. Driver turned around because he was late, went all the way back to the shop and came all the way back for a redeliver 2 hours after ordering even though it would have been faster to just carry on here and not turn around to Faringdon. Food somehow still kind of warm, but chips soggy and onion rings inedible because very chewy. Very very disappointing after such a long wait. Likely won't be ordering from here again.

I ordered around 8:10 pm and my food didn’t arrive even though the delivery said 9:20. I got a call from the driver saying he had my food but never got to me.

Despite asking the kitchen multiple times to freshly and well fry our food, it always turns up undercooked with soft and pale batter. How can a fish and chip shop getter batter wrong? We've finally decided to take our business elsewhere from now on, you shouldn't finish your meal wishing you hadn't bothered. Such a shame as we prefer to support local business, but it's clear they don't care about the quality of food anymore.

Lovely little family run place. Their pizza is quite frankly some of the best take away pizza I've had. It's gotten to the point where my fat self ends up ordering 2 pizzas each time, pepperoni and Hawaiian. Eat two slices at once like a sandwich for the perfect union of salty, sweet greasy amazingness. Also they've got the old Pukka pie ads on the walls, love em.

Honestly, will never order from here again. Even though the woman on the phone was polite and apologetic about our food being so late, I was really annoyed that our food not only arrived lukewarm but we were also missing items from our order. It took a further 45mins for the missing items to arrive after notifying them of the problem. The food did not taste nice and unfortunately I’ve been up for 30 minutes throwing it all up at 2.30am. Really regret ordering from here.

Food was late so I rang up to find out how long it would be. Got a rude woman on the phone telling me it would here when it would get here and they were busy. The food finally arrived, cold, and 45 minutes late. The driver completely ignored our note asking him to knock quietly instead of ringing the doorbell so he didn’t wake sleeping children. I now have a baby and a toddler awake and crying, cold, inedible food and a very annoyed husband. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

An hour and a half to deliver chips and chicken kebab. When it arrived it was all smashed together so very soggy, and not particularly warm. The chicken was ropey and the pudding a banoffee pie was awful. And to top it off the delivery driver forgot his handbrake and almost rolled into my car.

Worst fish and chips I have EVER had. All they have to do is cook 2 things but no they cannot manage it. Avoid like the plague you will be wasting your money as it's inedible.

Everything was super oily. Every order received gets worse. Sadly with very limited places delivering I always end up returning. Really need to be tougher and say save your money you'll only be disappointed.

Tuna mayo was really runny and the Kebab meat was poor quality and tasted funny. Chips were nice but over done with mayo. Very disappointed overall
