World Kebab Pizza And Fish in Norwich

Fish itself was lovely but covered in a thick layer of grease, dripping with grease as well and most of the chips were hard and tasted awful. I thought I'd ignore the reviews but wish I listened as wont be returning again. Horrible food.

Food took over 2 hours to arrive, called the restaurant who just kept saying 2-3 more minutes. Food was awful!

we ordered our food at 15.55 it eventually arrived at 18.15 by that time we did not enjoy it at all.

we ordered chicken and chips. don't know if they had run out of chicken as we we given chicken fit for burgers and the chips were not fresh with a lot of hard stale bits of chips. the battered sausage wasn't soft food seemed stale.

Food was Delivered Promptly and Driver was Polite. Dinner was Hot and really Delicious. Thank You, Happy Customer. :)

The batter on the fish was so thick it wasnt really ediable and i ordered a dr pepper and got a full fat come which i cant drink .. was disappointed overall

All of our chips seemed like they had been re-heated from a few days ago. One of our party had 2 pieces of chicken, one of which was deep pink and inedible. The other piece looked disgusting inside. The fish was ok but didn't seem freshly cooked, possibly also re-heated. Will not use again.

Very disappointed. Order was made at 6:30pm. Estimated time for delivery was 7:20pm to 7:40pm. After the later time had passed asked for an update and was advised delivery would be around 8:05pm. Still not received at 8:15pm so then asked for refund for the delay Restaurant never even answered this request. Meal finally arrived at 8:30pm. Really not acceptable.

The haddock had bones in it and the batter was soggy. It completely turned my stomach so couldn’t eat much. Chips were alright and the sausage was good. Curry sauce size for the price was a bit steep.

It’s took 2 hours from ordering to be delivered on a Tuesday night. I was provided a window on delivery via the app, yet it went past this time. I waiting 30 mins past this time, called restaurant to be told 10 mins, 20 mins went by so I called again, to be told nearly there, 2 mins, yet it took a further 15 mins from then. Food arrived at 11pm. Food was cold and clearly sweated in the boxes as food had a funny taste. Not worth the wait I’m afraid.

chips were brown and some uncooked really greasy the batter wasn't cooked properly either really bitty and slimes do not recommend

Food was delivered early, no problem there. The food I got was OK. Trouble was, I ticked the no salad box for the lasagne, but didn’t get any chips either, and the chocolate donuts was a slice of chocolate cake.

I usually use this chippy occasionally, but today’s experience was not what I was expecting. Although the man who I called was lovely, the food was greasy as anything, the food was late which resulted in the food being cold.

Food was warm, but Blofield is probably a little too far from Takeaway. Portions were good and tasty. Ordered Meal 3. for 1 x fish and chips, Burger and 2 x chicken and chips, was expecting chicken portions not two battered chicken burgers, but they were very tasty. Maybe explain what you do actually recieve in the deal. Overall was excellent value for money plus had 20% Tuesday discount, making it really cheap. Will buy again.

Food was an hour late, not to my surprise the food was cold. Absolute waste of time ordering from here, they even managed to give me haddock not cod which topped it off a poor meal. The rock solid bread roll doesn’t help.

Chose this as they alleged they could deliver 45 mins to an hour.. Ordered at 16:35. At 17:21 came the notification it was on its way. Its a 10 minute walk. 18:00 came no food, I rang the place. Three times. No answer. Have to leave at 18:15. Not looking good. I ask where the food is in the order, and get a text back "Sorry aboutthe delay, food will arrive at 18.15". Food arrived 18:16. But now I am going out. Food remains uneated. So these plums took my money and failed. No idea on the food.

The quality of the food is awful. If you order from here prepare to be disappointed and hungry.

Had pre booked at 3.30pm for a delivery at 5.10pm. Had to chase food at 5.30 and food arrived at 5.55pm. However, food was lovely and hot and really good portion sizes and quality. Although food was late... it only bothered me today as we had to be somewhere later in the evening.

Worst takeaway in norwich 2 hours late food cold and lying that driver got stuck in traffic like we live in central London and not small Norwich they not even try to call to say sorry or replace the food not that was just cold but rotten fish very very dissapointed

The food was disgusting! I’d go as far and say the sausages were out of date, the batter wasn’t even battered, just falling off the cheap nasty sausages. Good tasty fish and sublime chips

Very disappointed, I had to throw the lot away after 1 bite!! Had cod and chips. Cod over done and batter tasted really weird and a chenical after taste had chips soggy and had black bits all over them so thinking the oil needs to be changed peeps!! Waste of my money and hungry:(

2nd time we've ordered and would order again. Portion size of chips with the meal deal was a bit small in comparison with the box size, but fish was good and overall a good meal again.
