arrived 45 minutes late and my lemon chicken was very very very sour. the sweetness was definitely not included in the sauce so will never order this again

Inedible, the chicken was clearly recooked it was so dry, no sauce with it, and the beef fried rice smelt weird and it ended up in the bin, even the dog turned his nose up. First and last order from me.

Jesus christ that was a bad fish and chips. Pretty sure it was x2 pieces of talapia smashed to smithereens with a frying pan. advertised as cod and chips for £9.70 !!! worst i've ever had. hate leaving bad reviews but I’ve been mugged right off. Also upgraded my chips to salt and pepper so overall paid 14 quid. chips were old and stale.. only went here because i didn't have cash on me to go to the others chinese shops in the area, wont make that mistake ever again.

Hi there , I order earlier a total of 6 items. I picked it up at the door and thought it was a bit light but I didn’t think anything of it, I then later opened and it came to my realisation that when I opened it nothing was in there except the boxes. I would like a full refund because of what happened, please and thank you.

food quality has gone down hill from here chicken balls dry & overcooked & the chicken chow mein tasted burnt such a shame as this was a nice Chinese... food prices have increased alot.

First off, delivery lady was lovely! So thank you! Food was really nice but I did find the sweet n sour Hong Kong style a bit rubbery? Only some of it, not all. Like it's been reheated maybe. Although this wouldn't put me off ordering from here again, it's local and delivery came in excellent time.

Downfall was stale prancrckers

Mostly ok except the fish which was awful. The size was ok but it looked unappetising due 2 shape & colour, far 2 greasy all soft batter with very thin layer of fish inside. I would not have given that piece of fish 2 any paying customer. Very disappointed.

Had a message at 7pm saying my order was on its way. As Wai Sing isn’t far away I was expecting it to arrive within 10 minutes. It arrived 30 minutes later and was barely warm. The large portion of chips was indeed large, however as they were cold they were inedible. Very disappointing and an actual waste of my money

Our First time and it was great!! We only had chicken currys with rice but it tasted fresh, The curry could have been abit more spicy but thats personal preference, Could tell it was made properly unlike some places with bought in curry. And the delivery driver was friendly! Deffo order again

Bought a chicken chow mein on two seprate occasions, wai sing is the most over priced, chinese takeaway around bs13, 1st chow mein bearly no chicken in there, i complained and said about gets 2nd chow mein, same if not no chicken in there, £7 for what noodle, just down the road in bs3, st johns lane, now get a bigger portion with polite staff for £6.20. Even wai sing sausages are overprice a ripp off. Avoid.

Food was really nice, we liked everything and we ordered a lot! However, food arrived 20 mins late. We had ordered it 2 hours before. At least it did arrive hot though so we could eat it straight away, phew.

I ordered mixed seafood fried rice and honey coated chicken as I wanted to try something different. I was sent mixed seafood noodles and the honey coated chicken was very tough, it also had peppers in which was not mentioned as I am allergic to them. First time I have been disappointed with Wai Sing, they are normally excellent.
