Stopped by today for a Bloody Mary as I always do but today I was served by an extremely rude woman called Max who firstly asked me to leave my bar stool to collect my drink as she couldn’t reach me where I was sitting and walking around the counter was obviously too much trouble! Unfortunately she had been too heavy handed with the Tabasco so it nearly blew my head off! When I requested some extra tomato juice to water it down a bit she wanted to fill it with ice instead! When I then requested a different one entirely she finally agreed to put more tomato juice in it telling me to request a Bloody Mary without spice next time!! Shocking service from such an iconic company!

Lovely service but the quality of product and experience has massively deteriorated. Tartar is now a pre-mixed slob of tabasco and heavy mayo in tartar, micro minced farmed Scottish salmon (leftover salmon scraps more than tartar…) thrown on a sad plate with some brown bread and chunks of lemon with pips. Before the salmon was balık, lemon wrapped in a net to trap pips, cute little bread triangles, sour cream and chopped onion in little jars to allow you to assemble your tartar. Not worth it anymore, doesn’t feel like the treat it used to be.

It's a real pity to see the downgrade in food quality combined with an upgrade in prices. Cornish crab is nice, but it's not King Crab or Snow Crab. Rock Lobster is not Maine Lobster. It's also daft to stop serving scrambled eggs & salmon just because it's past 10am. Disappointing. I hope it's not changed in the other terminals too.

My husband and I have been here before. We have never experienced the smile and kindness of Seby! Was amazing in suggesting Wine and Champange with our salmon and cheese plate. Also, Seby was very helpful in helping us with details on our trip to Sicily. Not only was he helpful to us. Watching him and Theresa work together was fun to watch. Seby with a smile ! Theresa on point. This will be the place for us as long as Seby is there. Thank you for such great salmon!!!

Within the dreadful space of Heathrow is the gem, Caviar House & Prunier. It's a tranquil spot of civilization with excellent food. I first tried the Crayfish & Lobster Cocktail which I was quite happy with. On my next visit, I ordered the Seafood Platter for one. This was a big winner. All of the seafood items were prepared perfectly and the potato salad equally delicious with well-balanced with seasoning. For dessert, chocolate cheesecake, and a cappuccino. The cheesecake was just the right density and richness, the cappuccino served hot, no need for sweetener. The only drawback is the extremely limited wine list. Still, I would happily arrive at Heathrow with some extra time to make the unpleasant visit to an international airport a much better one with a leisurely visit to Caviar House & Prunier.

Have been eating regularly at the caviar house even though I have lounge access. A week ago I visited while travelling at 20:50 and was told that is closed and only drinks can be served. I said fair enough and walked off. The reason though I decided to write this review is today 5th of May as I was waiting to board I took a quick rest on the stools and moments after an employee told me I can’t seat in a relatively abrupt way. I walked off to the Neighbouring chairs provided by the airport. Due to my last 2 experiences I won’t be visiting again

Some staff want to do well and some are just there to sabotage. I ordered a dish and a drink. I asked if the orange was freshly squeezed or from a pack. I was told freshly squeezed, so I ordered. Juice never came. So I flagged someone down to follow up. He seemed non chalent while I could see another staff in the background cringe because that was miss. He asked if I ordered the juice and I said I did. He promptly poured me a juice from a plastic container and placed it next to all the clean and empty glassware. Being caviar house I was expecting fresh squeezed as exactly that. Squeezed to order. That wasn't even the main issue. When I got my bill I saw 2 juices. So he never bothered to check my order. And when I told him I did previously order, he either felt I was a liar or other staff were incompetent. When he went to punch it in, he couldn't even bother to check if the order was initially entered correctly. What impact this has, is the next server who I requested the bill from, had to do the work twice and correct his mistake. Luckily it wasn't busy, but imagine if it was. Every task has to be done twice.

I have just had a horrible experience at this place. I asked for hot water for my baby 5 months old and the staff gave me reluctantly some. First the woman said they did not have any but then I reminded her that she has a coffee machine. The lady said that I should not have spoiled my child when I thanked her and told her the little one only drinks warm milk. At the time I thought it was a joke. My wife then went a second time because the flight was delayed. Again the same women told her they had no water even though my wife pointed at a kettle and the coffee machine. Again the women filled a bottle but refused to do a second. My wife then commented that it seems that she only caters to paying customers. The women was enraged came to our seat afterwards and pointed out that there was „an airport wide guideline not to give out water to babies“. What a story… Pret A Manger told me they would give us as much water as we want.

Second time I’ve been here this year and again dreadful service. Almost didn’t want to give it a second chance but after doing so, I won’t be back. Just watched 4 ladies sit, wait and then leave again after 20 minutes of being ignored. Bar not cleared of previous customers left overs and unfortunately definitely no smiles with the under par service… in fact the very opposite. Not welcoming AT ALL! Could be a thriving bar and business for the owner but what a state!

I came here to try the cavier. Although I have had it before but couldn’t really decipher what the fuss was what so thought to have another go. It’s located on ground floor. Be prepared it is a very expensive place. Mi had the 30gm st James @ 80£ . The taste was not as salty / strong as I have had tried in past but not sure why it was so expensive? The server was very kind to explain where it’s from and types. Also had salmon 32.5£ and a drink. Total bill 132£ Im not sure whether I should recommend it or not. The price doesn’t seem to justify the product. But anyways have a go and see what you think. It’s only a one time thing. Or better save up for something else.

A big thank you to Carlos for his kind and very genuine customer service. After he took payment for our two drinks, with a smile, we boarded the BA aircraft when my cousin realised she had left her jacket on the chair at CH. Carlos answered the phone and offered to bring it to the aircraft entrance without hesitation. That considerate action comes from the heart not from any training course.

Very underwhelming. The mixed seafood platter at around £50 had two very small slices of salmon (probably cheap Scottish farmed) some frozen shrimp, a singular prawn, an oyster full of shell, and a salad. It screamed of high profit margin low quality. I complained and was given an oyster- cheers 😑

I’m happy with because they sell foie Gras at a decent price. I know it’s a sinful food to eat so at the very least one should show moderation. Sorry for loving it so. I missed my opportunity to pick up a can in Paris and was delighted to get some here. It was worth the snub from the waiter, which the woman helping at the counter well made up with her polite nature. Not sure I would eat at this counter. The way they keep the food seems to incite danger. But you can’t miss with canned good (for the most part)

Mientras espera para nuestro vuelo en Heathrow, mi distribuidor sugirió que almorzar en casa y Prunier Caviar Bar de mariscos. Dijo que había comido en este lugar un par de veces antes y sirven marisco muy bueno. Así que me dije, por qué no. Este lugar es un bar en un pequeño espacio abierto con unas pocas mesas en el lateral. No es un gran signo visible que puede ser difícil de encontrar en un mar de gente en un terminal de lleno. Rápidamente nos agarramos dos asientos en el bar y yo empecé a buscar en su menú. Todo parecía fantástico, y todo estaba preparado justo en frente de usted en una cocina abierta. Todo parecía fresco y delicioso. Fue difícil para mí decidir qué ir con, así que pedí el combo de mariscos donde mi distribuidor tenía su Cangrejo las piernas. Antes del plato principal sirvieron un lado de ensalada que era fresco y delicioso, que limpiaba su paladar antes de lo que venga. La porción de mi marisco Combo era generoso y estaba delicioso. El tamaño de cangrejo las piernas de mi distribuidor era enorme. Me puede decir que obviamente estaba disfrutando de ellos. Bought present for my girlfriend, caviar!!!! Instead of having a party we got terribly sick after consuming the caviar from Caviar House. Send 5 mails and made 3 phone calls to Caviar House. 1 to warn about the state of the caviar and try to help to avoid other people to get sick too. 1 mail send to complain about the bad quality, which i received an reply on. I left all kind of details like date of purchase, shop location, card details used to pay present, etc. No response at all. II have send 2 more mails but Caviar House went complete silent. Phone call to customer service did not help me either. Customer service does not go any further than up to the gate. Very poor service. Bad experience.

Probably the only negative is that its expensive. That aside, its where I had a bloody messy crash course in seafood with the 'variety' plate - first time, had the oysters in the half shell, clams, and mussels, all were delicious. Shrimp and fish were also excellent. I think I washed that down with a Carlsberg which made my 3 hour wait to depart bearable. Service was very good and attentive. Will come here again for preflight din din! Note that this place will accommodate (I think) anyone, but since you sit on bar stools, it'll be difficult for kids and if you're handicapped. Also, if you have carry-on bags, it'll also be inconvenient especially if you take huge American sized carry on bags/rupsacks/suitcases.

Hemos comido en el café genérico de desayuno lugares en Bristol (Soho, etc) y han estado terrible. horrible comida por unos precios desmesurados, café en vasos de plástico. ¡qué asco. Así que esta vez probamos la casa y mariscos bar caviar. una mejor manera de comenzar las vacaciones. No anuncian muy bien - hacen bacon baps por unos 6 euros, lo mismo que en otros lugares en el aeropuerto.Teníamos buenos cafés de tazas adecuados, una copa de gaseosas, y marisco - muy agradable, muy civilizada, y en muy tranquila, limpia y zona de asientos en comparación a la otra competencia de café. Definitivamente vale la pena una visita si buscas un comienzo más exclusiva (pero no necesariamente más caro) para sus vacaciones.

visitamos este restaurante a fin de comenzar nuestras vacaciones en estilo o que pensamos. Todo lo que queríamos era dos copas de vino. Llegamos en el bar y el personal del bar no admitía que nuestra presencia y se sentía como que conscientemente evitar nuestros esfuerzos para conseguir su atención ya que sirvieron otros patrones que creían claramente eran más exigentes. Al final tuve que se inclina sobre el bar y específicamente pide el barman (dos veces) si pudiera conseguir algún servicio que me contestó que era atender otras personas. nos tomó 20 minutos para conseguir dos copas de vino - que habría sido aceptable si estaba ocupado y el barman tenía al menos reconocido nuestra presencia pero sólo había 6 otros clientes y me pareció que estábamos deliberadamente ignoradas. El servicio no era simplemente lento pero también maleducado, hospitalario y decididamente snob. No estoy seguro que me molestó más, el servicio lento, la cálida vino o la pomposo actitud del barman! No malgastes tu tiempo y dinero

A juzgar por su decoración y una marca, este bar de mariscos parecía ofrecer al viajero una experiencia más exigente de comedor de la otra comida outlets en aeropuerto de Bristol, y los precios del menú parecían reflejar esto. Este era nuestro razonamiento cuando seleccione el caviar House y Prunier Seafood Bar jueves la última vez de almuerzo. En vista de nuestras expectativas, la decepción cuando nos presentaron nuestras ensaladas pueblo de pescado razonable de 16 libras cada uno, no podría haber sido más extremas. Un puñado de cangrejo tirado en un plato con salsa salsa dulce servida en el lado, acompañados con un puñado de hojas mixtas de ensalada cubierto con una especie de reducción de vinagre balsámico, ambas aderezos claramente comprado, y no lo hizo, no era lo que nos mano en mente. No me agrada Bristol Airport. Es un lugar controlado, peor que otros aeropuertos yo uso regularmente, y ya que la cultura de una organización se encuentra en la parte de arriba, debe existir un gran Bully algún lado. Así que con el placer que me informe que, poco probable como suena, en Bristol Airport hay un elegante, un excelente restaurante al otro lado de la seguridad.Se llama el mar comida Bar, propiedad de la casa y caviar Prunier grupo. Pasamos más tiempo de lo normal en el último vuelo, así que fuimos allí y estuvimos encantados de encontrar una primera clase, elegante, al cliente-centrado restaurante sirve exquisita comida con mar cuidadosamente elegido adiciones - vino, pan, hors d'œuvre. Sin embargo, una cosa que decir antes de probar, es que es caro, con algunos platos extraordinariamente caro (un artículo en el menú era £395, aunque eso era de 125 grms de St James cavier de lujo). Estaba cerca de seco, con un saldo de fruta y ácido, frescas, limpias, con la retención. llegó a la temperatura adecuada.Me quedé bastante impresionado con este restaurante y volveremos otra vez cuando no nos importa pasar casi £70 para un almuerzo.

Not the best value for money when delivered. No idea why people are talking about generous potions sizes - paid £15 for a small portion of fish and chips! Southern fried chicken was a fiver for 5 small nuggets. A measly meal with good flavour ruined by small portions. Very small portion of fish - batter sticking to the box more than to the fish itself. Chips and curry sauce were good. Flavours of the fish was decent, but massively disappointed and feel I’ve not got my moneys worth at all

Th delivery person was very customer friendly. The Princes' Fish and Chips were very tasty and cooked to perfection.
