We had a very good meal here. The price/performance ratio was also good.

A nice place situated on a very busy shopping parade. Even though this place was surrounded by other food places, this small shop seemed to attract a lot of people. Very nice fish and chips, potion sizes were very good for the price. I would visit again!

Sent my grandson to buy a fish, a curry sauce pie and chips plus 2 pies. He was charged £26.50. What a rip off! The quality was crap and service was bad. If I had wanted to be robbed blind I'd have found a mugger! DON'T GO HERE!

2 haddock and chips. Absolutely beautiful. Curry sauce was different than the usual, but very nice. Staff were very friendly. Will definitely be returning.

I went in the shop at lunchtime and bought 2 portions of cod and chips which cost £25.80. The fish was small and thin and the chips were like scrapings from the bottom of the fryer. Very disappointed.

Normally when we order from yourselves the food is always good however today the onion rings where greezy and overcooked and the fish batter was greezy with 2 bones 2 cms in length not what I expect could have been a choking hazard This is not ur normal standard I can only put it down to the busy NW200 Sad as we always enjoy your food

We had to wait as the restaurant was a bit late opening. However, staff were friendly and helpful. The restaurant was clean and tidy. Love the fact you can order and pay from your table on your phone. Also, this way, when you are finished with your meal, there is no hanging around for the bill you can just leave.

Patricia in Nando’s bluewater had such amazing customer service skills she sat me and my 1 year old down and because I was by myself as soon as I went up to ordered I ordered a refillable drink and she immediately told me if I needed any help to fill it up let her know and she’ll be happy to fill it up, I didn’t want to bother her so started getting up to do it immediately she told me she’d do it! Amazing and adaptable customer service! Definitely made my nerves of coming out with my one year old be put at ease! Thank you Patricia

First time and the food was amazing fresh, and still nice and hot after few minutes drive home , very clean shop staff happy and helpful, very well priced with some lovely set meals, I would highly recommend trying it out , delivery aswell 😀

Perfectly good pub food in a village pub but nothing special either ok if passing by but not ok to go extra mile for really but convenient to some lovely walks around the Bay Area

Wasn't expecting The Ritz for the price but I would have expected rooms what didn't require a total overhaul and a bed that had a mattress where you didn't sink deep into the bed. However the service by the staff at breakfast and in the bar was first class. A problem too was on the literature that said food was served until 9 but we were told at 8 that service had finished. However the staff fit us in and the food was brilliant. So was the breakfast. Overall food great, service great, pub great, location great, price brilliant, rooms and bed need attention. Will return again.
