Absolutely amazing, me and my partner went here for dinner and its safe to say that this place is the dogs bollocks. The food was tantalizing and the service was immaculate. Yes its a tad pricey, but with the service you are provided I would happily pay more. Even better yet, whilst eating I had no one ask if my food was okay, which is amazing as I'd rather this than have a 30 year old bloke ask if my spicy rice is okay whilst I've scoffed about three mouthfuls in five seconds. The restaurant itself is incredibly clean and well looked after and we will be dining here again in the near future. Thanks so much Nando's, please never change.

Nando’s is overate expensive and poor quality. £50 for lunch and served with tiny portions and almost a school canteen environment. Very very poor. After this visit we will never go again, expensive and just rubbish service and quality.. horrible

We had been here on previous trips but thought it was time to do a review. We went early in the week and had no trouble getting a suitable table, early on we were offered an upgrade to a larger table as we were a large group. This is beyond the service we expected as by upgrading us they denied them selves the ability to take a larger group. We had a variety of meals they were all good, The pricing was suitable for what we had,

Patricia in Nando’s bluewater had such amazing customer service skills she sat me and my 1 year old down and because I was by myself as soon as I went up to ordered I ordered a refillable drink and she immediately told me if I needed any help to fill it up let her know and she’ll be happy to fill it up, I didn’t want to bother her so started getting up to do it immediately she told me she’d do it! Amazing and adaptable customer service! Definitely made my nerves of coming out with my one year old be put at ease! Thank you Patricia

The food was good and the customers service wasn’t too bad either, the chicken was delicious and definitely will tell friends about this place.

I have been there several times already - they have 2 separate outlets in the mall, something I found out much later! I have had take away most of the time as it is almost always busy. Nando's taste is great, but I did find the chicken quite small... for the same amount of money, you can get a much bigger chicken right next door at Comptoir Libanais! Nevertheless, it is worth the wait sometimes as it tastes so good! Also, you can get rewards and NHS discounts. On this occasion, I tried their Fillet steak prego roll - it was good, but as you can see in the picture, it was quite small...

I don't know if I am reviewing the correct Nandos as there are two in the shopping centre although I think this is it ... anyway I am looking for the bigger Nandos in the main food court.Upon entering you will be shown to a table, there are very few inside and so you might be seated in the food court itself, these tables are bigger although they are also closely packed together making it difficult to get in and out; this also means that you may be squashed into the corner like me which is very uncomfortable. Obviously there is also not the normal Nandos décor, lighting or music so this is really not for larger parties as the atmosphere is not as good as it should be on the larger tables in the main food court.The menu is reasonable, it is quite interesting the amount of things they can do with just one piece of chicken but this is ultimately all the menu is. There is not a great variety and this place is not for you unless you like chicken. The portion size is reasonable the food also tastes good and looks appetising. Overall the food is good and they have a food hygiene rating of 5/5 which is very good.Service was good, staff were friendly and the queue wasn't particularly long. I would prefer it if staff came to order your food and drink as oppose to having to go to the counter to order. It would also be good if staff would bring cutlery out with your food as you need to go and collect it separate, for the price they could at least be bothered to make these improvements.The price was reasonable, it could be better considering the lack of variety and minor dips in service although it wasn't the most expensive meal I have ever eaten. Some meals were more expensive then others.Overall, I will return due to the convenient and easy to find location in the shopping centre. I would recommend some other restaurants over this one that are nearby.
