The best chips around. A clean and efficient chip shop. Takeaway only. Can get busy, but that's because it's so good. Highly recommended.

What an awful experience. Our delivery was over an hour late with no explanation about what happened. They could have rung and explained. When the food finally arrived it was all stuck to the paper. Not at all the pleasant treat we expected.

Easter Sunday Lunch! WOW! We arrived and it was so busy but I let the staff know we were here and was getting a drink as a bit early, we got a table outside. The outdoor area is lovely and although busy there was a really good vibe about the place. They came and found us and took us to our table. There was live music on which gave a lovely atmosphere to the place and the decor is gorgeous. The staff were lovely explaining the specials but also the roast Lamb as it’s Easter. ( bloody gorgeous) The food was delicious and we didn’t wait long for our starters which we were surprised at as so busy. Our mains were spot on the best Sunday roast we have ever eaten in a restaurant! and the potions were like you get at home. Plenty of meat, loads of veggies which come separate and they brought extra gravy without us asking always a bonus for my family. Deserts went down very well with the teenagers too. Portion sizes and the quality of food was outstanding and the fact they were extremely busy the staff were friendly and helpful. Ordering drinks at the table arrived quickly 👌 The total bill for 6 of us with beers, soft drinks , coffee and a bottle wine was very reasonable. Safe to say I think this place will become a regular of ours. Well done to all that was working yesterday 👏

Champagne at LHR T2We have dined at the Caviar House & Prunier on St James many times, and did so again, during our November trip. We have stopped into their shop, and the separate bar/dining area at London Heathrow Airport Terminal 2, before catching our flight home to the USA. We did so, on this trip. Our flight was later than we usually take, and we had gotten to LHR with lots of time on our hand. Before heading to the United Club, we decided to stop into the Caviar House & Prunier shop in the terminal building, past Security.On this visit, we were interested in Champagne, and they always can accommodate us in that respect. We pulled up stools at the semi-circular bar, essentially in the middle of the rotunda at Terminal 2, watching the airline traffic, outside of the building, through giant windows.We had two glasses of the Laurent Perrier, and sat back, to relax, before heading to an early lunch, near our departure gate.Our service was very good, and cheerful. On this visit, we only sat at the bar for Champagne, and did not visit their near-by retail store - but we had already shopped at their St James restaurant, earlier in the visit.Lovely, and we try to always stop, when departing from T2 at LHR.

Chips seem to have been refried and poor quality would be better described as scraps At the price they charge they should fry fresh - it reminds me of the time when they opened late and the product has been in the hot box for an hour

Muy frito y grasiento. Nunca antes había patatas fritas semimaltrechas como esta. No podía comer todo esto y sentí que podría haber tenido un ataque al corazón

We had a party of 40, the service and the food were amazing can highly recommend. Everybody commented on how nice the food was and it was hot. Well done and thank you.

had fish and chips from here and we can highley recommend the staff were very friendly and they did a meal deal that was just right for us

Have regular takeaways from here, also our guests from guest house come here, as we highly recommend the food. Always perfectly cooked and warm friendly people. The batter on the fish is so light and crispy, not greasy like some places. Cannot recommend enough. 10 / 10

Lovely time at this place got some chicne nuggest for my niece who can’t walk and a Pepsi max it were very yum I do think you should av a soft play upstairs for the young uns as it looks incredibly boring up there Other than that very good and yummy food I will have to tell my good mate drew peacock to try this place out himself

Nice chips but the Massive large portion of chips wasn't that big Liam from work said it would feed at least 10! Feel sorry for him small cone fills him up. Did enjoy the sausage in batter though!

El lugar estaba ocupado cuando llegué, pero había pedido y pagado en línea, así que no pensé que tendría que esperar mucho. Qué equivocado estaba. Varias personas entraron y ordenaron y recibieron su comida mientras yo estaba allí. Después de 45 minutos pregunté dónde estaba mi comida. Esperó otros 10 minutos antes de que finalmente estuviera listo. ¡Farsa!

Came here for breakfast, both had full Scottish. Really nicely presented and very tasty. Helpful staff. Clean, nice environment. Good value.

Ordered with just eat on line. Advised at time of order 15 to 30 mins. No food after 1 hour. tried to cancel but not allowed. Contacted Marino who very sorry but no driver to deliver. He even called himself but no help from Just eat. Don't use Just Eat. This is not the first time this has happened. Marino himself then delivered our order just before 20.00. Lovely food. Many thanks to Marino. Just Eat can shove it. I will contact them.

I've been going to this shop for about 5 years now, and the fish suppers are without doubt the best I have ever tasted on every occasion.
