The best restaurants in United Kingdom serving Seafood food

Ordered with just eat on line. Advised at time of order 15 to 30 mins. No food after 1 hour. tried to cancel but not allowed. Contacted Marino who very sorry but no driver to deliver. He even called himself but no help from Just eat. Don't use Just Eat. This is not the first time this has happened. Marino himself then delivered our order just before 20.00. Lovely food. Many thanks to Marino. Just Eat can shove it. I will contact them.

On the way back from delivering a second hand fridge freezer in Edinburgh we stopped off for fish and chips and refreshments. The service was good and we sold another chest freezer to a woman in the queue. It was a lovely sized portion adequate for at least a grown person and a small child. Wrapped conveniently and stong enough bag to disperse the waste. Will call again.

First time at George’s, waited ten minutes for fresh cod and chips and it was definitely worth it, one of the best I’ve had, will definitely be returning!

Great food! Everything on the menu is good. Also has an amazing atmosphere with seating around back and off the bank over looking a small lake.

I come here very frequently, staff are always polite and recognise you and know your order. Food is always perfectly cooked and you have the option of having salt and vinegar. Lovely stuff!

Acabo de pedir desde aquí y la comida era absolutamente repugnante las patatas fritas se volvió a cocinar y los pasteles de pescado estaba demasiado cocido y casi quemado no pueden decir que no lo eran He sido chef durante 25 años más y sé re cocinar la comida. ¿no hay clientes no significa tanto para ellos que envían comida tan mal. Me sorprendería mucho si consiguen algún cliente que regrese porque este alimento no está a la altura de los estándares de los clientes. ¿por qué ser dueño de un establecimiento de alimentos si no es dueño de lo que sirves lo resuelven porque solo está dirigiendo su negocio en el suelo y luego se sientan y se preguntan si todo salió mal?

The worst fish and chips I’ve ever had. Hard hips and leathery batter. I ordered by phone and collected at 5.30. Very disappointing.

Pedimos pequeñas DQO y chips hoy.El pescado no era bacalao. También había sido congelado. 5) 00 + por un poquito de pescado gris congelado. . viejo eglefino, creo. . y algunas papas empapadas. No hay horquilla disponible tampoco. Pidió sal sin agregar nada. Es una pena, ya que solía ser un buen chippy. Debe haber cambiado de dueño recientemente.Las patatas fritas también eran pobres. Soggy mess tbh.Este lugar ha pasado de ser decente a terrible.Sube un poco por la carretera y consigue un sándwich decente o un rollo, etc. en el garaje de Hills. . Mucho mejor y la mitad del precio.

Lovely food and great service . I went with my daughter and we ate in the restaurant as part of a spa day. Spa day was superb would highly recommend

Always go to foleys as food has always been lovely, however in the last month or so, portion sizes have dropped dramatically which is such a shame. The last 3 times I’ve been, the portions have been terrible for the price. Please go back to how it was, I miss it

Only place open for a coffee after a walk. Service was really slow just for 2 drinks and 2 cakes. Flat white was not- just a weak coffee with froth ontop. We sat inside and regretted it as it was ridiculously stuffy and table tops sticky. Dog friendly - again, which irritates me as not all if us wish to share eating space with canines. While we were waiting another customer cane in and added I'd it would help I'd he made his own tea?!! Terrible service. The millionaires shortbread was very good but that's about it

We ordered a hot and cold selection of seafood. The hot dish was awful. The fish was frozen and very uniformed and the batter stodgy. One so called prawn had no prawn in it - just a lump of batter. All processed and revolting for £6.50. The cold dish slightly better but cheap crab sticks. Considering the place is well known for fish we would have got better in Iceland supermarket!

Always use this takeaway. Excellent fish and chips. Always friendly. Good prices. Parking available. Can be very busy at times

We used these guys for a large takeaway (30 covers) delivered to an address in Crookham Village (on a Tuesday night). The supper was for a Quiz Night and had to be delivered on time as there was little room for any delays bearing in mind there was a 2 mile diversion. This was done and the staff even helped with handing out the attractive boxes the very good fish supper came in. It was well received by the guests Friendly, laid-back but efficient... well done all!
