The best restaurants serving Pizza pasta food in England

Extremely rude and ignorant staff food was hours and 15 minutes late pizza was cold and box crushed in on top of it

Not happy with the store at all food arrived cold and pizza limp and warm. Verinder omg digesting customer service puts buisness first instead of customer. This guy does not understand English. I WANTED A FULL REFUND waited over an hour. Fabricated delivery times (fraud I believe) by accessing the systems saying delivery done when driver is still 15 mins away. Delivery guy was ace however Verinder let thd store down £25.66 is the order and blackmailed me (against dominoes policy) I wish a full refund not a voucher because you have just lost this customer. Verinder and Lancaster Domino's i guess I wont be getting a refund from this franchise so Dominoes head office here I comeand environmental health food safety

Had a bad experience, I asked to get the Tuesday deal which is buy one and get one free the guy behind the counter refuses. Poor customer service.

Never again from this Domino’s. I was always ordering from them, but in the last few times was absolutely terrible.

Very bad experience with pizza hut. I order spicy goat vegetarian pizza customer number 4837622 order number 1116 and i got bacon on pizza. After that i called to store but no one picked up. I personally visited store but the guy give me other pizza which is very cold.

What has happened to this takeaway? It used to be so good. Used it tonight and the first order was wrong, ordered a medium and large, and they sent 2 mediums. Waited for a new order of large pizza and it came like it had been trampled on (see picture) would not use this takeaway again

Domino's es mi sitio favorito, pero hoy me decepcionaron. El servicio no era lo suficientemente bueno. Y pizza, no hablemos de ello. No sé por qué fue malo; me hizo sentir como si nunca más debiera ordenar desde este lugar. Era todo sabroso, no había suficientes verduras o pollos.

Ordered a large pizza that was meant to serve 3 people, I was delivered a small pizza instead. The restaurant wouldn’t answer my 20+ phone calls until it closed and said they would deliver a large in the morning. Obviously this was a ridiculous “solution” to my problem and I told them to not bother as I just wanted my money back. I paid £22 in the end for a pizza smaller than a standard dinner plate and went hungry as I had nothing else in. Awful experience and will never order from here again.

The cheesy garlic bread wasn’t bad, but the fries/chicken were just really soggy and disappointing, and for a fast food meal that usually is no more than a 5 minute wait in store I waited an awful long time for my order. A bit of a let down overall.
