Pizza hut in Leicester

I recently ordered two large pepperoni pizzas, and after eating half of one, I noticed a very bitter, chemical-like taste in the last bite of a slice. About 30 minutes later, I began to feel strange. My heart rate increased, I felt dizzy, and I experienced heightened sensitivity to light and sound, similar to the effects of substances like LSD or MDMA. Thankfully, I have experience with managing such sensations and was able to stay calm, but if my child had eaten that slice, the situation could have resulted in a medical emergency.

The drink and ice cream we ordered was not delivered even when I phoned and was told it would be delivered separately.

Waiting for food for one and a half hours for my food

Pizza had hardly any tomato sauce base and no cheese or very little tht you couldn’t see or taste, mushroom and ham cremated and also sent the wrong ice cream and drink 🥤

Worse Pizza I had from a big pizza franchise, I've had pizza hut from numerous locations but this one was so horrible, the dough tasted stale and the pizza itself was so oily and greasy it was falling apart just lifting it up and underneath the pizza itself was like a puddle of water. I ordered it twice from here and each time was months apart and both occasions were the same, never again that's for sure.

Wanted to say thank you to the team . Just ordered wrong pizza and yet they manager to re-deliver. Thank you pizza hut team.

Round the corner and took over an hour to arrive and food wasn’t worth the wait cold and poor quality food!

the delivery driver told me he was late as had a doctors appointment and couldn't say why it wasn't given to a different driver

pizzas were delicious crust was crispy and a good variety of toppings was very tasty. We had friends around all enjoyed them very much including vegan. Will definitely order again.

I ordered two different pizzas. I am not satisfied with the quality. Pizza very oily and heavy. Almost burned. After eating, I feel only fat in my stomach and no pleasure from eating pizza. I will not be a regular customer.

I got wrong order! I ordered a chicken, mushroom , sweetcorn pizza and i got other things on it i don’t like and i don’t want to eat! I even put into the note that “no onion” and i got onion on it! :( very disappointed

I raised a complaint with Pizza Hut head office for the poor food and experience at this place. Head Office told me to deal directly with the franchise of which I did. The manager called me and denied everything about the complaint I raised. He was a arrogant and condescending man and wouldn't let me say anything over rhe phone. What's happened to Pizza Hut? Why do they let people like this own a franchise and treat customers so badly with disrespect.

I had made a mistake with my order online and didn’t receive my gluten free pizza . We let the driver know and the driver was excellent he rang Leicester west Pizza Hut . The lovely lady was amazing and within 20 minutes they had sent me my gluten free pizza ! Excellent customer service !

I had Pizza Hut couple of weeks ago in Nottingham, pizza was more tastier and loaded with cheese much more, compare to this place. Delivery driver didn’t brought food in thermal bag, which means pizza and sides were delivered stone cold.not happy with service in this place.

Some great vegan cheeses and options brought down by ingredients that make you wince, and crusts that are inconsistent. The pizza arrived very quickly, but I assumed this to be a bad aspect as it arrived undercooked. The underside of the pizza was almost sponge-like whilst the sides were cracked and dry. The cheese was actually pretty good but it is brought down by ingredients that have a taste that makes you physically make a sour face. I'm unsure if the ingredients are out of date or simply Grilled for way too long, but either way they have a very harsh nasty taste. Coupled with the soft base, unfortunately this was a disappointing experience which was only saved by the rapid delivery and at least (borderline) edible pizza.

I haven’t got the drink i ordered

Food was stone cold and absolutely disgusting will not be ordering from here again. Delivery driver just handed the food over and wasn’t even in the hot bags. Said to the driver the food is cold he said not my problem.

I ordered the hawaiian sizzler expecting a spicy pizza but received a standard hawaiian so slightly disappointed

Wrong chicken strips were delivered instead of hot and spicy it was plain ones

Ate food from here and got food poisoning. Beth of the customer service team dealt with my case but was no help in resolving the matter and just called me a lier

Pizza arrived and the box was opened and inside was a mess one of the slices looked liked all the toppings had been scraped off. This is a joke as 3rd time ive ordered from them and still a bad experience.

Just half-finished one (out of 2). Absolutely disgusting! Arrived barely warm. Cheese in cheesy crust not even melted. Dough hard and like rubber. Not crispy at all. Over £30 wasted. I won't be fooled by your adverts anymore.

Ordered online around 12pm for a 6pm delivery. Food was really nice and my partner who is celiac really enjoys that they provided her with a good gluten free pizza. Both of us would recommend.

Pizzas can be hit or miss- it is like playing Russian roulette.

Fantastic service. Ordered a delivery to premier inn hotel this was no problem. They had ran out of garlic bread only had 3 pieces so called me and offered a tear and share, I thought this would be instead but sent both!! Also driver arrived on time

The manager are very bad they don't know how to speak to a customer..... also they don't know how to deal with customer and there language is very very bad..... they took 45 minutes to take my order and they did not say anything no sorry or thank you ... very very bad service. They very very rude rude them 2 Indian girls.. they both give me wrong name when I asked them one said maya.. they did not give me the proper name... it will be great if you can bring a new staff or take them out.... When I got my order and I check it and it was all wrong order... I order on hickley road...

Ordered two large pizzas and a side of potato wedges for delivery. Arrived in good time but as soon as we opened one of the pizzas we could see something blue in the cheese. Upon further inspection it turned out to be a piece of plastic. I rang the Pizza Hut and they were very apologetic and said they would send everything fresh ASAP. Within 20 minutes the new food arrived and was fantastic. They took away the one with the plastic so they could investigate what had happened. Great food but just make sure you check the food before you send it!

Three times I ordered pizza from Pizza Hut Delivery - Leicester, Hinckley Road. All three times the pizza was on time and exactly as ordered. Maybe I am just lucky, but I am very greatfull for all people working in Pizza Hut at this time of Covid-19 pandemic.

I ordered 2 pizzas on offer for home delivery. The pizzas were burnt to a crisp, toppings all over the place, pizza sliced like someone had done it with their feet !! Not Pizza Hut quality at all , ruining the name . I will never buy from here again. It has put me off Pizza Hut .

Absolutely vile . No way does this place use original franchise ingredients. Food arrived cold . Iv had Pizza Hut plenty of times but never have I ever seen anything like this place . Franchises need to keep a closer eye on small businesses like this . The cheese was never Pizza Hut cheese the tomato tastes like it’s from a tjs kebab shop. Absolutely shocking !!!! Monday 23rd October I pre ordered at 1pm for my pizzas to be delivered at 3pm, I rang back at 3.15 and the gentlemen said we haven't started making them we will make them at 4, what the hell is this?? So where to start....out last 3 orders something has been wrong - normally cold pizza! The last order - one pizza was cold & one was burnt! We complained. Was promised a complimentary gift voucher for our trouble. That never came Spoke to branch manager - offered a complimentary replacement order. PERFECT! The pizzas arrived with a cocky delivery boy offering the receipt- then saying "not that you need it" The pizzas weren't cooked properly, covered in Grease, ripped to shreds when we Tried to take a piece - so the whole lot went in the bin. Informed the store manager. Nothing has been said. Not even a sorry - AGAIN! Is it too much to ask for hot, edible pizza ? Apparently so!

We've been ordering from Pizza Hut for years and it's always been decent. This time round I've decided to write a review for it. I called up and ordered pizza, using the Buy one get one free pizza deal. The lady on the phone informed me that it'd be cheaper to use the 40% off deal, so that was much appreciated. The food arrived quicker than we had been informed and it was all hot and freshly prepared - normally we need to eat up the pizza in the microwave but this time we didn't need to. I ordered a cheesy bites pizza and the cheesy bites seemed to have changed - there is now garlic herbs on top of the bites which was well liked by my parents. All in all it's your standard Pizza Hut Delivery and either things can go well or go wrong.

Recently been in for a meal with a friend and had the big sharer meal, we one pepperoni and one meat feast, the pepperoni for us was far to greasy and not edible, we spoke to our server about this (Kurtis) and all he did was just apologised and said that the pizza is like that... Although I've been a fair amount of times to a different Pizza Hut and it's been fine. We didn't eat anything else of our share meal as it just put us off and wasn't in the mood, we overheard other customers complain and herd they had it taken off there bill and we didn't get offered a free drink let alone money off the bill considering we ate 2 slices and the rest of our meal was just left to go in the bin. I find it a real disappointment as it cost us £24.95 to be let down and just eat 2 slices, real waste of my money.

Ordered one pizza and a side from our local pizza hut early on a Friday evening with a delivery time of ASAP so you would reasonably expect 30-45 minute wait. After an hour they picked up on the third or fourth attempt and the guy said he would find out where it was, put me on hold then came back with the usual opening line "Hello Pizza Hut, how can I help you" bit odd as he clearly intended to hang up than actually answer, but now I had him again I asked did he find out...immediately after he said it was on it's way. Well forty minutes passed (we live 5-10 min drive from the store) and nothing so I phoned head office and got a refund as we had paid online. Head office were great and informed me to contact the store. Spent 15 minutes over 6 calls to try and get through but no luck then finally the pizza arrived so we turned it away and the delivery man, poor guy, completely understood as it had been happening to him all night.

La pizza de coberturas eran tan saturado como un moho, tangy-degustación turd que tiene navegamos las aguas saladas. Las bases como floja como fideos floja y que ni siquiera ir a mencionar las camareras; no sé sus cabezas de sus rectums. Nuestra orden fue tomado 3 veces, pero aún así salió mal ... Y una vez que nos quejamos el único campo de acción para llevar a la pizza insultingly putrid de la cuenta. Por último, el postre ... lo pondré de esta manera tanto me quedé con un coronel.
