Ordered a pizza meal deal. Pizza came under cooked so rang to speak to restaurant and they sent another meal. Pizzas arrived and they were still under cooked. Dough was not right. Rang to speak to them again and they were insistent there was nothing wrong with the pizzas. Will not be ordering again.

I’ve been ordering food from doner master for a while staff are friendly, you can go out an order better pizzas/burgers an kebabs from other place's which are usually a lot more expensive , but value for money to the quality I have no complaints I always enjoy it thanks

Ordered a pizza and it was estimated to be an hour. I phoned up after an hour and half to see if they have received my order and said give us 15mins and we will have it delivered to you then. I received it after 2 hours.

AVOID at all cost. Had a menu posted through our door. Decided to give them a try as hadn’t before. Rang and made an order for delivery obviously giving address. When food was 15 minutes late I decided to call and chase it up. The lady who answered spoke to someone in the background and then replied sorry we don’t deliver to that area. I explained we received a menu, had our order taken, which wasn’t a small order and only live a 10 minute drive away. The phone was then hung up on myself. AVOID AVOID….

Ring to. Order 2x pizzas say 1 hour it’s been 2 hours so ring to double check order on way to be inform yes delivery driver on way nd put phone down no apologies. 2 hours nd 10 mins later still waiting on the order will not use again! Or recommend

Best food around, pizzas are great and the kebabs are amazing, just wish they did rice, but hey you can't have it all.

Pizzas was perfect exactly how I asked for the mighty meat is definitely that they don't give you a tiny bit of meat it's proper loaded

We have just received our order . It was the wrong order and really poor quality.

The food is good, but the service is terrible. Delivery is never on time the few times I've ordered its been 40mins late over the hour they told us. I would avoid this place at all cost. Even when I've collected staff don't talk nice about some customers and don't talk well to each other.

Always use them, never had a bad experience and honestly we use them a lot! Food always hot and delivered quickly. Not too expensive either.. 10/10 from us !

Ordered over the phone and gave delivery details and asked to confirm the address and they took my order and told it would be delivered within 45mins then 10 minutes later I got a call to inform me that they could not deliver it to my address as it was to far away 4.3miles🙄. What sort of customer service is that? If a mistake is made you should honour your original order and learn for next time not leave customer (HGV driver) parked up overnight without food. 😡😡

Chicken shish kebab is excellent here and great value too... I'd say it the best kebab in the area which is high praise indeed!! Partners veg pizza is always bang on too.. friendly and fast service, highly recommended 👌 👍

What a disappointment. We normally have a great experience but not this time. Wrong items chewy and gristly lamb instead of kofta shredded chicken instead of chunks and then to top it all cold 😢

Our wraps are always the best. I have never tried other meals there but I can recommend wraps. Food looks tasty and salads are fresh. One thing -that is a small business and I think they struggle with delivery on time during weekends. Two men keep this business running, other are just random staff.

The burgers here are surprisingly good, decent pizza too. Had to downgrade review as just had another delivery that was messed up

Amazing food. I had the chicken wrap, garlic bread pizza and chips and cheese. Chicken wrap had good quality of chicken and salad was fresh. Really hygienic and friendly service.

Tried this place for the first time and an hour after eating it we had food poisoning be aware me and my partner have been so poorly never again

Good kebabs and.pizzas but you have to wait and wait and wait. Always told 20 mins for pickup so give it a bit longer and have to wait for to long time when I get there , sometimes its not even on the grill shame about this otherwise its really nice

This place used to be the best takeaway in sileby but over the past threw months the food has become disgusting the pizza is never cooked properly and the donner meat is dry over cooked and smells Needs new managment or new supplier

First time I've been. Inside looks really clean staff friendly, the food was excellent lovely charcoal taste on shish lamb and chicken,lamb and chicken donner meat not greasy at all salad fresh and juicy will be going back again and again

Wasnt happy at all been customers for nearly 9 years then today i rang placed an order to be told it will be an hour and a half wait (19.09) said yep ok that went past so i rang to be told by the lady the man is just getting it ready to be deliverd to us at (8.30). Then we was waiting again rang (21.51) to be told there is no order for us coming and the lady calling us a lier in the back ground while my parnter is talking to the manager. Really am annoyed the customer service was discusting and the lady lieing to us is just the biggest joke out having kids also waiting for this meal which i ended up avin to cook them sumoat cuz they couldnt wait any longer will deffo be going else where from now on

Worst service ever experienced, gave them chance after chance after experiencing wrongborders turning up, today was the final straw after being refused to have a incorrect order being delivered and to top it off the rest of the families food being cold. Avoid this place, go to Rothely Pizza Inn, far better food and service.

Ordered to collect told to come down in 20 minutes, got there waited another half hour and 5 people who ordered after us, got there food, made to feel like an idiot for asking when it would be done, just to be told they "aren't just sitting down like us" was kind of rude to be fair. The man in the glasses who works was nice, at least he tried to dissolve the situation. The other cook only made things worse. Just disappointed really.

Had great food until tonight and had ran out of chicken donner. Sent my mega mix kebab with out it. No one said a word.?!!! When phoned up said had ran out! Why not tell me when ordering or delivery?????? Won't use again

Had a burger last night woke up with aches diorrhea headaches sickness god knows what was up with it won't be bothering again

Just order 2 x 6inch pizza and they arrive not even cooked. Cheese was still cold and salami was raw. Not happy as usually these guys are on the ball. Very disappointed indeed

Always so friendly; food always spot on, we placed a large order of 15 pizzas for a birthday party and they couldn’t have been more helpful in ensuring all were ready on time, were hot and fresh. Never had a problem with any of the staff or drivers - thank you!

Messed up our order, food was cold,rang back up after waiting an hour for our food originally. Got a lot of attitude on the phone we then got them to send us the right food but we had to give the old one back and then pay an extra £1.40 for chips that we originally ordered but never came. Rang the manger to discuss it but was told 'I'm too busy come shop' and put the phone down. The customer service is disgusting not once did we get an apology from them mucking the order up.

Yo estaba de visita en Leicester por unos días para negocios y habiendo estudiado en la universidad para unos pocos meses antes de que yo trasladado estaba entusiasmado acerca de la experiencia de comer en la calle Narborough especialmente!! Se cambió dramáticamente!... De todos modos pedí mi comida el chico parecía muy educado y la comida parecía y olía bien. Pedí mi comida.. Cuando llegó me hizo el doble de la cantidad que pedí? Qué!!! Dijo que ordenados 2 kebabs para comer??? Miré en él (tengo tiempo en Turquía tiene bien! Jajaja) y él sonrió dijo que no no .. Obviamente estaba enfadado.. Así que me senté... Comimos.. La comida era muy promedio no estaba contento.. tbh De todos modos, para mi sorpresa me di cuenta de que no era la única orden se equivocaron.. Mientras yo estaba allí 2 Pedidos de cliente se dieron completamente equivocado y cuando uno de ellos dieron indignada dijo me voy.. Uno de los chicos que trabajan allí quería él justo!! Y llamaba insultos realmente malo... Rápidamente me comí y a la izquierda... Estos chicos son verdaderamente en masters en saben que!!

Ordered from here at least once a week spending a average of £20 per week. But last night I ordered a kebab mega mix what was on there window for £9.90 I thought it was a good deal I also ordered chips and a bottle of Coke, I got told it was £13.90 in total, waiting way over a hour for our meal after being told 30 mins for delivery but when it came I was out and they asked my partner for £18.10 what she gave to the driver. Until my surprise when she asked me if that was right what was totally wrong I rang dinner master and he just shouted at me and said I'm only one customer and my custom is miner to the many customers he has. He used abusive language over the phone what resulted in me going to the shop to speak to him, he said the dinner mega mix is collection only what is not on his sign what I saw before I ordered the meal. It ended in a pointless argument where I felt fretened and small. This man is just after money rather than customer satisfaction even tho it was his own mistake. He called me white trash Infront of a shop of customers. So not only is he a nasty man he is a racist to. I would never use this shop again.

He estado comiendo aquí por muchos años y puedo decir que es uno de los mejores kebabs de Doner se puede comer!Solía ser incluso mejor cuando se les permitía quemar troncos para refrescar la carne pero todavía es un gran Doner incluso preparado con gas.No la mushed normal hasta 'cordero detalles pero la carne real. Todos los condimentos son muy buenos y las porciones son muy generosas.Prueba el Doner mezclada con patatas fritas y un montón de chili y salsa de ajo, y no te olvides la ensalada.insistencia muy razonable, pero que está intentando competir en Narborough Rd! El servicio con una sonrisa.

Ya que hay en mi pueblo sería difícil no probar el Doner principal. Los Hay kebabs son realmente excelentes y las ensaladas recién cortada y fresco. Incluso la guindilla picante salsa es perfecto. Las patatas fritas muy bonita, y las pizzas - mi Dios, las pizzas son para morirse. Servicio amable y hablador.
