I called today, just to ask about updates on a pizza, however the customer service I recieved on this call was absolutely rude I’ve never heard anything like it. As someone who comes here often I was so shocked by how rude the person was on the phone. In all seriousness they need to fix how they speak to people

I have received a voucher to use that they do not allow me to use unless on the app that I don't have access to because i would need to change my Google location. What happened to customer service. Absolutely ridiculous. Not worth your time of day. Go to somewhere else where they actually care about their customers

Hello, went here last night for a cheecky pizza, the pizza was one of the best dominos I'd had in a long time, loads of cheese and cooked just how I like it. The guy in the store was a bit blunt but it might have been me as I'd been awake for a long time, more then likely I'll be back there tonight for another cheecky one.

rude, I am so tired of how rude the team is. "i have received 10 missed calls and we are closed" no it wasnt 10. why answer the phone if youre closed, why say your'e open online when you are not. Just purely disrespectful. London road location. then the dmu one is just as bad, ordered wigs, he gave me the wrong one when i wanted to change it, he looked as though he was ready to argue with me. then proceeded to give me bbq sauce and said do it yourself. so yes i am beyond done.

Delivery was totally rubbish, i ordered online and driver didn't knock the door or didn't even call they just showing status delivered

Wanted to order for collection as usual but all of a sudden I was told on the phone that I can ONLY order online??? and then the guy put the on me. Since when? Called back and argued with them and then they ended up accepting my order. I hope this will be really passed on to the head manager and the person that picked up the phone today around 2am gets fired

A truly sad and final day..i'd got used to paying 28 quid for one pizza for being disabled...as opposed to a car user paying 25 for two pizzas by collection..that aside they no longer know what they're doing..i can defend them no more...sauces not turning up,pizza not turning up,driver outside for 20 mins,ringing the wrong number and when ringing london road branch my order doesn't exist despite paying..despite undue patience i'm now cured from buying from these clowns...5 years ago they were great...this ISNT 5 years ago..please avoid you deserve better. And i wont write to mypizzafeedback..you do it as you have more time than us....time saved by giving no customer service..

Tried Pizza Hut recently with massive disappointment Today tried dominos it was completely the opposite to pizza hut Domino quality and delivery was so good and pizza was amazing, what you would want hot tasty and on time plus full of flavour Never going back to Pizza Hut

Just had delivery, it was meant to be tuna supreme! All I got was 20 sweetcorn and a tomato base pizza taste and got a t- spoon of tuna which smelt like canned cat tuna. Disgusting YUK! Do not buy this.

Absolutely awful. Ordered two pizzas for delivery. Saw the delivery man carrying the pizza boxes and walking on the road outside, no insulated bag to keep them warm. He handed them over the same way. So they were already cold on handover. They got the topping on one pizza wrong, they put sweetcorn on instead of mushrooms. So I had to call them to tell them that. The woman who answered didn't say sorry or offer to send the correct pizza. I had to ask for the correct one to be sent. Instead of saying yes straight away, she asked me to send the wrong pizza back. I laughed at how ridiculously petty this was and my friend who could overhear and whose pizza it was, was shocked that all she cared about was getting the "wrong" pizza back. I said yes, then she finally said she would send the right pizza. The second driver came and called to tell me he was standing outside our neighbours house. Why tell me that? He too handed the pizza over without taking it out of any warm bag. He was confused by us giving him a pizza back. We told him the woman at the store asked for it back. He laughed and said that was strange. Second pizza arrived cold too. My friend reheated theirs in the oven while I ate mine cold. I will never, ever order from this Domino's ever again!!!! It's an utter shambles and a disgrace.

Order online and collect in store. Much easier that way. Plus offers for buy 1 get 1 on takeaway exist on app most times. Also, there's a bench to sit on while waiting for order. But there is no dine-in option. Good pizzas.

Accidentally ordered to the wrong domino’s, meant to do one elsewhere. Turns out, this place is pretty decent. Few places to sit while waiting, nice view from inside. Is a little small, but really isn’t that important unless it’s super busy (which it wasn’t)

The staff here are rude and couldn't care about your food in the slightest I phoned up to ask for lighter sauce on the base of the pizza got the phone put down on me repeatedly and they then refused to answer to my number update .... when you go in the service is a lot better I understand they haven't got time over phone to adjust orders just say that then .

Won’t leave half a pizza plain for a 5 year old girl that was with me ordering . All I wanted was one side left plain so we could both enjoy but they refused and said I had to buy two pizzas . Call your self a family place it’s a joke !! Lost my business and I won’t return .

I didn’t like the vegetarian pizza and the margarita pizza is nice but nothing I can’t find in a supermarket in the frozen section.

It's Dominoes.... super swanky cheese on toast made to your specific requirements. It's fast, open till 5am... anyone not liking pizza especially made to your own request needs a sharp jab in the eye with a ballpoint... pizza is gooooooooood

Professional service! My order was hot and delivered under 30 minutes. I did need to call the shop as I had an issue with my order BUT the kind lady over the phone sorting it immediately. Thank you, I shall be ordering again soon

Friendly staff - No dining option, just take out only. Open super late at night, so that's a bonus - Had their cheese crust margherita pizza. For the price I paid I expected a bit more, but nope, it was basic. Personally I wouldn't visit again for those prices for a basic pizza, when there are better competitors charging less nearby. 1 Star for friendly staff and another for how late they're open.

Best Domino's deals than any other branch in Leicester. Best collection offer is large twelve inch pizza for only £5.99 with one topping but only weekdays before 4pm. Bargain!

the service is disgusting. literally we’ve been waiting for an hour and the tracker shows that it’s ‘baking’ tried calling the branch 6 times with no results. don’t order from this branch because it’s a fraud. we have been waiting hungry for so long it’s insane. hope that we will get anything.

I went into the branch on glen road,the staff took a break in a cubicle sized staff room,play fighted and came out to roll the dough.no washed hands,all talking to eachother as if there are no customers.Its so disgusting,god only knows what they get upto.Id never get a pizza from there again,no professionalism,lack in cleanliness and for me,not monitored by a reponsible person.The supervisor was among the idiots.

I’d like to say I’m a regular customer at Dominos and I guess I just wanted to leave this review here to just let everyone know how amazing their delivery service has been since the start of this very unfortunate pandemic. Food’s amazing too. Can’t seem to get enough of it!!

I ordered a pizza and got one digit in my number incorrect. As such, I apologised for the mistake and let dominos know that it was not on purpose. It was a human mistake! The guy on the other end of the phone was very rude and not understanding at all. He just wanted to jump on my throat and make it very clear that it was my fault. I understand that I made a mistake but a little courtesy is not too much to expect. The man then tells me my food will be sent out ‘whenever the driver is going that way’. He could not give me an ETA or any more information then that so I decide to cancel the order. He then got angry and said he would block my number. All of this started from a simple mistake and dominos handled it very badly. I Will never order from them again and I would advise others to do the same. This London road branch is awful!

Pizza was very nice soft and big the toppings were good and we enjoyed it, and the delivery was on time

Bad attitude and Bad service!! Just ordered a Mexican Hot and somehow I was given an Tandoori Hot, I told them it was a mistake but was willing to take the wrong pizza anyway. Then the kid behind the counter starts blatantly calling me a lire!, even though I was willing to compromise, he just kept telling all his co-workers in a desperate attempt to save face that I was a lire! I don't even drink, so he can't blame it on that either. Not good customer service at all!, was not even offered anything to say sorry!.

Absolutely awful service from your “APP” we had ordered over £120 worth of food, wrong delivery and when we rang to complain/put it forward they did nothing to help/advise us on anything we could possibly give things back in return!! Staff were awfully rude and disrespectful! They did not listen to a word that was said on the phone!! Said “oh nothing came up on the app, so we can’t do anything about it!” For me personally as a business if you have an app running then you need to run it properly as we triple checked everything that was ordered as there was so much! Will NEVER AGAIN order from your business and will make sure to spread the word on how awful you are as a “TEAM”!

Ordered pizzas from the Uppingham road dominos today, absolutely appalled by the service, took over an hour for our pizzas to arrive and when received the pizzas were DRY, STALE and LACKED cheese (which you would think would be a given on a pizza)! Not usually one to complain, but when I rang the store with regards to this I didn’t even get an apology from the store manager, but rather found her to be quite rude and inconsiderate. WILL NOT be ordering from here again. I STRONGLY advise you all to order from Pizza Hut or Papa Johns next time, or a completely different dominos branch all together! Not impressed at all!!

Asked for extra cheese on my pizza. No enough cheese on my pizza even for a normal amount of cheese. The only thing I could taste was the tomato sauce, which wasn't very good.

Absolute appalling service order 2 pizzas still waiting after 1hour and 20 minutes rang the shop twice to be told the driver is on is way. Shop is about a 5 minute drive to my house yet the 2 times I’ve rang the driver is on his way it doesn’t take over 20 minutes for the driver to come absolute joke. All you get he’s on his way for a fact. Been waiting that long it’s not even showing as a delivery on the app anymore. This place is shocking will never order from here again surprised they still have a business left with service like this. Staff don’t even care when you ring to complain

This is the second time of ordering from them online, they have failed to deliver in a reasonable time, I rang the store to be told there was issues with the online application? The pizza's I ordered arrived lukewarm, as for the drink, they turned up (for the 2nd time) with the wrong one! This is not satisfactory!! No problems with the delivery driver, who had trouble locating my house, but it is hard to find!

It is what it is, dominoes, if you’ve been to one you’ve been to all! The wraps are rather nice. I often get one. However the cookies are a total waste of money. They are tiny and very expensive and I will never have them again! The place is open until 5am which is rather handy for either a drunk snack or late hunger!

As a family, of semi-professional athletes- we don’t often indulge ourselves in a fast food. We were on the sesh and we decided to get some nosh. We rang both London road and Narborough road- on the quest for our munch. We though dominoes was a reliable delivery company— boy were we wrong. We rang multiple times and was shut down and hung up on. We find that type of irresponsible behaviour very disrespectful. The person at the end of the phone was petulant, Petty and very rude. Maybe next time we will think twice before ordering from the nations “favourite” pizza place. Disappointed is an understatement x

Yo estaba en la zona de la última noche y mi teléfono se acabó la batería de repente. Necesitaba ponerse en contacto con alguien urgentemente, así que entré en la sucursal y preguntó si alguno de los empleados podrían ayudarme mi telefono un poco (al azar, pero yo quedé muy desesperado! ). La señora en el mostrador pedimos inmediatamente el resto del personal y uno de ellos se ofreció a ayudarnos (a pesar de que estaba muy lleno y no era un cliente que paga). No he tenido un rato para que en dominos decidí pedir un lado mientras espera. Mi pedido tardó como 10 minutos, pero fueron muy sabroso y fresco. Gracias chicos por su ayuda y por un excelente servicio al cliente incluso en un momento cuando estás muy ocupado! Sin duda el fin de nuevo!

El Libertador no quería salir de su coche y entregar a mi apartamento. Por lo que necesito para salir de mi apartamento y fuimos abajo para recoger el pedido. Este no es un servicio de entrega de casa, así que no debería mentir sobre ella. Nunca le pedimos nada más allí.

Además de estar abierto hasta las 5 de la mañana todo lo demás nosotros terrible. Pedí un simple pizza pepperoni, y me dijeron que esperar 20 minutos. Que parece y tremendamente largo tiempo! Me senté a esperar al lado de tan sólo otro cliente claramente también esperando su pedido. Cuando me sentí como que he estado esperando durante años, pedí a la señora detrás del mostrador acerca de mi orden, que ella simplemente desprendidas de una detrás de ella donde podía ver sentada allí durante al menos 10 minutos! Ella podría haberme llamado cuando estaba listo hace 10 minutos! Yo no digo una palabra. Tome mi pizza, comimos, no era demasiado impresionado, luego despertó en la mañana con un estómago que progresó en un colicky diarrea. Evitar.

Ordered 2 meat style pizzas and received 2 cold plain margarita pizzas which were basically cold by the time they arrived.

I know it's buy one get one free in Tuesday but no need to scrimp on the cheese really should hav jus had garlic bread bogof

Having ordered from here on numerous occasions throughout the past 15 years, I can assure you that the service provided is and always has been excellent. For a takeaway as popular as Dominos, sometimes wait times are a problem, but that can usually be expected when there are big events such as football or Saturday telly that everyone is watching. If everyone and their mother has the same idea, the restaurant can't really do much can they? Order it a little early, it's called preparation guys. For those that are complaining about early morning delivery (00:00-05:00), try to realise that this takeaway has been doing night time delivery for the whole of Leicester for a long time. They aren't going to have a lot of staff working that late and be happy that you can actually get food delivered to your door at 5am, because I can assure you no one else delivers at that time.Conclusion: Delicious food, no problems unless you're a spoilt brat. Can be expensive though.

So everyone knows when you fancy a dominos pizza, especially when you work in bar industry and you finish work at 2-3am most nights. So I've ordered dominos for a few years now, but the past 6 months has been particularly terrible from Leicester. First time, we ordered pizza at 4am, an hour before close. I thought this was rather late, I was expecting things to take a while but the pizza took until 5.45am to arrive, not only did we try and contact the store and get obviously hung up on 4/5 times, the delivery man was high and smelled massively of weed! Okay so, second time we ordered over the phone. I hate onions. I ordered a pizza and swapped the onions off. I got delivered a pizza with a hell of a lot of pineapple. Not what I asked for. Once again the phone was ignored. third time... I'm vegetarian and decided to order the 'feed four for £5' deal. Instead of garlic bread, with absolutely no warning we were given chicken wings. Big wow. Cheers guys.

Used this brach numerous times but it's always got the same problem, the delivery.Oderered pizza on Sunday using the app so you can see the status. It said it was out for delivery for more than 30 minutes before it was delivered. My home is only a 2 minute drive away.It was only warm so it obviously been sitting in the shop before a driver could be bothered to deliver it.I complained to the driver, previously complained to the manager and complained on the feedback but nothing changes.I won't be using the delivery again and would advise if you want a hot pizza, save some money and collect it youself.

Must admit my last visit here was very disappointing. I ordered a Vegi Volcano and the pizza turned out with very little vegetables on it! Half the pizza looked rather burnt and the taste was not as good as pizzas I've had from here on previous visits. Might try Pizza Hut Delivery just down the road.

This place is an absolute joke driver delivered my order minus the garlic bread I ordered so I ring the driver back to let him know and he says I will bring it to you half an hour later I was still waiting. I ring the store to be told I should of rang the store no the delivery driver should of told them he cocked up . meal ruined no offer of a refund just very bad customer service if this is how they treat their customers I'm surprised they have any left this is the third time now we have had bad service here and it will be the last we shall not be ordering from here again absolute diabolical service

I am vegetarian and ordered a cheese and tomato pizza but was given a ham and pineapple pizza. When I rang the manager she said my pizza would be here in about half an hour with a free garlic bread. This took an hour and a half to turn up and there was no garlic bread. Wouldn't use Domino's pizza again!

Me and my mrs ordered a pizza deal but we did not receive our garlic bread. Spoke to manager as was on hold for 2 mins, I had bad expectations but the manager apologised was very friendly and offered us a free pizza and garlic bread, even knew my first name, so for this I say excellent customer service,I will be back!

Ordered a pizza from London road as the one closest to us was closed and for that reason the call was transferred to London road. I felt the staff were extremely rude and had very inadequate behaviour I fact unsatisfactory. The person put me in hold before id even said hello,I was on hold for 4+ minutes so another family member rang again on a different phone and had the same response. We was enquiring about a Voucher code which wasn't working and the man didn't know what he was on about,he then put the manager on to which she was very rude and was of no help at all and refused to re give me the code I was given a week before which was faulty and not working properly. We had been waiting 45 minutes so I called to see how long it would be and the man tried to intimidate me and make me feel as though I was stupid by suggesting I didn't look at where it was coming from when I did. He then said bye sarcastically on the phone. 1 hr 20 minutes later the pizza, dough balls and chicken has arrived however cold,burnt and slightly crusty. Do no got here!!! By far unsatisfactory is an overstatement!!!

Ordered from here a number of times, have had problems with the pizzas, having pizzas delivered that are way smaller than the intended size, it arriving cold and the last time we ordered my pizza was incredibly oily/greasy. Sometimes its an alright service though. This time the service was mixed when we complained, we firstly contacted a staff member who tried to offer us a free pizza next time we ordered (although that would not compensate for the lack of pizza given to us) to which we declined and then he just said he would get the manager to call us back. We waited half an hour with no callback so rang back ourselves and was actually put through to the manager this time who was very helpful and polite and said he would reimburse us with no issues. Sometimes this place is decent. but we've had a fair number of problems with this place.

I ordered online and waited an hour and 10 minutes for one pizza, garlic bread and some cookies.. The pizza finally turned up and was barely warm, overcooked and dry, and the cookies were also overcooked and rock hard!

Ordered from Domino's Pizza today for a team lunch at work. Ordered before hand and the guy on the phone was real friendly and even was honest and said it would work out cheaper to get a pepperoni pizza with one topping for the same price as a medium. They had a discount where pizza collections are 50% off which was good. Ordered pizzas (cheese and tomato), double portion of wedges, dough balls and a bottle of coke for £31. Not bad but the £6 portion of wedges was rubbish, a few uncooked wedges and even the dough balls were 6 tiny balls for £3. We got there on time however had to wait 10 minutes, but nevermind. No parking outside usually or double yellow lines, bare that in mind.Would not get if we didn't have an offer or discount.
