Garlic bread size of a finger and sent a pizza box! Can't afford the foil bag ! £3.80 !!! Second Garlic bread sent! Cold! In a box again! Time to microwave!! Won't let send second photo!

Amazing food and very tasty. Pizza is very saucy and hits the spot!! Masala chips was banging!!! And chicken Manchurian was top notch!!

My AirPods were stolen from me whilst I was having surgery in Bedford hospital for a life threatening condition. I have called to speak to the owners of the company as they have been located at her property and they have refused to contact me. Unfortunately I have had to take police action against this disgusting company

My favourite place for pizza, chilli chips and coleslaw! The food is 10/10!! Wish there wasn’t a dine in charge as it does put us off eating in- but if they got rid of this I would be coming all the time

Unfortunately, nowhere near what it was in its heyday! They really did make the best pizza outside of the established chains way back when! The owners have since changed hands, they've kept the same menu items such as the Vinny special which was named after an employee called Vinny, well it was nowhere near how Vinny would have made it!! None of the dishes in our last order were like they were before! So very disappointed 😞

We placed an order 5th December and when we called the store to complain that we ordered this at 5pm and at 7:15pm the driver still had not reached the shop, and he would still have to drive a further 40mins to collect from the store and deliver to us. In a result of this we asked for a refund due to the delays. The lady who answered the phone said the food was made at 6:30pm and when we queried it will be cold when it will arrive to us, she shouted “it’s not my problem”. She was yelling down the phone to us the customers and was not professional and certainly did not care for the quality of the food and was happy for us to receive cold and 2hours late food! Thankfully the food delivery provider has given us a full refund. I was very shocked from the service, telephone manner of pizza parlour and most importantly they’re happy to deliver cold food which was made 2hours ago.

I was reluctant to try a new Pizza place as i am particularly fussy about my Pizzas. I was impressed.The menu presented a large variety of vegetarian options and this Pizza i believe is the tastiest pizza i have ever eaten.The receptionist was very polite which i appreciated very much.I will certainly be a return customer. thank you Parlour.

Best Garlic chilli cheese bread I’ve had. Chilli chips still legendary and ofcourse vinny special pizza and kheema pizza.

PIZZA PARLOR IS THE LONG AND WELL ESTABLISHED AND VERY POPULAR IN LEICESTER WITH A VERY HIGH STANDARDS OF HYGIENIC AND CLEANLINESS AND THE FRIENDLY STAFF AND WILL DEFINITELY RECOMMEND TO EAT IN OR TAKE AWAY OR EVEN HOME DELIVERY .TRY IT AND WILL ALWAYS GO AGAIN AND AGAIN .

They make you full if u ask Manchurian fried rice they will give bad quality food with out Manchurian balls. Never recommended. Very bad

We have been ordering for delivery since a number of years. The pizzas are consistently tasty and made with good quality toppings. The starters/sides are also good. The food is usually delivered hot despite living several miles away. I would give 5 stars if the delivery process was more flexible (delivery driver only starts at 6pm) and efficient (it is time consuming to give my full details every single time - other places can retrieve customer details from the phone number).

I wanted to love the pizza's from here as a friend is always telling me how great they are. Unfortunately I didn't have a great experience at all. The pizza's were poor at best with cheap poor quality toppings. We ordered an Eastern Delight, Vini's special, chilli chaserand chilli panner. All 4 of these were not very nice and really wouldn't recommend. We also ordered 2 fries and 2 chilli chips. All in all £44.... wasted. Can't recommend that anyone go here TBH. Ended up throwing the pizza's away and ordering from Mr Veggie

Not very good place has changed, pizza was bland, and chilli chips tasted disgusting asked for exchange, they are not interested. Will not go again after poor customer service.

Food is good quality and prices reasonable. Service however is slow, otherwise enjoyable.

The food was disgusting and the service was really slow. They took half an hour to serve the food even though they were not busy. the pizza was alright but however the chilli chips weren’t chilli at all and were more tangy than chilli. the chilli paneer was alright but portion wise i wasn’t paying for enough. the pasta however was by far the worst- it was kinda raw with too much sauce and not much pasta, no cheese and tasted very tasteless. the atmosphere was boring - not any music or something to watch.

The food has gone down hill, the ph jus rings n rings n rings anytime of the day n no one answers, they should jus shut the place down if they r this least bothered.. absolutely pathetic!!!

£2.80 for a portion of chips that comes in a single burger box is pathetic. They're also covered in salt.

Prices up, portions smaller. Not good! Been eating here for a long time and noticed the Pizzas don't taste the same either. Tasted like a ready made base. I expected more from a long standing place like pizza parlour. I feel ripped off.

I wouldn't recommend ordering from pizza parlour ever again it taste just like a Tesco pizza but worser I also ordered a pav bhaji pizza which tasted like nothing like a pavbhaji unfortunately they dont know how to make the right pizza.

Pizzas are awesome perfectly made for me maybe alittle more sauce , the jacket potato are not great they put mozzarella cheese in it which make it very stringy and chick better to use red cheese or cheddar , also the place itself need a revamp seats are ripped place looks dated with wobbly tables been the same for the last 20 years and need a well needed revamp , especially because you get charged 5 or 10 percent charge for eating in which I find ridiculous considering the condition of the place but the chilli chip are brilliant and the garlic bread is awesome so basically the food is almost great but the place really needs some TLC.

Place has gone down hill last decade.Owners might of made a ton of money back in the day that's why I think they probably think leaving it with is good and less stress for which might be the reason for the dispointment. This place also needs a refurbish everything from the seats to the air conditioning looks like it's from the 80s. So disappointed.

If you like pau bhaji then you’ll love the Eastern delight pizza. I get it thin crust with extra cheese and chilly chips. #cravingpizza. The decor of the restaurant is a little to be desired but the food makes up for it. A message to the owners- update the fixtures and fittings

I'd heard great things about this place, in particular the keema pizzas. Whilst it was decent, the keema could be a little spicier with a bit more flavour and the pizza itself was very 'dough-y'. Pricey for something which was essentially just 'takeout' food.

Food was awful. Do not have the mogo. Was dripping in oil.

I used to live in the UK and go to Uni in Leicester. My family and I LOVE this place. Living in NJ, US & nothing even compares. Missing it like crazy lol! Coming back in July & will definitely eat here. Dear Englandies, be grateful of the food u have. Lol

The food was extremely spicy and service was terrible. Would not recommend.

Just had lunch here with my family. We were the only people in there. The decor is tired and the lady serving for us could not have been more disinterested. Food whilst hot was not seasoned well and our waitress could be seen shuffling the pizzas out of the oven in between running the counter and taking orders. No baby changing facilities and to top it off 10% gets added to the bill for 'sitting in charge'. Not sure if this charge is discretionary but you only find out after you get the receipt which is only provided when asked for. Better places to eat locally, you may wish to consider sending your money elsewhere.

Celebrated a friends birthday at pizza parlour, food was fantastic! Service was superb! They even have alcohol license!! Would certainly recommend and will be visiting again!

This is a quite a renowned placd in the local area and I thought I'd visit this pizza place after a long time. The pizzas are still lovely and tasty with generous toppings but it is very unattractive as a restaurant, offering a 'greasy spoon' style experience. This is a real let down to the quality of the food on offer!

The quality of service and food is extremely poor. The main course came before the starter, and the chips after we had finished the main course. This place needs Gordon Ramsey to sort it out. I ordered a chicken tikka, got six small cubes of chicken for £6.20, half were cooked the others were cold. Sorry but I am not going back....

This is one of the longest running pizza places in leicester. As well as pizza there is a choice of I do-Chinese type dishes too. The Chilli paneer pizza was a real delight and would recommend. Only downside is the dining room needs a refresh, the seating is not very comfortable and was quite cold and not as welcoming as it could be.

We go here often and the food is always full of flavor. The pav bhaji pizza is the one to try! Great staff also.

After having deposited my son at the University he said he'd like to go to Pizza Parlour before we bid farewell. We got there gone 1pm on a Saturday afternoon, 6 in our party. 2 of us wanted a Jacket Potato - "no - not ready" advised by the lady taking the order. OK no worries we thought, asked for the Manchurian dishes, "no we don't do them" - anything that says Manchurian on the menu is not available. Really? So why have you got it on the menu? We ordered a couple of large pizzas that in fairness were nice & hot, the chilli chips & the mogo was good too but for what you get it is hugely overpriced and perhaps a little bit of warmth from the staff will not go amiss

The chilli chaser pizza is very spicy but is decent, wouldn't recommend this place for special occasions but for lunch isn't too bad.

Hello, honestly my experience wasn't anything I could've ever imagined. First of all, the dishes ordered didn't even come out at the same time. Since the chips came out extremely late once the main dishes were finished! Also the pizza was undercooked and had came out much later than all the other dishes! Overall pizza parlour has lost a loyal customer. An extreme waste of money.

Awful is the only way I can describe this establishment. Coming here today on the 25th of November I have came to see how much this has changed due to the fact there being different owners. I have been coming to this place since I was 12 years old and it's been my favourite establishment to eat at. The employee who was taking our orders was the one cooking the food and the one seating people, which says something in it self. They were short staffed and also the food all came out at completely different times, we ordered portion of panner, noodles, mushrooms, pizza and two portions of chips. Each of theses portions came out 10 minutes after each other and the funny thing is the chips came out after 1 hour and 10 minutes later and we had finished all our food. This is a joke, wasted £60. Will not be coming here again. Shocking.

Had a BBQ at work and this was amazing......kebabs and lamb chops out of this world! Also visited many times into the restaurant - staff always so friendly and Keema Pizza best I've ever had and their Chilli Paneer is gorgeous. Definitely come and give it a try - you'll not be disappointed

It had been some time since I had been to Pizza Parlour. Usually when I have been the restaurant is not so busy, which is to my liking. Whenever I have been, I usually have the Chilli Chaser pizza as I like the extra kick with the chilli's and the Chilli Garlic Bread. I have never had any complaints over the food as it's always been perfectly cooked and piping hot as well as tasting great! Whilst the decor may be a little outdated, it doesn't take away from the great pizza's!

Been a favourite for over 10 years. When we visit from Wolverhampton, a trip to this place is mandatory.

Absolutely rubbish pizzas although the starters were good. Pizza were raw and uncooked. We all felt sick and bloated after eating them. We're never going there again. I'm not surprised they're not busy on a saturday night. Spent almost £150 and feel ripped off after eating such rubbish food. Charged 10% for eating their rubbish food. Total rip off over priced trash.

This place has really gone down hill from what I remember could be because owned by new owners. Food was ok but jus load of vegetables rather then the main ingredient like noodles and paneer. The service was absolutely ridiculous there was something in my drink and they didn't even offer free one because of that as an apology. Waited for 25 mins just to get someone's attention and they weren't even busy it was dead we had to keep getting up to call someone from their kitchen. This place needs to close down. It's a joke.

Since it has been taken over this place has gone down the hill.We had one meal and it was below standard, decided to give them another chance and it was the same.Avoid this place now, since the new person has taken it over standards have dropped.Food is frozen and then reheated.We use to get a takeaway from this place every week, sadly won't be going back.
