Tasty chicken & pizza in Leicester

Got 2 pieces of so called 'southern fried chicken' and it was horrible. The batter was gooey inside and it made me sick.sort it . Supposed to be crispy crunchy and tasty ! This was the total opposite

This places pizza’s are the absolute best, been searching everywhere for good pizza and I’ve found my spot, they also have lots of good deals usually go for the Student meal 1

The lady on the counter sounds rude to me! I told her to clean the corner table cause the other was full. She answered she will do when she get time. They need to work on their tone, behaviour and manner! The food wasn't extraordinary. The chips were loaded with salt. The chicken in the burger was like overly fried. Sorry won't go again!

I clearly ordered a beef burger sandwich and made it very clear to them, but they gave me a chicken burger instead. The chicken tasted very bad, was tough, and unpleasant. When I told them that I didn’t order a chicken burger, their response was unethical and completely inappropriate. They don’t know how to treat customers properly. I paid them money for my order—I wasn’t asking for a free meal. Their attitude was extremely rude and disrespectful, and they wanted to argue with me just because I politely asked them to correct my order, which they refused to do. The restaurant is very dirty and unhygienic, showing no concern for cleanliness or the quality of food they serve to customers. I will never order from them again.

Guaranteed food poisoning, stomach issues, if you order late for delivery, the food is low quality they have it left overs from days/ I’ve had food poisoning 3 times from them now first time I thought ok give benefit of doubt, second ok hmmm ok last chance and happened again, wings are rubbish, I ordered student meal and also pizza not sure which has done the damage to me or combination of both, stupid firm sell proper food that don’t make people unwell, the veg food is ok tho not had issues with that.

The food was average. But the staff were too rude. Asked for sauce and they were behaving like I am asking for free.. if the sauce is not free don't behave like you are about too hit us. Just tell me it's not free. will never go to this restaurant again..

Ordered A doner Wrap And 12 Chicken Wings. I ended up getting 10 chicken wings and when I asked for garlic mayo and lettuce on my doner wrap i only got meat. However the chicken tasted very good and the doner meat was tasty.

Never arrived waste of money called the restaurant they said it shows delivered on their app even though I have the delivery code and told to contact just eat never ordering again

food is a bit overpriced compared to what you're getting. a proper qtr pounder burger meal is same price and same quality range so this one wasn't anything too good to qualify for that price, while it's such mini burger. I was disappointed when I received my order.

Ordered 3 pizzas all of em are over burnt. Best thing is we only got one dip for 3 12 inch pizzas

Sure the food could be lovely but as of most takeaways iv now stopped using Uber eats have ruined it hour and a half for stone cold food wish the orders just got cancelled instead lack of communication why prepare food that’s going to sit till it’s cold and picked up then have stops along the way

best spot for late night cravings, must try their peri peri grill chicken ,chicken tikka pizzaa and especially their hot southern fried chicken wings, their food satisfies your taste buds, good service , good atmosphere , its been my favourite take away shop in leicester

New guy on the counter has no customer service skills at all and is pure rude - Argued with me over a misunderstanding on the phone on his end and then after asking for his name he says he’s not trying to argue with me (Guy with a black earring) Previous gentleman was always polite I don’t know who this new guy thinks he is, nothing to complain about with the food just the service needs improving.

The new lady worker hasn’t got good service was waiting for so long and she was just serving other orders but never served the older orders the food was in the heater for so long I seen it but she never served. I ordered a student meal 1 and waited 30 mins whilst it’s not busy.

Me and my sisters went to get food and received amazing service by zaynab at the front she was so welcoming and treated us very well will definitely be coming back

I came across this takeaway shop , when I was craving for something spicy food to have after midnight , so I visited this store nd asked them to suggest me some food to eat, so the guy on the till suggested me to have peri peri grill chicken, took my order , later he told the staff members to make it well cooked , spicy. After 15 mins they served me food with all salad , mouthwatering grill chicken, nd the taste was absolutely wow, yummy , thanks for their efforts, this will be my regular visiting place from now onwards .

As a regular customer here I most say they didn't lie when they named the restaurant Tasty!! It's honestly the most Tasty pizza I have ever had,where it made me addicted to have it !! every second day And guess what they open upto 4am every night!! . What even better then the pizza and the food is the staff and there service...! Rajjj.... Raj has the best customer service ever ,his professional way of serving the customers makes you wanna go there every day just to be served by him!! Puneeeth Puneeth is been soo lovely and always has that big smile on his face and ready to help anytime I needed!!! Balaaa Bala is the Funniest ,he never fall to make me laugh on his jokes everytime I been !!! Thank youuu soo much guys for the amazing service you always provided and for the delicious food too!!

Recently I visited the shop for burgers and by mistake I said cheese burger instead of veg burger. When I tried to correct my order, the boy who has taken the order was saying to his colleague that I was changing my order because of money in telugu language. I can understand that language and he thought that if he say in other language so I couldn’t understand. I eat twice a week from tasty and he was trying to degrade me. I just got so angry after listening his words, and I told him I could understand and speak telugu. The staff is so rude and not welcoming. They behave as if they are giving the food for free. So disappointing. They need to learn some manners and give the best customer service.

Both me and my partner had a bad belly ache and terrible wind for 48hrs afterwards. The chips were soggy and greasy and we got a medium instead of the lemon and herb we ordered.

I recently visited Tasty chicken &pizza , and had an extremely disappointing experience. After purchasing £15 worth of food, I realized I forgot to order a regular fries. Within seconds, I asked if I could add one more fries to my order. The middle-aged man at the counter responded rudely, loudly insisting that they only accept cash for the additional £2. This could have easily been conveyed politely, but instead, his tone was completely unacceptable. Customer service is crucial in any business, and the way I was treated was far from acceptable. I would have had no problem with their payment policy if it had been communicated respectfully. However, the rudeness I encountered has left a very negative impression. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and ensures their staff treat customers with the respect they deserve.

This is my favourite chicken shop hands down to order from on Uber eats. Really good deals, dinky chicken burgers 🍔 and tasty fries which are well salted. The pizzas are also great. I’ve never had an issue myself with any of the food but one of my friends ordered some chicken wings and a big piece was slightly undercooked. I would still order here myself. Cheap and cheerful.

Today: 05-August-2024, once shop opens: ========================== Very rude costumer services, I was double check with my kids about which burger they want and the staff member is insisting what I want with like shouting voice, once I asked him sorry are you shouting, he ended the call. The respect and dignity of costumers come first, I don’t think these guys are considering it. I would give them 0 star, but unfortunately not option.

for the kids I requested for individual portion to be made but certainly didn't cater for it! there are plenty of takeaways that will go way beyond to satisfy their customers.. the drinks delivered were not to my liking, order was placed 3 hours in advance so could have gone to get the drinks from elsewhere if it wasn't in stock.. will have to reconsider ordering from here

I rang the place and they said that there is a issue with communication with the driver, so I was about to go there and pick it up but then one of the guys over there gave us a call and said the driver is heading to my location, I have no problem with the same but had a problem with just eat

Shocking customer service. Food ordered on Just Eat and as far as I can tell it was delivered somewhere different to my address. Contacted the restaurant to be told it’s not their problem, as it’s a Just Eat driver and to contact them. All you can then do is request a refund for the food, which means you go hungry and it costs you almost £4 for the service and delivery, which is so incredibly ironic.

they forgot half of the order, i called them up and he admitted to forgetting to give the pizza. then they kept hanging up the phone on me when i asked if i could come pick up the pizza they forgot

We were the regular customer of tasty but today they behave was very rode and very disrespect. They argue with us for long time especially the short guy in the shop i won’t come to the shop if the short guy in the shop.

I asked for spicy wings, you lot brought chicken strips and the chips I ordered for wasn’t there

My first and last order. I waited nearly 2hours for my food. The chicken was dry and tasteless and my chips were warm and soggy. Absolutely appalling.

when delivery driver is going for take orders so he is tell to as do it not ready and cancel the orders, even food is ready then also he is doing like this with as. And not doing good behaviour with delivery drivers and always.

This is the spot if you want tasty BBQ wings and chips at 12 o'clock at night. Me and my friend head there every Saturday night without fail. At 12 o'clock, it got to a point where one of the guys behind the counter would see us and say, Usual BBQ wings and chips, and each time I was completely full.

Can’t even rate the delivery or quality since there was no driver to come collect it from the restaurant. Even the restaurant said to avoid using just eat to order food considering they probably have loads of waste due to lack of staff for delivery.

I would avoid this place. they are thieves. they stole my personal details and did identity theft and fraud against me. they are trying to make me liable for their 70k debt of gas when i dont have any connection with them and this property. stay away from this place. liars and thieves.

Very poor service, they can’t read simple instructions. I specifically asked “NO CHEESE” as I have allergy to it and they dumped cheese all over my food. Had to throw it in the bin.
