I ordered my pizza at 10.15pm. was supposed to be delivered by 11.10pm. but no show. on the app the status was delivered. but I never received it and nobody to answer the phone. very disappointed

Utterly incompetent staff who have no idea what customer service is. Phoned after no sign of my delivery 90 minutes after ordering - got told they had delivered it so nothing they could do. After multiple phone calls to the driver and the store staff they finally offered to remake my pizza. Pizza finally arrived 2 and a half hours after ordering and was almost raw as had clearly been rushed. No offer of refund. Will never order from you again.

Thought I’d give it ago even with all the bad reviews as I was hungry. No sign of the food turning up. No one answers the phone. Piss poor. I made the order via Uber eats and there is no tracking history as they use their own drivers. Awful service. I will never use again. There is reason for the bad reviews.

The second worst pizza I have ever had in my life -the the worst being a frozen one bought from a communist supermarket in Bulgaria. Horrendous quality and chewy base (plus you can actually taste the sugar inside of the bread), disgusting topping, impossible to know what the ingredients are and the company should be embarrassed to be serving this for human consumption. The service wasn't much better. Avoid.

With amazing staff and pizza I highly recomend this take out the people there are so kind and just fantastic people to be around 5 stars all round thank you .

The worst customer service possible. Went over a week ago. Asked a few questions and had the most rude and obnoxious reply. The owner is evil and has no customer value or care. Rude unhelpful and should not be running a place like this.

Pizza was splendid, enjoyed every aspect. The crusts were nice and crunchy, the cheese was melty and gooey, and the tomamato sauce was packed with flavour

Can't even click on the shop I want to order from, as an advert is in front of it and won't go. Can click on 2 other shops near the postcode, but not the one I'm trying to go to. I'll go to Domino's instead.

Waited over an hour for delivery of 5 sides - 1hour 20 to be exact. Incredibly rude staff- was hung up on by the general employee and supervisors. Was not allowed to voice my complaint. Was also told my food was not able to be cold when it was. Was lied to and general made to feel like crap. Never ever would give my money to this shop again! Disgusting attitude

Left delivery instructions for the restaurant and they completely ignored them , they went to the wrong place therefore 20 minutes late and food was cold. Will not be ordering from them again.

Not the first time, always take an hour to deliver at least, If you go into the shop it takes 10 mins max. Whats the point of having delivery if you….. can’t deliver?

Tried to order on line done all of my choices then went to check out and said could not deliver to me so couldn’t complete order. I don’t live in Birmingham and won’t let me change postcode. So rang up and they said they can’t give me same deal as they do online but only a 20% discount. My order would then be more money that what it would be online. You need to sort this out as you have now lost a sale. I normally enjoy papa johns

Thought I would try Papa Johns instead of our usual Domino's - what a mistake! It was my daughters birthday party and I ordered 5 XXL pizzas. Placed the order online and then 10 minutes later tried calling the Gerrards X branch to see if they were ready to collect. No one answered so tried again. Again, no one answered so tried again, still no answer. Decided to just go there and found the pizza's had been sat there for a while. They were cold and chewy and the meat pizza's (Philly cheese and chicken fajita) had very little meat. At the end of the party, we still had 2.5 pizza's leftover which speaks volumes!

This branch always has the best deals, we consistently enjoy our food from Papa John's GX, can't fault them.

Placed a large order online for a party. The pizzas arrived on the time I requested and the 9 pizzas were hot and perfect! The delivery guy was super helpful! Thank you!

It was up to an hour late. Items were missing ( for which I have been reimbursed) but the pizza was so dry and curled up and the cookie dough biscuit pudding was burnt and crispy. Practically inedible. The shops response was ‘ I hope you enjoyed your food’. I hate writing a poor review as people work hard in the delivery:take away business but this was unacceptable. The cauliflower dish was nice.

Useless customer service. I ordered a Double pepperoni pizza Sunday night - and asked for two toppings, was charged for two toppings, yet only received one of the topping I paid for. The young lady(Sunday night) that served me didn’t even know how to print me a receipt, super polite and I actually felt sorry for her that she couldn’t even complete a simple task. I went back Monday evening as the food options around here were less than to be desired and was told at 22:40 “I am closed, I’ve cleaned and I should have come before 22:45!”, regardless that I actually did, (please see the time stamp on my photo), I then saw the sign on the door that boasted about closing at 11pm. Any idiot that owns this franchise, surely would capitalise on the fact they are next door to a cinema and train the rude women accordingly! What a joke

Took 1 hour 10 mins to deliver. I paid extra for a topping and not on pizza. I asked for one ingredient to not be on the pizza and it is on the pizza! Shocking

would never buy from here ever, My neighbour bought food from you, I am the innocent person who your driver damage my property by poor driving, and no one is helping me rectify the damage to my property. The woman who drove straight through my fence, has been sent video of her poor driving. She is totally ignoring my emails and text to rectify it as she said in email she would. I am left with a bill for the damage and this is the only way I can get my message to the owner. I would not eat at this place if this is how you treat the public. If this woman replaces my chain link fence and support cones, I will take this review down. Phone calls are useless I am no further on than when I first brought it to your attention.

For the 2nd time in a row, my order was wrong. Gave me the totally wrong pizza, then didn’t offer a refund but rather a voucher to go make the mistake of ordering there a 3rd time. How is this place still open?

My food was never delivered !!!!!!! Disgusting and shameful

The food was expected to arrive 1:27-1:45 but it arrive 2:15. It was barely hot and the chocolate chip cookie tasted burnt and bitter - as if it wasnt even fresh and was just reheated from a previous order. Honestly, I do not understand how the food was so badly prepared and I paid this extra service fee and this extra marketplace fee??? I even tried calling the merchant with the number provided but they would not pick up after multiple attempts - this was 5 times with 3 different numbers??? Then, I got someone to go to the shop to see if there was something wrong and they finally spoke to us over the phone. It is actually so stupid how this type of service is on ubereats - it was such a scam.

Ridiculously late,had to leave for an appointment,rang and cancelled order.

I reckon they have a scam going here. Maybe head office should look into these guys. After about 30-35 mins from order time, I think it's the driver who sets the status to DELIVERED... whilst on route as it said on its way for only a few minutes and we're 20mins drive at best. Our order was 32mins in when it then said delivered on their tracker, yet my sons pizza took another 35mins to arrive, during which type me I had called at the hour mark to ask where it actually was! Was told the driver was dropping nearby. Pizza needed reheating but accept that, not them scamming the system and KPIs.

Popped in last minute. Just before closing time. Jashan took my order and cooked my pizza. She was so helpful, so nice and full of smiles. I was in and out within 10 minutes of ordering in store. Amazing. Thank you Jashan 👍🏻👍🏻

Never turned up. They’ll Accept the order cos they have no brain cells just to make you wait over an hour, take your money and then mark it as delivered leaving you waiting when you could’ve ordered elsewhere. Thanks you absolute spanner’s can’t even do one thing right

I'd give half a star but that would be to kind, arguably the slowest pizza I've had. The ETA said 15 to 30 mins and 2 hours later I'm still waiting... you can not tell me this pizza will still be warm or fresh out the oven and 1hour later when we've all been sitting here waiting on the pizza we decided to call and get an update, we got told the driver is on route to our location and will be there asap to which the restaurant was non apologetic and couldn't care, the 2 hour mark has hit and the women openly says we must just be patient, genuinly the worst service possible and would highly recommend not supporting a company that I can see has other complaints of the same nature yet takes to action to fix it. Placed an order for delivery at 22.20, tracker shows my order as apparently delivered at 22.52 (it wasn't) and the store closes at 23.00 so now I have no way of finding out what's going on. If you can't handle the order, don't take it (and my payment). Will be pursuing a chargeback through PayPal. Will never use Papa John again, at least Domino actually delivers food.

Seems the standard thing to do is not answer the call close to closing time. Ordered food, pizza was wrong, garlic bread was missing. Called the store, person on other line put phone on side whilst ‘resolving’ the issue. Obviously didn’t know I understood Punjabi, and I heard the member of staff say to the person, ‘what do they want us to do about it now, tell them half an hour. We’ll take it on our way home. Then wouldn’t answer the call so I could tell them about the missing items. Cue the standard - please email us- response

Ordered online and after 2 hours it said it had been delivered online but nothing arrived. They don’t answer the phone when you call. This place is a scam so avoid losing your money to these thieves.

Food was great but the restaurant didn't update the app to let me know it was coming. It came to the latest delivery tike and it still hadn't arrived. Called the restaurant 10 times and didn't get an answer. The food did turn up eventually, 20 mins late and the food was great but it's the not knowing wether the order is actually being dealt with and not knowing wether I need to go elsewhere and buy more food that was frustrating

Food was never delivered at all. But were more than happy to take my money.

This is the second time when it’s happened. On the app the order looks like it was delivered but I didn’t get anything. I tried to contact Just Eat and is impossible. I end up with no food and no money. And I can’t let them say that it was delivered because the care home has cameras. So, I can prove. It’s the last time that I will use Just Eat and I will let all my friends that they are not serious. Is not about money, is about food. I was really hungry.

Basically, don't bother It all looks fine on the web... Then you'll get the inevitable delay (see the other reviews). At this point you'll need to contact the store and a bad experience will get worse. You'll be answered with an incredibly rude and abrupt tone - on my first call they just hung up without even hearing my concern. Next call - got told super abruptly that the delivery won't even leave for 10-15 mins.... And that was after over an hour wait already. Then the joyous moment... The arrival of actual food (>1.5 hours after ordering on a quiet Tuesday evening). Or at least it should be joyous were it not for the cold food (so cold my calibrated kitchen thermometer showed it was <10 degC warmer than the ambient room temperature) Poor from start to finish
