Ordered when it said 25 to 35 minutes delivery. Waited 35 minutes and could see on the robot that my food had not been put in. So I ring and I get told they have no delivery men so could be over a hour maybe more. I ask for a refund and the guy puts the phone down on me and I still haven’t had my refund. It better be sorted soon because you don’t want me coming up there son. 👊🏻

service was terrible took ages to serve seems they’d rather be dead then work serious staff replacement needed.

Ordered ma scran last night at about 11 o’clock and was told will be here in an hour then it’s half 1 in morning still no scran now is currently next day and still no scran

My order arrived very quickly! But, missing items! However, when I rang; I spoke to Brad who already had a driver on the way! And apologised! To me, this was fantastic customer service. We always order from here, or collect, when we can afford to have a take out; and it's usually hot and there is no inconsistencies with the food. It was lovely and hot this time around. Thank you!

Well the food came on time and it was quite quick food tasted good but the only thing what really put me off was a brown hair in my food. And I can tell you know I have dark blue and black hair and this hair I found was light brown. Not only that but the delivery driver was really grumpy and didn’t even notice me he just basically threw my food at me

Ordered 2 pizzas, were ready before the clock went to 0. Good pizza, good service. Yuumy.

If I could screenshot my banking app I would however I've placed an order after work. £42.65 and something has gone wrong where the money has been taken out of my account but no order has been placed. We've called up and also went in and the manager of the shop told us to call up our bank and claim that it was fraud. We've been told that the money we spent will be taken and the liklihood of us getting it back is slim to none. Not only am I annoyed that I didn't get my food but I'm disappointed with the way it was handled. Not that they care but I won't be ever going again and If you value your money and actually getting what you pay for I don't recommend using the app or the website.

Given 1 time frame of 30 to 40 minutes and the food does not arrive, I ring the store to ask why my food is still in preparation and not quality check to get told my food will be another hour or less due to only having 2 drivers and multiple orders. I suggest that they learn how to communicate with customers and learn how to adjust the delivery time frame on their app.

Went in earlier tonight 14/1/24 and greeted by two very rude staff members in the linthorpe Road Middlesbrough store. Very very rude cut me off whilst talking didn’t listen to me. Zero customer service skills won’t be using this store again. Very poor disappointing customer service

Delicious food and hot and great fast service ,plenty of choice and some good deals.food was ate quickly as was so nice.app works well and driver spot on .

Obsoletely disgusting customer service from who was suppose to be the manager, sent a pizza out that was wrong when advised I did not want certain ingredients on as allergic then when you call, the customer service was horrendous not to mention the food turned up cold also!!! 1st and last time I’ll be ordering from there! Late evening pizzas were cold and meat was undercooked. Ordered Serval times but past this time staff seemed like they couldn't care less. Absolutely disgusting pizza, microwaved is better!

"24 hours" yet won't let you order 1am on a sunday morning, what's that all about? try order online and it logs you out and says it failed. i guess other hospitality workers coming off shift have to go to one of the local takeaways for tea

Ordered food from the app got a decent meal deal and app lets you know the process from preparing to baking and out for delivery.food good and menu caters for all but wish they done normal chips.will use again maybe a bit dearer than usual takeaway favourite but better pizzas

Arrived stone cold will stick to local pizza shop . Linthorpe rd Middlesbrough dominos delivery is a joke.

Absolute waste of money, worst branch of Domino’s . Placed an order at 04:30am and received a call from the lady staff stating it would take 3 hours for delivery since they were busy, I did understand their situation and agreed to collect. Can’t even imagine how ridiculously the pizza was made, definitely not accepted from Domino’s. You definitely need better staff and service for the amount charged.

Middlesbrough Branch (July 2022): I ordered 2 x Gluten free pizzas and 1 gluten free wedges. I am disappointed as I observed the server did everything correct except towards the end used cross contaminated vegetables in both pizzas. Although I did not observe the wedges, there was no grease paper applied so this was also contaminated. I am disappointed with the service. This did not happen the last time I visited. I did not eat the pizzas but donated it to the homeless people outside. I was in a hurry so did not confront the team. I did question them thoroughly before placing an order but it seems they do not follow their procedures. When I contacted them via email they did not offer to fix any procedures or any apology. They thought I was after a refund. Dominos response when I contacted them: Hi Muneeb, Thank you for your patience regarding your concern. Our Head of guest experience has been in contact with us and has informed us that as you paid for the product and accepted the order before leaving with it we are unfortunately unable to provide a refund at this time. I am completely unhappy with my order from here orderd it at something past 2 in the morning and didn’t receive the order till something past 5 in the morning as well as that I am pregnant and this was a very long time to be waiting for food and not only that my order was missing 4 items from it it was beyond a joke and will never be ordering from there again 😡

Spent over £50 for half of my items to not even turn up after 2 hours of waiting and I get told best we can do is send another one out or a refund that'll take 3-5 days absolute joke

Ordered a dominos chicken tandoori hot pizza as felling hungry. The presentation was poor they just dumped the veggies on pizza chicken was half cooked all mushrooms were burnt. More jalapeño on pizza to hot to eat. Not at all palatable.

The personal pizza with 2 toppings is fantastic for a child. As in size, not calories you do the math on that...marked down as the staff were numerous in everything except outstanding customer service skills

When life gets too much go for a drive and this absolute beauty is open 24hours. Yes 24hours 7days every week. Staff are sound aswell.

Ordered wings and a garlic bread, live around the corner but can’t leave the house. Taking over an hour. Called twice to ask what’s happening and they just said it’s on its way both times with the call 15 minutes apart and still didn’t arrive until 30 minutes after. Update didn’t turn up . Sad and hungry but got a refund

Received a text of any pizza for £5.99, thought great opportunity! I still should have went to mamas up the road as usual. Ordered a large tandoori pizza with a couple of substitutions, got home and the substitutions hadn’t happened. Phoned up they said these did not happen on their end and even if my order could confirm this they still only MIGHT do something about it, yeah worth the drive back down then. To make it worse I actually counted 8 pieces of tandoori chicken on a large pizza! Haha would have gotten far more chicken in a McDonald’s chicken nugget happy meal! Never again, sorry mamas! Stick to who you trust.

Don't give change on cash transactions, tables were filthy, pizza topping had onions despite that not being part of the order, and don't honour older unlimited deals. Confiscated a wristband that had been used for 8 years that gave cheaper pizza, because newer versions of the wristband have an expiry date. Won't be coming back. -"Josua"

Took 10 minutes just to place the order, waited 1hr for the delivery to receive a different pizza and it wasn’t the right size either. Rang up was told 1hr 30 mins wait for my replacement, instead got a refund, hope they fall over and cut their knee and have to take the day off work

Worst pizza ever. First they took around 15mins to order just one medium veg pizza and then it came, smelly, crust was so hard and half of the veg was not even cooked and just put on the pizza.

The food here seems to be better than other branches some how. The staff are nice and delivery is quick.

No other customers in the shop, i waited for more than 5 minutes to be served, then when he finally serving me. He just look at me so sharp without saying anything. It looks like its my fault to wait and be a customer. The chicken strips were under cook. I asked the franchisee and he said called Mike. Mr Mike, is this the service customer getting to give u business? He made my pizzas without washing his hands. He washed his hands after making my pizza. Critical food safety.

Delivery driver dropped our box of wedges back into the bag as he was handing over the pizza boxes. He then went back to his car with the bag and decided it would be totally fine to scoop them all back up with his hands, shove them back into the box and give me the box as if nothing had happened and just leave. My wife phoned the middlesbrough branch, some young idiot answered, told us that he'll pass it on to his manager as if that was enough. A while longer on the phone and he then said he can send out another box of wedges, you really think we want another box from you? So in the end he said he'd refund us the difference which he never did, its been over two weeks. Emailed Dominos customer services and explained to them the issue and got no reply which for a company as big as them is appalling.

Placed an order and as advertised it says my food will be here within 40 minutes....exactly an hour goes by and still no sign. I ring the shop and they say "the food will be delivered withing 45 minutes from now". Q1. Why are you not updating your delivery times? Q2. Why are you accepting orders if you don't have drivers at that specific time?

Ordered food from Middlesbrough branch. Money was taken then they said they couldn’t fulfil the order and would have to wait 3 days for the money to return to my account. To say this was abysmal is a true understatement. The manager Kane seemed to think offering me an apology was sufficient for their incompetence. Left with no food and no money. Even offered me an email address to add insult to injury. I’d be extremely reluctant to ever use them again. On a separate note their service has most certainly declined drastically both in regards to customer service and food quality. There are much better options in the area for a fraction of the price. This is separate from my initial complain but 100% fact. Unfortunate that such a big business has such horrific standards. Avoid at all costs. Il never order from here again. Be warned!

We got the app ordered food they sent a confirmation email and we ask 40 minutes later why hasn’t it been delivered and they say it’s because they don’t deliver to our address for some reason. They could have told us that when we ordered. Waste of time ordering!

Online order. Said ready to collect. Got to shop. No record of order. Stood twenty minutes to find order had been sat on the counter ready for the whole time.

Absolutely useless. Ordered the cheeseburger pizza for collection, picked it up and went home where I realised they forgot to put the burger sauce on it. I took it back and they never offered me a fresh pizza instead they just squirted some sauce on top of my by that time stone cold pizza. Never again

Its a great and cheap place. Fast with preparing and delivering food. Great deals and discounts every day. One bad thing I remember was that I found a single hair in my pizza once. Could be mine but doubt that. But it can happen to anyone so I'm not mad at all.

2 weeks a go i just order a chicken pizza and guess what no chicken on my pizza just a small pis of chicken on each side of pizza that's too poor for dominos

Use dominos now and again as a treat and normally great food and great service, got one tonight and ended up with the wrong pizza. Shame as normally so good, did send another pizza out to replace but spoilt my experience this time as had to wait for some time to get the correct order.

Awfully slow. Took almost half an hour to get my food inside the shop. Even having people come and get their food before ours.

Always fairly prompt delivery, probably the quickest of any takeaway in the area. The food is ok, definitely acceptable after a few pints of fizzy lager.

Very very disappointed with service was sentbtex st 10.10 to say piazza was out for delivery at 11.00 it finall arrived as you can imagine it was cold. Phone shop to be told they would send next available driver back out to collect pizza then head office could issue a refund to which I told them first that mean I would have to wait another 45 mins for someone to collect cold pizza. Told them I would be in bed for them to tell me to leave it out gorvdriver to collect said I would leave it at end of drive which they did you can't leave there as someone would pick it up they would soon leave it as was bloody cold. Neadless to say won't be buying pizza from dominos again very bad service

Got a stuffed crust half/half wasn't very nice. looked very flat and it was very greasy, had burnt cheese all stuck to the bottom.

Ordered a bbq pizza and nachos. The pizza was dry due to the fact it had no cheese or bbq source. It was literally just a pizza Base and some meat. Also the natcho's where burnt. Not the best experience from a famous chain like domino's. Am sure this is a one off however it has put me off.
