we ordered tonight and we put the wrong address completely our fault but the driver brought it to the correct address and the food was still hot and lovely highly recommend this place its always nice food

Missing items and what we did get was cold made no difference anyways for some of the kids as they wouldnt touch it without garlic sauce phoned the shop and was told will be sent out and still waiting never again!

First time ordering from Torino Pizzeria, and the whole family enjoyed the food. Lovely pizzas and kebab, perfect chips, and a fresh crisp salad. We’ll be ordering again definitely.

last week delivery driver had no change said he'd drop it off on his next round what a joke then tonight got sent a small chilli instead of large garlic plus I paid for extra cheese on the pizza which they also forgot the place is getting worse by the week

Food looked like it had just been shot together by a 6 year old nk care and consideration ordered double decker parmo was no double decker like was just 3 pieces of kebab meat on top of a pamesan also ordered chips cheese and garlic which was also a shambles came with 1 little splodge of garlic and jo cheese #NEVERAGAIN

Food was amazing, the best thing about this take away is the requests. You want to swap mozzarella for cheddar on your pizza, done! Want different toppings on say chips, done! Discusting I got a pepperoni pizza and it came with the toppings and cheese half of the pizza uncooked never again

I orded cheese garlic bread and kabab and large garlic I orded at 7pm just before the match started and 9:30pm it arrived and for got the garlic I kept ringing the shop they kept saying on was when it got to 8:30 they where blanking the phone I live 15 minutes walk from shop I would of walked if my baby wasn't poorly the kabab was horrible the cheesey garlic bread was ok I would give it 0 rating no effort in the food staf cheeky

Ordered at 8:10 had to request a refund 10:15, didn’t bother to bring the order, I phoned up and they said “deliveries are on hold” but they didn’t think of contacting the customers tho, avoid

Hottest day ever and these guys were busy so we had a bit of a wait..was worth every minute..parmos cooked to perfection everything piping hot 10/10 thanks for saving us from cooking and for a perfect meal 😋

When you order a kabab they say within 45 mins and its over an hour when it arrives there's no nann bread so its not a kabab now its salty chicken with warm salad & garlic sauce, they did say they would send a nann that would take another 15 mins I literally live around the corner... so it's a a BIG fat no from me service needs to improve dramatically before I order again.

The staff are very polite and friendly you don't feel out of place while waiting fir your order

Young lad is abrupt and not interested in you. Zero customer service. I used to always go to Torinos when Yadda was in charge and first opened but customer service has gone down the pan since that young lad is ruining the place!!

i used the app to order food and had my first swarmawarma kebab as I call it It was amazing, I kept going back Food arrives prompt, prices are in line with other places and the food delicious and I always get a free garlic bread with cheese and tomato

If we order takeaway this is the place we order from never had anything to complain about ,whole family loves this place so thumbs up .
