Not only was our pizza undercooked and greasy , the service we received while waiting for our food (30 minutes for one pizza) was appalling and made me and my friend very uncomfortable. We are both young teenage girls and as much as the adult workers thought we couldn’t hear them, they were repeatedly making sexual comments about us and proceeded to egg eachother on to “get their snaps” . Repeatedly looking at us through the window of the door and vaping in the kitchen overall made our experiance at Pizza Hut on goring road very poor will not be returning .

Ordered a number of times from this place everytime there is something wrong either to cold missing bit or wrong things it's beyond a joke I know how they work there as I use to do the driving but boy once again cold and missing garlic dustinno dips as well beyond a joke now even tried to call a number of times

Order number :1707483 Not only has the app gone down hill but below is a list of reasons from tonight that are extremely disappointing. I ordered food for 4 of us for my birthday, ordered it at 17:37. It stated it would arrive between 18:02 - 18:12. Food arrived at 18:55 which is is apparently quicker as they now use uber to deliver. Definitely slower service. One of the four pizzas was supposed to have plant-based cheese, it did not which lead to a member of my family getting sick. Pizza hut is useless.

I ordered a pizza at 1725 it had an estimated delivery time 1750 to 1800 , at 1750 it was marked as out for delivery at 1810 I called to see where my pizza was and was told it would be there soon but even though I don't live far the pizza arrived at 1825 , I called the shop which was very very unhelpful and tried to tell me it wasn't cold, I told them I wouldn't be calling if it was hot , they would not replace it or refund it and I would have to do it online myself through customer service to get a refund, total waste of money as I was not confident to eat it and don't see why I should eat a cold pizza when I paid for a hot one, I could have got food poisoning from eating it as I don't know how long or where it had been left to get cold (I have done a online refund request but not holding out much hope as they will probably be as helpful as the shop) The only reason the star rating is so high is because 1 star is the minimum you can give I would have given none other wise

Ordered a meal online on 31.10.24 confirmation said that it would be delivered between 18:32-18:42. Didn’t arrive on time. We were calling and calling the restaurant to find out what was going on. Nobody answered and eventually the calls just dropped off. Eventually the food came about 19:20 almost an hour late. Food was cold. No apology from the girl who brought it. Last time we ordered from there in July there was a hair in the food. They gave us a 20£ voucher which we used last night. But we won’t order from here again. Awful service.

Lovely Pizzas and such good value only 5 pounds for a medium pizza and fast delivery

Terrible delivery. Not sure what's changed but it now seems to take more than 1.5h for food to arrive, even on a weekday. The food is luke warm when it finally does arrive. I won't be ordering from here again.

Unfortunately I have to leave 1 star. If I could I would leave no stars! The food was stone cold when it arrived. The Uber driver was extremely rude as well. Considering Pizza Hut used to employee their delivery drivers and the food was hot when it arrived it’s disappointing to know they now have a contract with Uber. I placed the order at 16.45 and it did not arrive until 17.40. Ordered before a busy time and still cold. The food was soggy as well. I tried calling to complain but no one was answering. Clearly too busy making the food cold for their customers. By some miracle though…. The ice cream was completely melted! So somewhere they have heat. Perhaps they’ve managed to get them the wrong way round?! Complete disappointment from Pizza Hut and have now lost a customer. From the sounds of reviews a lot of other customers will be lost too!

Absolutely disgusting service from the Pizza Hut staff tonight. Food was over an hour and a half. Phoned twice to be told it was on way when it wasn't, and then phone put down on us by the girl covering the calls. When the delivery driver eventually arrived he rudely told my husband he should have walked down to the store to pick it up if he wanted it quicker, and that "what do you expect, its Saturday night". He clearly seemed to be confused as to what he was employed for. To top it off, pizza was smashed all over the box and was freezing cold, so husband had to take it back for refund! Staff desperately need customer service training. Just awful.

Waited 20 minutes at the counter with my 8 year old son,all I heard was chit chat coming from the kitchen,no one popped their head around the corner to see if anyone was waiting...this was 4:10pm on a Wednesday.AVOID

I've ordered here a couple of times now and everytime the pizza is really, really good and is always delivered piping hot. Definitely one of the best places to get pizza in the area.

If being honest regarding this place I haven't had any real issues. The food is cooled before the computer processor says its due, the price is reasonable.. But some of the staff I have noticed need a personality check as it doesn't have the same welcome as other outlet in the area. Overall the food does the job and I'd return as can handle the odd grunt or two if unable to say hello.

Pizza is expensive fast food but at least the £10 (was £8.99) large pizza collection deal helps out. Not always the same amount of toppings so some days it's better than others.

Great take away Pizza. Staff are very polite and helpful and some great rewards for returning customers, using the pizza slices. Iv only ever had 1 "Complaint" with this store and the staff were amazing at getting it rectified. Thank you

The manger is a complete jobs worth my pizza had no cheese and he told me I was wrong and the pizza did have cheese I gotta picture of it and sent it to them on social media…just a minimum wage jobs worth

Pizza was completely average, forgot the drink I ordered and the cheesy bites didn't have any garlic powder. Can't help but feel underwhelmed by my experience at this pizza hut. I did question why pizza hut seems to have died out considerably compared to other fast food pizza restaurants but now I'm starting to understand why, who would order here regularly? Honestly, if I hadn't split the food and cost with my friends I'd feel ripped off, I'm not ordering here again.

Ordered a meal deal pizza, It was delivered very late and was undercooked. The garlic bread was burned to a crisp. This is the quality you get for your money. See image.

Last 2 times order wedges where raw and ice cream melted too the point it was more liquid. Called complain staff was just rude "sorry your food was not to liking" poor service avoid..

The last two times I've ordered feom here the pizzas have been drenched in grease, they taste OK but very overpriced for what it is. Wouldn't recommend

Over 40 mins late for delivery. When I called to find out where the food was I was told the driver forgot drinks and went back for them. OK fair enough, mistakes happen however the attitude of the manager was that I should accept shoddy pizzas which had been sat in the van for over an hour at no discount or compensation. Apparently it's OK to deliver terrible service and not even compensate for it. The attitude of the manager was extrememly rude and unhelpful but he apparently became offended when he perceived I was being rude back. In actual fact I was merely frustrated by the lack of care given by the manager. He even advised that I should have shopped at rival's domino's and that he does the job because no one else wants to. He even went as far to make derogatory comments about the delivery driver claiming when I told him that the delivery driver himself wouldnt eat the pizzas that he was 'surprised he says that as he doesn't speak very good English'. When I called him on his attitude and racist comment I was the one who was rude for offending him by suggesting he was making derogatory comments. The call ended up being terminated by the manager as he was clearly too stressed by the demands of his job. The food was very mediocre however due to the length of wait we had no choice but to accept it as we had very hungry children waiting. Thankfully they didn't notice but the adults were not impressed with very cold and congealed pizzas. I've bern a customer of pizza hut for many years but unfortunately I will not be using them again. The local independent will now benefit from our custom

My wife got food poisoning from a delivery from here two days ago and when I complained they decided that she did not get food poisoning from their pizza. They said no one else had got food poisoning, and their health standards are all very high, so she couldn't have got food poisoning from them. Except she did get food poisoning. From eating their pizza. We didn't imagine it. I wouldn't have especially held it against them, if there had been a simple apology and maybe a goodwill gesture – mistakes can happen, even in the most healthy kitchens. But no, their response is to completely dismiss the possibility, so thanks to this insult I'll be sure to never buy from Pizza Hut again.

First time ordering since we moved to the area, and wanted to treat ourselves. The two pizzas were stone cold, hardly cooked, bland, and one wasn't cut up. The veggie pizza was watery, and mostly raw bland veg. Ordered a dip, never arrived either and driver just shrugged.

Placed order online took over 2 hours for delivery, Food was cold. Appreciate this happens however staff where rude on the phone after I called for a partial refund or credit on next order.

Ordered from Pizza Hut tonight, I can’t say it tasted great as the ham wasn’t very hot and the peppers were cut very thin (like string really) I’ve had much better from this Pizza Hut. I include a partial view of my receipt, as you can see it says there was a delay (my fault, I didn’t change the delivery time on the website and ASAP would have been too early - thank you Pizza Hut for doing that, I know it’s not normally the done thing) Also as you can see in big text it says ”come to back door” this is because my intercom is not working on the front door. This note has always been there, and the last 2 delivery people have seen this and gone to the back. Tonight however the delivery guy just stood there waiting, I only thought to check when I saw the time and heard my mobile ringing (and as I normally communicate via text who would call at that time of day except them?) I then peeked out the window and saw him standing there (I only recognised him as Pizza Hut delivery by the big pizza bag he was carrying.

This is a delivery-only outlet. I ordered on the official website, rather than 'Just Eat' or alternatives out of a misguided sense of 'loyalty'. Ordered one side and three pizzas. The estimate was ~1 hour. It was a Saturday night so not unreasonable. However the hour came and went. I tried ringing several times but the phone was permanently engaged and hung up after three rings - possibly just left off the hook? The web site provided supposed updates on the order progress which were in no way related to what was actually happening . At one point the order was 'being packed' for over twenty minutes - clearly misleading! Order finally arrived two and half hours after ordering, not terribly hot and had clearly been cooked a while before delivery. I asked the delivery guy what had happened and he said there was only one member of staff with ten drivers waiting and the restaurant crammed with other customers waiting for their orders. I understand short-staffing can be an issue but then, surely, stop taking orders OR provide a realistic delivery estimate. At no point was the delivery estimate anywhere near accurate. We won't be going back.

My pepperoni pizza had a mountain of chilli and was burnt, my girlfriend's was ok (hence 2 stars not 1) but I was so hungry I couldn't be bothered to send them back, so wish me luck for later on.

I ordered a margarita pizza and specifically requested no garlic powder to be put on the pizza however when it turned up there was garlic powder on it so I proceeded to phone them and ask what could be done however they said that they can’t do a lot and that it’s a common mistake. I have previously ordered from dominos and when mistakes have been made they’ve made me a fresh pizza and delivered it free of charge, I think it’s because they just blatantly can’t be bothered to sort this mistake out. They offered no sort of fix to this problem and I find this relatively outrageous.

Awful service. Sent wrong order on Ubereats, refused to help

A group of us placed separate orders to the same address. We placed the orders at 18.40 and the we all recieved our orders by 19.40 except one order. At 8.10 we rang up enquiring to its whereabouts and was told they had lost it and that they had placed the order through again which we would recieve in half an hour. At 20.50 we rang again as the pizza still hadn't been delivered and was told by the restaurant that the order had not been made yet, there were no drivers available and the wait time was 2hours. We recieved no apology, no compensation for the time wasted and time we spent waiting and was offered no refund. As a result we had to drive down to the restaurant at 21.00 to complain and collect pizza in person. This is completely unacceptable customer service and we will not be ordering from them again. There was no communication between the restaurant and us and no communication between staff. No matter how busy they were or short staffed they should have managed their orders and management of complaints better.

Pretty average pizza (not the same as a normal Pizza Hut) and the last 2 orders gave been more than 45mins late.

Went Worthing for the half term holidays. Rain and lots of wind, but Pizza Hut delivered to the hotel, best meal. Pizza and starters were hot and delivered on the scheduled time. We are unable to receive deliveries were we live (what a shame). Collection is miles

Took over an hour to deliver a burnt pizza. Refused a refund by customer services.

Firstly, the photos of the garlic and wedges are what we opened when we arrived home from collecting our order (after already having receiving the wrong delivery from littlehampton branch this evening) just to note the garlic bread was cold and not cooked through properly. We asked for double mushroom on one of our large pizzas... as you can guess, there wasn't double mushroom and actually less than x1 mushroom. They also forgot to give us our bottle of pepsi that was included in our meal deal! I called the store to complain straight away at 20:21 this evening and spoke to Ash who advised he was the manager. Not a very good one (customer service was poor and wasn't willing to resolve, no matter how much he explained he "understood")as he explained they were to busy to deal with my complaint and didn't want to resolve or correct the issue again, as they were too busy (no excuse) Ash wasn't able to help with providing a number or email for their complaints department or head office which as manager he should know! I am absolutely disgusted how we have been treated by pizza hut this evening that we will not ordering from them again!

Poor at best. Pizza and box arrived nearly folded in half and the pizza was missing 2 of the 4 toppings i ordered. Not impressed.

Bad Service! I phoned to shop, why was late delivery. The man replied me, you can come to work, then we can do it faster. I asked him, are you joking.

The waiting time for the order to be delivered was between 50-60 minutes. We waited 2 hours and the order was not delivered.👎

Worst costumer service ever. I work as a Driver and I was collecting an order from them. The GPS headed me in a wrong way and when I finally came to the restaurant I gave an advice to the rude employee (white one with quite long hair) about calling just eat and letting them know that the gps is giving a wrong direction to drivers. His answer was that was not possible ( even when I showed him by using apple maps and google maps) and he said I was wrong because others drivers know the exactly location so I was supposed to know as well. I told him sometimes we are in a different address and that’s why we use the gps. He just entered in the premises and that’s it. If any costumer order food from this company would wait more time then are needed because the restaurant does not give a d.....m .

We used to LOVE this pizza hut but recently its fallen well short. Our beef sizzler tonight was basically a pepper and jalapeños pizza with 20 pieces of chilli per slice and one piece of beef or maybe 3. It was disgusting and not how we've had it before. I wondered if there was a change of management but apparently not. I also don't understand why because of the pandemic they would need to only offer thick crust, their business as such hasn't changed. I understand restaurants need to due to restrictions but I don't know any other takeaway delivery service that has changed their menu during the pandemic. Im pretty sure pizza hut is doing excellent business making great profit during the pandemic and this is just an excuse to make more money by limiting choices.

Easy to order walk in and collect

Just moved to the area and our first order from Pizza Hut Delivery. Pizzas were good value, hot, fresh and tasty. Delivered 5 minutes ahead of our delivery time. Very happy and will order again.

The pizza was tasty but needed less cooking, and also more toppings to worth 15£. The nachos were inedible, little black triangles covered with something that must have been cheese but at this state it could have been anything. Even the jalapenos were burnt, I didn't even know you could burn a jalapeno until today. Thank you, Pizza Hut, but if I wanted burnt food I would have just cooked it at home!

Been a long time since I had a pizza and pizza hut was better than donimos so always use them, so when i read reviews was a bit worried but stuck to my guns and was on time, was hot and delicious thankyou pizza hut staff in goring you have never let me down 👏👏👏

Order pizza about 9pm money was taken out of my account yet still no delivery. When I rung the shop to see where it was there was no answer of the phone.

They took my money out of my account but gave me no pizza and the man on the phone had terrible customer service. Avoid using these complete and utter fraudsters!

Very poor service ordered food online took my payment on card was charged rang up restaurant after 2 hours spoke to a girl who said sorry for delay she took my name and address and said I would get credit next time I ordered and my food is on it's way... another hour passed I rang up again to find out they said they not got my order even know an hour before said other wise it got heated between myself and male member of staff who then started swearing at me and then gave me customer service number to find out they are closed never received my food but they still took my payment very bad service avoid at all cost the staff clearly need more training

Ordered online, quoted us 35 minutes. It's 1 hour 10 minutes now, called twice in that time and been lied to us twice, "Oh GPS says he's outside" & "He'll be a couple of minutes". Don't bother getting a delivery from here, if you reaaally want a Pizza Hut go somewhere else.

Attention to detail is everything. A grumpy and unhelpful public facing cashier can spoil the whole experience.

Had a big order for delivery but staff didn't want to change the veggie for the 5 pound offer into a cheese and red onion only. Not a change to tell him why, very very poor service. Do not go !!!! Went to another pizza place which had no problem with it at all. Keep on going staff, and soon there are no pizza's to bring around anymore. Poorly poorly poorly.

Ordered free pizza on website (I have free slices) and because there is a minimum spend, had to order other stuff too. The website kept not loading properly and did not allow me to see my order before it went to the kitchen. The free pizza did not arrive. I called the store and explained and they were argumentative and said that I could be just trying to get free pizza; it wasn't their problem that the website didn't work and I had to call customer service. Zero customer service. Zero customer centred support and blatant rudeness. In order for me to get the pizza I would have to spend another minimum payment. I said they'd lost a customer and they were not bothered at all. Avoid them at your peril. They probably spit in the food and don't wash their hands after going to the loo. Zero stars not available.

Incompetent management. Delivery driver brought wrong drink, said we could keep that while he got us another, we then had to make 2 calls and wait 1.5 hours to get it because the manager 'wanted to check with the driver' (ever heard of a mobile phone?!). Manager was rude and didn't seem to care about the situation when we called. I will order from somewhere else next time!!!

Not to exaggerate, but this pizza hut is appalling. I placed an order online twice. The first time, after an entire hour, I had to make a phone call, they said: "it was on its way" and then it arrived. The second time, after an one and a half hours, I made a phone call, they said "its on its way" again. And then arrived. It only takes 20 minutes for collection and 7 minutes to arrive at where I live, the order I place is the same everyday. What was the other 33 minutes for? Just for the employees to just stand there? I would NEVER recommend this pizza hut to anyone.

I order pizza for the convenience. So when it says delivered in 35-45 minutes I kinda hope that when I query its whereabouts after 90 minutes I get a bit more than "sorry we're busy". Yeah - so don't say 35-45 minutes if you mean TWICE THAT. I simply wouldn't have ordered if I had known it would be that long. In this case it's hugely impactful because we've had a kid today, mum and newborn are at hospital and me and the current little one just needed a quick reliable meal after a really big day. I couldn't wait in the end - hungry 6yr old getting close to bed time - so it's a late pointless wasted meal from a shop that barely managed an insincere attempt at an excuse, and no "sorry it's late" at the door when delivered after 90 minutes. We use this place once a week and the food's ok but lesson learned - don't rely on them.

I had Pizza Hut before in other cities and I liked it, I was craving a meaty one with the cheesy crust. What a disappointment. Delivered late, pizza was soggy, not crusty at all, the cheese in the crust wasn’t even melted. Overall pizza dry. Not nice at all. Next time Pizzaface or Pizzarelli, or I’ll make it myself, as bad as I could be, wouldn’t be worst than that. That’s 20£ going to bin. Never again.

We went to Pizza Hut for a family meal out. After we placed what pizzer we would like we waited around 20 mins later some silly waitress placed our family pizza in front of my baby and he grabbed it and burnt his hand! (She didn’t inform us it was hot!) and the manger informed us are child’s burn was only worth £10.46 refund. But then as we were eating we were asked to leave for making a complaint! Disgusting and disappointed we are definitely going to seek legal help for this upset situation and for the burns given to my baby!!!!

Delivery service was absolutely appalling had to wait over an hour and when the pizza got here it was cold!! And then they tried saying they would be another hour to send another pizza out. Absolutely stupid!!
