Absolutely disgusting, food was stone cold. Half of order missing. Rang them and they couldn't be bothered never ordering from them again!!

Food arrived with a large amount of mould on the burger buns, restaurant refused to refund. Appetites ruined, evening spent chasing refunds.

Avoid this place! They served a mouldy bun with a burger! Ruined everyone's appetites on the account of the mould and throwing up, phoned up they didn't really care, offered a new burger, like anyone is going to want more food from there after they served something with literal mould on it.

MOULD ON BURGERS. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. Texas Pizza serves mouldy food. I called to explain the situation. All they had to say was: "Oh. Ok. We will send you a new one" this is UNACCEPTABLE.

Ordered 2 pizzas they were OK only to be kind, very basic, and quite boring, barely any toppings, ordered online a seafood pizza with extra black olives and sweetcorn rang through after and ordered extra pineapple, they managed about 4 specks of pineapple charging me £2 at my door but didn't add the extra sweetcorn and black olives but managed to charge my card for them! First and last time I will be ordering from them, very poor, I could have made better at home actually annoyed I spent my hard earned money, won't be using again. Mozzarella sticks rubbish and flavourless, bbq pizza way too sweet, cold dips put into the boxes with warm pizza, never again.

This a vegetarian deluxe pizza, can anyone spot any veggies in it except for green peppers and jalapenos? And after speaking to them they said "We only do this much amount of veggies in a vegetarian deluxe". I can count 10 mushrooms they added though.

Explained clearly the time that i need the pizza and when i came in they just started making it telling me that it’s 8 minutes . For me 8 minutes is enormous because i was in the middle of work. I also wasn’t given a receipt when ordering.

They are MASTERS of deep-pan pizza. It was absolutely phenomenal. It tasted amazing, and was filling too. Also, I didn't know this until I was speaking with an employee, but it's actually cheaper to dine-in. I ordered a 12" pizza (Meat Feast), but was only charged £9.99 despite the price on the sign above his head

Have used TP quite regular and had absolutely no problems. However on Thursday before Good Friday it wasn’t hot just warm looked ok but my daughter and granddaughter was very ill on Thursday night and Friday. I thought I was ok. But sat morning I haven’t left the bathroom. I was quite ill tbh. Something on it was bad. It was the only thing we had all eaten. Please check stock and ensure personal hygiene at all times it could have been anyone’s fault.

Below average, delivery took ages (over an hour). The pizza was just okay. There are better places

For the price, it's an incredible takeaway. Never had a dud meal and always arrives piping hot. Such great value for a low cost treat. Obviously not going to win any awards but 5 STARS for what it is ☺️

Lovely pizzas, although the tuna and prawns on the Seafood were a little dry. Everything else was fine and wasn’t a massive issue.

A 10 minute drive is too far for them to deliver. Lazy!

Amazing food good customer service

Ordered food late (around midnight)as was at the hospital, food delivered to wrong the wrong address after being very very late for delivery, when we tried to call to rectify they were closed as they took so long to deliver. Called to discuss and they said the neighbour accepted the food despite it being about 2am at this point. Utterly unhelpful, didn't want to discuss, blamed the neighbours and essentiall said, that's your problem. Avoid and won't be using again.

They claimed they delivered food at 2am when we ordered at 11pm. No food. And who would take 3 hours to deliver pizza. We called to arrange a refund as no food arrived. He said that we were liars and even tried to depute the amount we paid even though we said we were happy to show bank statements. Man on phone so rude, muttered something about it being 2022 and hung up.

It's pretty good, don't overly stinge on the toppings.. One moan their "12 inch pizza" is almost exactly 11inches which is about 10% less area than advertised.. not sure they'd like it if I decided to pay them 10% less so giving me 10% less doesn't really cut it!

Been years since I was last disappointed and absolutely zero has changed. Absolutely terrible pizza with zero taste (beige food) Garlic bread was a complete joke. Did you forget the garlic? Even the drink is from a different country which has a completely different taste. The drink is adjusted to the culture and diet needs of the country it is from. I'm sick of Domino's prices and thought I'd give others a try. I guess you get what ya pay for. The seagull's seem to like it though.

Had to cancel an order made via JustEat, they tried to charged us for the entire order!! A cancellation fee is understandable but this wasn't fair! Called the restaurant and the guy who answered was immediately aggressive and in the end hung up on us! Very rude, won't order again

I just had a pizza from Texas pizzas, I was happy with the food but the delivery driver who bought the food and Diet Coke, I was not. I have a ring door bell and what I saw, was horrifying, the driver was rubbing the neck of the bottle under his chin and then rubbing the bottle between his bum cheeks. I only saw the video clips after I had eaten, I have spoken to the shop and offered video evidence, but they are not interested, as to say I will not eat from Texas Pizza again.

Ordered Texas supreme which was delivered hot, fresh and totally gorgeous. I applaud these guys, service always with a smile and amazing value for money. Best Pizza in Worthing in our opinion.

Tasty pizza for a low price what's not to like , you can get an 18inch pizza for £12 99 and pick it up from the pub on the way home. Obviously it's not going to be gormet it's a fast food pizza place but it's my favourite pizza takeout in Worthing.

I never write reviews really, especially negative ones as I know how damaging they can be to a business but I am gobsmacked at the way we have been treated tonight! We use this pizza place a lot and have done for the past 3 years or so. The staff were good and so were the delivery guys...we had a good relationship with the staff and have never had issues. So when our pizzas arrived and weren’t stuffed crust (we always have stuffed crust) we didn’t think there would be a problem when we called back. However their attitude was shocking! They said that we had lied, that we had never ordered there previously and they would not send out our correct order. Very strange...under new management maybe? The man I spoke to said he’d been there 5 years so very odd. We offered to pay extra so we could actually have our order but still they refused and continued to say it was us that had lied. Eventually they said they’d send us out a 12 inch plain cheese pizza free of charge and then couldn’t understand why we didn’t want to accept that as that had not been our order...very frustrating! Having looked at other reviews it appears we are not the only ones this has happened to! Unbelievable! I am really sad that I will not be returning here but to be honest it is definitely not worth the customer service (or lack of) that goes with it. AVOID!!

They did not deliver the food, when I called they said they had thrown away my food and whether I wanted him to pick it back up from the bin. I lost £19.00 yet to be refunded. Picking up food from the bin to serve customers!!!

I called the shop many times, he kept saying they’re closed right now, but then he kept saying that we can order online wen I told him it said it’s unavailable on Uber Eats. He was being rude! And the shop is open until 3am? And when he answered my calls he would say welcome to Texas pizza and said what would you like to order? I am disappointed he lied to me and said it was closed.

After ordering a pizza which was meant to Come with an egg, (shows it on there menu).. when it arrived it didn’t have an egg and called up and told them and basically had the phone put down twice on me.. the pizza was Shockingly bad and customer service is non existent.. rude, RUDE and RUUUDDEEEE!! We ordered 2 strawberry cheesecake, and they gave us 2 frozen slices, asked for forks and they said that they run out, how can you run out of plastic forks as a fast food? I really don’t recommend this place ! I’ve never commented any restaurant or fast food in my life but this one really made me do it.

After paying for delivery they turned up and would not bring up the stairs so basically I paid for delivery to our car park I hand to walk down to collect food shocking as every other food delivery we had they have brought it up to our homeWon't be wasting my money here again

I ordered food for 12:35 and my food was delivered at 12:30 STONE COLD. Do not order from this place. I called them asking them why our order was stone cold and what I could only describe as ‘rations’. My friend received 7 chips? In his £1.99 portion of chips. I called the ‘gentlemen’ on the phone and he told me my ‘attitude’ was disgusting and I could not expect my food to be piping hot on delivery. Hot is not what I expected however stone cold food is not what you pay for.

Delivery time was good, but the food quality is rubbish. Pizzas are on par with pizzas from iceland.

Excellent pizza and excellent service! I have ordered it via Deliveroo app. I'm really pleased with the offers they have and with the food as well! It's also good value for money, as I couldn't even tell the diference between this pizza and one ordered from Dominos (which is even cheaper than the "branded" pizza). The delivery was really fast and got my food piping hot!

A long time customer, I have never had a real issue with them before, and rated them highly until tonight. A few bad orders over the years, but nothing major (except the time there was scourer sponge in the dough). Tonight we ordered the 3 pizza special as we have family visiting, I ordered my usual vegetarian pizza, and it came with ham, which I only realised after eating a few slices as I am not familiar with how it looks on a pizza. The uncooperative person on the phone said it was fine as it's halal?! Offered to replace it, and after being informed this wasn't acceptable and having to explain why meat on a vegetarian pizza was an issue, finally agreed to refund just the one single pizza, refused to accept responsibility and told me I was wrong - my meat eating partner didn't hesitate to realise it's the same type of ham as he's had from there. As far as I am concerned this is absolutely disgusting from a once decent take away, and with the terrible handling of it afterwards we obviously will not be ordering there again. So, any other strict vegetarians might want to check their meals, or perhaps just avoid this place because apparently, if it's halal it isn't a problem..

As I had flu today no food was good enough but after having the "all on one" pizza, chicken wings and wide chips from Texas . Every thing was delicious I loved it. The service was perfect from the one on the phone to the delivery man and delivery time. Well done well deserved 5 stars

Absolutely terrible experience from this restaurant I ordered a sea food pizza without tuna and anchovies just to find it without prawns also, and when i called to complain their excuse was and am not kidding you "We didn't have any prawns" and when i asked what can you do for me they said "We will give you a discount when you order next time" There will definitely not be a next time mate.

Ordered a deep pan and received a thin crust !! When I phoned to question this I was told that the guy had been making pizzas for 12 years and that it was a deep pan so it would appear he has been making pizzas wrongly for 12 years !! The attitude on the phone was anything but helpful. Wouldn't recommend them at all........

Ordered at 18.17 via just eat app. Confirmation of order stated it would be arriving at 19.05 at 19.30 it still hadn't arrived tried ringing the shop phone line permantely engaged. Arrived at 20.00 with the delivery driver banging on front door waking up the baby when I gave clear instructions to come round back of house. Food cold not happy. Poor service
