Staffs are nice and accomodating. clean,need just more lighting on cloudy days.

Chicken doner meat was dry and I’m sure the salad had been sat there all day.. disappointed as we’d paid 15£ for dinner and now we’d wished we cooked ourselves as only 1/4 was eaten of each!

Food was so-so and the hygiene wasn't great.

Am a definite regular and got to say food is always fresh, hot and cooked to perfection. I will always choose strands kebab kitchen even over mcdonald's..the burger is always soft juicy and big, salad is always fresh. Chips are on point and if you get dona kebab ooooh soo good. Portion size is always more than i expect and you know what? Im definitely lovin it..keep it up strand kitchen 😋

Diabolical! Arrived just a little late but wish they hadn’t bothered. Meat burnt and so dry, chilli sauce watery pale and tasteless and salad hacked into chunks. Really not enjoyable at all. Sorry but wouldn’t recommend to others nor use myself again.

Awful food and customer service We ordered a pizza, kebab and a kids meal. The kids meal arrived without a drink and stale chips. The pizza looked like it had been through a tumble drier (on a cold cycle) Kebab was just OK. I telephoned and spoke to a lady who couldn't care less, she offered to reorder or a refund but I had to go through the website as her "boss" wasn't there to authorise a refund. I didn't think I'd get anywhere with a refund but it was too late to reorder my son's meal as he needed to go to bed. So it was just the pizza.... Waited nearly an hour. The first time I phoned "couldn't care less" said the driver left 20 mins ago and she didn't know how long it would be. 2nd phone call 10 mins later I pointed out that it would probably be cold again. 10 mins later a man with an attitude arrived at my door saying "Where's this cold pizza then?" Fortunately I'd saved it ready to hand back. The final result was I got a warm capri sun and a stale pizza with an overcooked base, which had clearly been reheated. Only giving 1 star as there isn't a zero to half option

The food was amazing. The chicken was spicy as advertised and the pizza was probably one of the best that I ever had. My entire family enjoyed it. The only complaint was that we did not get a bigger one. There were some other lamb dishes that was really good to me and the meat was enough to make a sandwich with the left overs. The price was also good to me. They definitely have that "must come back" menu.

Absolutely disgusting, the kebab was cold the pitta bread you could of thrown at a window and smashed it. The salad well don't bother it was that bad a bloody rabbit would run a mile avoid if you love your life.

One star for delivering on time. The Shish kebab had 2 lamb in it and mounted with salad to make look a bigger portion. The pitta bread was dry and soggy with chills sauce. The chicken was over cooked. Never again.

This place does not open when it say 2.10 on the web site it bad there need to put a sign on the door say there open late on the door saying 2pm wrong time

I love the burger and chips there do but unfortunately time keeping is really bad as it said on the door 2pm but don't open and till 5ish there really need to put the right time up on the door if there want business

Absolutely appalling service! Not that I expected much to begin with but the cheek of charging a customer an extra £1 to have their burger plain is disgusting, especially as it is technically cheaper to make!! But then to deliver said PLAIN chicken burger with cheese in it.. how, what and why?!? So, we phone up to highlight the issue to be told he would sort it next time we order because he has “no drivers”… so thanks to you, I get to sit here in front of everyone eating their big meals while I munch on my rather disappointing soggy chips… yeah, won’t be ordering from here again!! Thanks..

This was what I got when I ordered a large lamb shish. Still hungry looks like a kiddie size meal portion. Tasted good but potion size is ridiculous.

Both times I've ordered from here they have gone to wrong address even after being given postcode so both times food has been cold and on arrival been greasy badly put to together and drowned in sauce to point of leaking through bottom and g burger bun salad was browning at the side of lettuce and tomato looked like it had literally been cut in half and thrown in wouldent recommend sadly gone downhill since change in ownership a while back

I ordered a takeaway delivery of fish and chips from this place last night for my wife and I. The food arrived promptly but was not good value. It needs vast improvement and I would advise to stay well clear.

Only ever had the chicken shish kebab from here but always very tender, juicy and decent amount of chicken.

The two brothers that run this place are extremely rude. Rather than greeting you politely, you just get 'yes?' The food is mediocre, nothing special about it. The fries, as I ordered were twice fried as they just fried again left over chips from the last order! The worst part is they just charge what they want. I always have the exact same order and each time they try it on and try to overcharge. Avoid!

We used to really rate this place as the meat was delicious & so tender. Our delivery today was shocking. Both chicken & lamb totally over cooked like they had been in a fridge pre-cooked then chucked on a grill to heat up & over cook them more. We also asked for the pitta to be kept separate & that was ignored - so 2 soggy pittas arrived & were really not pleasant to eat. A shame because this place used to be brilliant.

First time user and it won't be the last! Our order arrived well before the stated time, delivery driver very pleasant, and the food when we opened the box looked incredible. Fresh kebab meat,well cooked and tender, and hot. The salad was nicely presented too. Will most certainly be ordering again!

Been to a few cafés in the area now, and obviously save the best until last - great range of fresh cooked food and a nice place. Doesn't just do Fish & Chips - but it does that well too.

They clearly have a sign displayed saying a cone of chips for £1. When enquired within it was £1.30. They stuck something on the sign when I left, surely I’m not the only person to have done this??? Took my money elsewhere, they lost out not me

Always a short wait but freshly cooked fish is fab. V friendly staff. Seats and thing to read while you wait. Fish chips are v good.

Popped in here for lunch whilst working nearby. Great selection of food but I opted for a chip butty and cappuccino. The man behind the counter was friendly and the chip butty was really tasty. I'm working that way tomorrow so I think I'll be back for lunch.

Good pizza but the menu is very misleading and the manager not responsive or willing to amend it. Still, what is offered is enjoyable.

i had a long day last week and coming back home I decided to stop for a takeaway. I usually go next door for burgers but I thought I will give this a go.. And it proved the right choice.. The burgers are made to order, and they taste really good and homemade.. Chips were great as well..! I think I found my local burger takeaway.. Will try the fish next time..

Cooked to order, all perfectly done just the way we like it. The owner is friendly and helpful and it's immaculately clean. I love that you can see the kitchen, too

so so bland tasted of nothing burger crispy and grisly and bun burnt salad kebab not put together wouldnt eat from here again.. garlic bread was grim wasnt cooked in the middle expensive dinner for what it was ...

Another fantastic delivery of great tasting food, by far the best kebabs on just eat.

I placed my order for delivery, then having changed my mind and wishing to go and collect it so we could eat earlier. I phoned the charcoal grill to arrange pick up only to be told the order was already on its way!! No sooner had I put the phone down and the delivery was at the door! In less than fifteen minutes. The delivery time was brilliant, The food was excellent, Well done and thank you Charcoal grill, our next order will be coming soon!!!!

The food from here is absolutely gorgeous, the chicken is so juicy and it all arrives piping hot. Best kebabs we have had in Worthing by far! Delivery driver has been very polite on both occasions and the food was early. Will always use this place from now on.

Decided to try this even though under new management as previous experience was amazing. But this time around unfortunately it was very disappointing. Everything was swamped in sauce and the donner was dry and tasted old. The chips also tasted like they had been previously cooked and re-heated. Very disappointing won't be ordering from here again.

Food arrived quickly and was lovely yet again!

Waited an hour for our order to turn up after being told 35-45 mins, both pizzas were wrong and missing two portions of garlic bread from the meal deals then waited another 35 mins for them to redo the pizzas, which turned HOT but too well done also very bland barely any sauce on the base of each one. Such a shame used to be a good place for a takeaway.

Food was very nice. Delivery was slightly late however the delivery driver was very polite and apologised. Only criticism is I ordered and paid for an extra pot of sauce which did I did not get.

Friendly, Polite clean staff and kitchen. The food we had (mixed kebab and extra salad) was really tasty with the meats being very tender. It'll be really great if they did a tabbouleh yummy ;) we will be calling again though 😀
