Food is always hot and delicious. The place has a good atmosphere with the new owner always being funny and generous. Definitely recommend

Used to always get a good curry when it was in Hersham but since it moved to molesey it’s 50/50 whether good or not. Also they would to offer a 10% discount but not anymore and the prices have jumped up since lockdown, very disappointed will not order from here anymore which is a shame as we have been customers for many years.

Took at least 20 minutes to place the order the lady on the other end didn't have a clue when food arrived was an issue with the price food was dry and I could barely even eat it the banoffee pie also was dry the biscuit base was hard as I think it was still frozen couldn't eat it delivery driver was rude

Ordered 2 waffles 2 milkshake 2 cokes knocked on wrong address and then . Sent cookies instead of waffles which were awfullll! Stunk like off cheese! Didn’t bring the waffles when I rang to get them waiting 2 hours later still not arrived will never use this takeaway again it use to be amazing absolutely gone down the pan now

Do not order from DeLush Burger House. Absolutely disgusting place starting with the food and ending with the staff/ Manager. Just placed a order from them tonight 5th November 2021 and omg where do I start. Firstly took forever, then when it finally arrived I didn't even get what I ordered. All I wanted was a burger some chips and a spaghetti bolognaise with Garlic bread. I was given 2 burgers some rank sweet potatoes fries and 2 cans of Coke. Not my order, so rang them, I spoke to a worker and tried to tell them that I had been given the wrong order. He started complaining that he had no credit to phone us to say that he had no Garlic bread, spaghetti or chips. I said why didn't he use the shop phone, he complained that he had no staff, that he was the only worker there and he did not have time to do anything and no time to talk to me. I asked to Speak to the manager, he said he was the manager. I said that he should have credit on his phone if he managing a business and needed to speak to his customers, he told me and I quote" it is none of my business if he had credit ", I was flabbergasted he was the one whom told me he had no credit. He then told me I can complain online, I can ring whoever he didn't care , he was the only one there and didn't want to talk to me. I said you need to shut the shop as you can not run it like this, that you are just taking people's money and not providing the service. I asked for a refund, he said no that he gave me alternatives ( more expensive) I was like not what I asked for you are telling me what I want to eat. I said you are the manager and that ycan give me a refund, he just told me that I do not want to talk to me any more and goodbye and put the phone down on me. Absolutely disgusting place and staff, I will certainly be taking this further. Had to give 1 star only so I could leave a review, otherwise would have given minus stars.

I only had 30 minutes for lunch, I went and ordered a half pounder, I received the order, when I got to work I started eating, I got a chicken burger, and it was spicy, I can't eat spicy because I have problems, they leave me without lunch, only with chips and drink, I finished lunch, I'm hungry, I called them 4 times, they don't answer the phone

Horrible customer service completely disregarded when trying to resolve issue of them sending the completely wrong food which I was unable to eat due to allergies they then proceeded to call me a liar and end the phone on me now I have wasted a lot of money on food I couldn’t eat

Didn't arrive and then sent a message 30 minutes after the order was meant to arrive saying the order has been cancelled. Normally rep'd this place 🤷🏼‍♂️

Appalling , food freezing and inedible !!!!!!! If you like weeks old chicken burger then go here oh and grease on your pizza like it’s been dipped in oil this is your go to place

Pizzas overcooked bolognese dry kebab meat like rubber first and last one of the worst pizzas I've had won't be ordering again

If you walk past the building you'd think it was abandoned, If I was homeless I'd turn down a free meal from here

Tasteless disgusting food. Phoned to complain. Hung up. Not interested. Previously my favourite but the standard has slipped. Will never order from them again.

2 nights running I used this place. the first night they missed off the free garlic bread which I wrote in the box. The next night they got most the order wrong. 3 of the 4 meals were totally wrong. Mainly my sons chicken wrap which became chicken and Donner! (He does not like Donner!!). the free pizza we were told could have an extra topping on because of last night's mistake. Well guess what it was missing!! My wife ordered chips and gravy and was told there was no gravy so changed it for a small chicken wrap! Well, that did not turn up, but a tray of chip did!!! When my wife complained he had a bad attitude??? I spent nearly £45!! But their loss! Too many fast-food places to pick from to use these again!

The most disgusting, vile takeaway I've ever even attempted to eat. My dog wouldn't even eat it! Grease overflowing from.containers on top of each other. Even my bottle of pop was greasy!

Everybody is entitled to there opinion, we have to be responsible when writing a review. This is somebodies business. I've eaten here since 2016 or 17, I can't remember, personally I've never had a bad kebab, service is good, place is clean, it's not domino's. Will continue to use. I drive from ilkeston each time.
