Tasty but hardly any filling. Certainly not worth £12.99

Food was great pizza great flavour. Just a little cold but full marks for flavour. Just wasn’t hot enough had to put in oven.

It was edible. Portions were very small. Lasagne looked like soup.

Very average food. I had a calzone and a salad. Really nothing amazing. Probably won’t order from them again.

The food took an hour and a half to arrive. IT was cold. The potato skins were burnt. They had no filling and no taste. The ravioli was a vert small portion. Tasted foul. Definitely do NOT recommend. Worst food I have ever had.

The food here isn't great. You are better off eating in one of the pubs in the area. And don't bother with food delivery from this place at all! Takes a minimum of 1.5hours to be delivered (if you're lucky) and arrives cold or undercooked.

Forgot to deliver turamisu, called the restaurant, they promised the refund.

Good food, but no chicken in the Chicken Caesar Salad, only lettuce! Great otherwise.

The dessert arrived frozen, half defrosted. Main food (seafood) was not fresh, very basic for that price. Garlic bread ok but not sliced, difficult to tear otherwise.

Don’t recommend!!! Delivery was 1 hour late, I called to restaurant they even didn’t apologize. I can understand the restaurant was busy but they should let me know. Food arrived cold! I ordered seafood risotto but it wasn’t risotto it was rice with fish sticks. Awful service!! Awful food! Avoid.

It was never received, they didn't deliver my food

The pizzas were lovely and thin with good toppings and well cooked. The only improvement would be to use less olive oil on the toppings. The olive oil made the spinach and black olive pizzas very messy to eat. Plus we ordered 2 tubs of ice cream, 1 x strawberry and 1 x vanilla, but 2 x vanilla tubs were delivered. We like vanilla, but it would have been nice to have the strawberry we ordered. Overall a good pizzeria. Would definitely order again.

The prawns were a little sparse.

Food came very late , pizza was completely cold and the wings went to the bin as it was burned and very smelly I don’t recommend to anyone, worst dinner ever!!

Under cooked meatballs, rude man on the phone told me nobody else has complained, when I told him they were pink inside.

I called and was told roadworks delayed the food, then I’m left thinking 🤔 has my food sat in the back of a car for a whole hour? It’s definitely weren’t hot when it arrived.

Good pizza but arrived stone cold and late

A long, one hour delivery time, though the estimated wait time was 1hr15 so we could only wait - the pizzas arrived lukewarm, unsliced, and ones toppings had slid off. The wait time could’ve been forgiven had the pizzas been nicer.

It is my first time and last time when I make an order to this restaurant, I wait for 1 hour and plus 1 late. I give a call they say its gonna be soon but not. then pizza not much flavour and to much flour. Squid 🦑 very soft and very oil, this my worst experience I had.

So glad that Oregano are back - lovely food. However the delivery time took over 1.5 hours which was very off putting.

Absolutely outstanding food. A true reflection of real Italian cuisine.

Hemos usado orégano durante varios años, la calidad de la comida es consistentemente buena. Las pizzas son de alta calidad y la variedad de pastas y ensaladas son excelentes. Mucho mejor que las pizzerías en cadena: es comida italiana casera con ingredientes frescos, buen condimento y nada grasosa. El personal siempre es muy amable y si los llamas o entras, siempre están felices de intercambiar ingredientes o personalizar un plato. Buena relación calidad-precio también, ya que las porciones son generosas. Muy recomendable.

We preferred the 3rd time now. They offer good Italian tasting pizze to a fair price. The menue is rich. We keep on using Oregano cause they are much better than most of the other “would like Italians” in the neighbourhood.

The food here is always fantastic. Will keep coming back for more. Love it!

was very disappointed with the quality of food, i ordered three carbonara pasta dishes and the portion sizes where tiny.. but the price didn’t change, there was so much oil used that it left puddles at the bottom of the tubs..

average I'm afraid. basil wasn't fresh basil - more pesto. very ungenerous with the toppings - a let down and would not reorder or recommend . plus run out of pistachio ice cream I ordered - did bring alternatives from which I chose vanilla - but not the same at all. you win some and you lose some !

Had a pasta, it was alright but very good for price and a good sized portion. Salad was very good as was the dessert.

Food was bland, barely warm and the pasta was as dry as a bone.

The pizzas didn't have any toppings on it!

Worst pizza I've ever had, hands down

Food was ok but ordering/ delivery was a pain. Had confirmation e mail and expected delivery time as well as SMS that food on its way. When nothing arrived at the expected time I called restaurant but they hung up on me. Called Just Eat who got through and said there was a technical issue and order not received. Eventually received order almost an hour after initial expected delivery time. .. There seems to be a problem somewhere either in the chain of communication or at the supplier end. Best to keep on top of your orders

Delicious pizza, very fresh and hot and interesting flavours.

Although the delivery was earlier than stated, the pizza was cold by the time it got to me. The layer of topping was so thin and sparse that it provided little flavour. Although they have received good ratings, I'm afraid I won't be ordering again!

Food has arrived 30 minutes late. A bit cold, and not the best quality. I won't go back to them.

Food was good value and tasted amazing but we ordered at 12pm and arrived 1.45pm which was a looong wait. I know they said "open at 12.30" but I just didn't think it would take that long and website indicated it would arrive at 1.15. Next time I'll go somewhere that opens at 12 or earlier and can give me a more accurate estimate of arrival time at the time of order. Great pizzas though.

They got the order wrong. Missed out additional extras that I paid for - cannot find any way of reporting this to Just Eat other than calling the restaurant.

The pizza base was nice but I'm sorry to say it was a little cold once it arrived. More oddly one of the meats (Parma ham I think) was incredibly salty - saltier than I've ever tasted in a Parma ham before so I picked it off. I'll most likely order from elsewhere next time.

Disgusted with the quality of the food would say mcds food was in comparison amazing. The staff need retraining and the lack of a manager access is terrible. Don't order from here ever... I personally am not leaving this, I want an apology and explanation..

The garlic bread was a bit burnt. Pizza was great.

Good pizza dough, easy to digest (rarely here in UK), but in my opinion the quality of the condiment was no so high. We were not completely satisfied with the price/quality ratio. Bye! :)

The carbonara we order didn't taste good, lasagne was ok

It didn't take long for the food to arrive which it was a very nice surprise given I was starving and the estimated delivery time was one hour after I have placed my order. I was attracted by the fact they cooked they pizzas in proper pizzas ovens but the pizzas were below average. I have also ordered pistachio ice cream and it tasted weird as if the ice cream was a bit old and the sugar has clumped up. I won't order food from this place again unfortunately.

The meal was finally delivered at 8.35pm, despite the app saying it was delivered at 7.55pm.

I have had lovely pizza from here before but something went wrong this time. It seemed as if there was a very strange cheese used (ran out of mozzarella??). It was a lot like warmed up cheese spread - not good at all! I'm afraid I will now think twice about ordering from Oregano again.

To start with half an hour was added onto the delivery time so I called to cancel. The restaurant blamed it on the JustEat app - even though I was using the website! This increased the delivery time from 50 mins to 1 hour and 20 which was a lot at 21:00 at night. Food was promised in 50 mins but it still took an hour and 10 mins, Quality of food was alright but all richer than expected. The fragola tiramisu is also kept frozen.

Overall the food was very good, would reorder from here again.

There's far better pizza out there for less money.

Always use this place, better pizza than most places and always deliver way earlier than the estimate that's given.

The curly fries were stale and the spaghetti bolognaise was without any flavour. We used to get fantastic food from this place, but something has gone awry

The delivery guy doesn't have change 5 King pranw all of diffent size (2 were big a cocktail prawns!!) Patatoes skins were good Tiramisú frozen, without savoiardi and strawberries.. Never again

This message if more for the JUST EAT TEAM than the restaurant. The food was actually very good but the Just Eat website indicated a time of delivery (in this specific case it was 14:50). At 30 minutes after that time I called the restaurant only to be told that the driver hadn't even left yet. By the time the food arrived we had to race into a meeting and didn't get to eat making for a rather uncomfortable team who wasn't at their best. I actually had to contact the restaurant to get this information as Just Eat sent me an email saying the food was on its way when it wasn't. At a minimum I would like Just Eat to provide some sort of compensation. Food arriving nearly an hour late is unacceptable. If this information is going to be posted for the restaurant I want to state again that they weren't the issue here, it was the service/website. Thanks.

Horrible experience. I waited for nearly two hours. Phoned the place to ask for status twice and try to cancel the order but they did not accept. Did not even eat the pizza.

Good pizza, I wish they would cut it into slices and be a bit quicker on delivery, but generally a good option.

This used to be one if the best pizza places to order from in Chiswick. Over the past year it has gone from bad to worst. The food now arrives burned or overdone and yet cold. I used to order from here usually once a week, now never again.

Ordered a year or so ago and it wasn't great. Pizzas were so much better this time. Very thin crust, decent amount and quality of toppings, not at all cold and filling too without any stodgy greasy feeling. Came at top end of estimate but not a bad wait but we live nearby. Good midweek lazy dinner option not cheap but it doesn't taste it.

Presentation was very poor. Cheap unappealing containers. Pasta was in a flimsy foil container. 1.5L bottle bagged with dessert, rendering the dessert damaged and unattractive.

Pedí por entrega, justo al final de la carretera y nos llevó una hora para dos' pizzas secas frías con muy pocas coberturas para llegar. La primera y la última vez que ordene. No puedo imaginar el beneficio obtenido en una mala pizza económico por ese precio. No pedir el pan de ajo - se ha derretido mantequilla y luego Raw ajo picados aliñados exagerado. No es agradable, mínimo esfuerzo.

The chef must have knocked over a container of salt into the Spaghetti Carbonara! Way,way too salty! Delivery was late, but to be fair, was given updates. Tricolore Salad was good. Small portion of dessert for a big price.

Good service but both pizzas were burnt

Right above one hour I have received my order containing desserts; a strawberry tiramisu, a normal tiramisu and a peer and ricotta cake, very tight portions, almost completely frozen ( which is not acceptable ), I think not very fresh made and with a lovely plastic taste xD I absolutely DON'T recommend them!

I asked for no cherry tomatoes on the pizza, but they still put it there

What can i say about this. Had polpette starter meatballs were bland sauce was a joke swimming in grease. The calzone was a rip off just because its a pizza folded in half doesnt mean you need to put half the ingredients in. Calzone was pretty tastless anyway. Only good thing was the delivery time was very quick.

Calzone was amazing, meat balls loved by a normally very fussy person. Had a text to say when it was being delivered. Fast delivery and hot food. Def worth the money and will be ordering again

Pizza was really nice, not like a fast food pizza but a proper, fresh Italian-style one. Delivery only took 35 minutes as well!

Pasta was terrible and soggy by the time it reached us. Calzone was also soggy in the middle. Wouldn't order from here again.

The lasagne was terrible the worst I have ever had ever. There was only a very small token amount of meat strategically placed around the outside of the dish to make it look like there was meat inside. However in the middle, in-between the layers of pasta there was no meat at all only cheese sauce. The Americano pizza was good but the lasagne really ruined the whole experience. I didn't even bother to call to complain as they must know there was no meat in the lasagne so I feel like they've ripped me off and I'm far from happy.

The delivery was completed at 10.30pm They forgot to bring the wine which was then delivered 15 minutes later, with disappointment because instead of a Carlo Zenegaglia merlot, I got a cheaper premier estates. When I called them at around 9.40pm they told me it should be with me in a few minutes. The driver was nice and offered to get back to pick up the wine that was missing. Nothing to complain about him. Thanks

Pizza not cut, looked like a frozen pizza that you buy at the supermarket. Actually might as well keep a few of those at home and in half the time make your own, add few bits and it will be better. Also these people saying it was excellent or even the best they ever had, no comments on that. Not worth it.

Pizza was ok, but stay away if you are looking for an Italian style pizza (this is not for you). The delivery was AWFUL to say at least. We placed the order and the pizzas arrived 2 hours later!!!!. We were starving (the est. delivery was 40 minutes.....) - how do you rate 1h and 20 minutes of delay? We phoned and they barely said the driver is on his way, not giving any more details. Well, guess what. He wasn't. It took another 50 minutes from this moment to when the guy arrived. JustEat support is terrible too. you pay very high prices for the service and you are left completely on your own with an order you have already paid for. Not again. Sorry.

Such terrible restaurant. Lasagna & spaghetti were so salty and acidic it made me feel like I was puking not eating. The same alliminium container was used for garlic bread, spaghetti and Lasagne! There was a surrounding lake off acid tomato on the lasagna, it looked and tasted of nothing like lasagna, it was vile. Such a waste of money, I would NOT recommend this restaurant. It's a shame to Italian cooking.
