Tried calling to order but never get a answer and when I do there’s a half wit down the other end of the phone with no clue how to do there job baffles me it really does

Cold, super greasy inedible pizza. Straight in the bin, waste of money!

Placed an order that never arrived. after 50 minutes tracking showed my order as being delivered, however the tracker never showed the driver even on my street. waited another 20 minutes but still nothing. phoned the shop and told that they had attempted delivery and to contact me but had no answer, explained that noone had attempted delivery or to phone me, offered to send order out again with estimation of 20 minutes delivery time (at this point that would bring us to just under 2 hours from order being placed). At this point i requested a refund to be told that wouldnt be possible as they had "attempted delivery", i asked for proof of this attempted delivery or contact (would be easy to check call logs),and asked to speak to manager. i was placed on hold then after 5 minutes the original person came back and said that they could refund my order. 24 hours later i have not been refunded.

DIABOLICAL!!!!! How difficult is it to get 2 pizzas delivered within the selected time slot?! Ordered my kids pizzas to arrive at 19:30. They eventually turned up, almost stone cold, at 20:15. Manager apparently wasn’t available to take a call when I called at 20:00!!! If you want a hot pizza, delivered on time…..DO NOT USE DOMINO’S SALISBURY - 100% the worst pizza in town.

Delivered 45 minutes late and cold

Okay it's Dominoes, it's expensive but what really effected the review today was after placing the order more than an hour ahead of time; they chose not to start cooking it until after we were there. Resulting in a further 15 minute delay. When approached for an explanation they stated they chose to cook orders placed after ours. Okay if it's busy and we have to wait a little longer but it's really not okay to pick a different order and cause disruption to our plans unfairly.

They don't deliver an inch outside the city centre and when they do the food is cold. Just go to pizzahut, at least the food is hot.

Cheeseburger pizza for the win 🏆

Stone cold pizzas and useless staff. A winning combination! Pizza was 20 mins late, stone cold and when I called to complain, a £15 voucher for next time was offered from a £30 order. Won't use them again. Avoid unless you love disappointment

Waited for over an hour and a half for 2 pizzas to be delivered, called to ask why it was taking so long and the person was dismissive and blamed traffic.

Fast service and the food was cooked perfectly but the only issue I have as a former dominos employee was the pizza was not cut well, found myself picking up a slice and having to rip it apart

Brilliant service, the gentleman that served us was friendly and happy to help with any questions we had. Food arrived fast and was yummy.

Not actually open til 1am on a thursday. Delivery only after 12am. Their google search opening hours are misleading. Was hung up on without explanation when I tried to place an order for my home at 00:45. I live five minutes away.

Not a bad pizza place. Pizzas are generally pretty well made but I have had a couple that look a bit ropey. I've also had a few orders done wrong but the staff normally do a pretty good job of clearing it up. I keep going back though so happy to give it 4 stars.

ordered food off of the website but mummy said i could only get pizza and when it came there was no pepperoni like i asked for and a slice of pizza was gone

Never had a single issue, food cooked quick and right around the corner from parking so you dont get screwed on "collection only" deals which save 50%.

Manager refused to give me his first name so I could confirm with head office that a refund would be processed and refused to give me a receipt for proof of refund. He also called the police and tried to have me arrested on a public order offence and lied to say I was shouting and swearing at him and staff members. Lucky I recorded the whole incident. Avoid this place!!!!!!!!! UPDATE. spoke to customer service central line today. They told me the store Manager did NOT process a refund he lied again and lied to the police as the police said that he had processed a refund but could not give a receipt. Police said I should of been set an email. Apparently quotes to police by manager All recorded on video which is on its way to head office. And body cam footage is requested from Wiltshire police. Which I will also send to head office once I receive it.

Made me ill. Arrived burned. Soaked in barbecue sauce and tasted really weird.

We ordered food at about 7.30 pm on a Saturday evening..in the shop. They were quite busy but, only 2 pizzas in a buy one get one deal.. and we were waiting longer than half an hour.. then turned out someone took our pizza?! It was quite terrible service . And I wouldn't recommend going in person. I dunno what the phone order is like..

We have stopped using dominos now as there so tight with toppings it's not worth ordering and there's so much of that gritty stuff on the base its a shame ans I prefer there topping quality over pizza huts but there's never enough toppings on the pizza

We ordered from the offers at Domino’s for delivery at our office as a lunchtime treat. It was a large order. It arrived on time, all there, piping hot and everything was great.

The team sorted out a problem with my order (completely my fault) by quickly remaking part of my order without any fuss. Thanks so much.

Only rating 4 stars due to the very rare occurrence of them actually getting my order right and delivering quickly. On this occasion they've been very good and got food to my front door within 20 minutes of paying. Can't complain as food was still boiling hot.

Quarter past twelve. Door says 1am. So does online. They wait til AFTER my call runs to the ansafone... then it takes me yelling through the door. "Delivery" they say. No van or lorry in sight. Going home for a tesco pizza. Save your money, buy in advance. Even with a pack of cheese... it's cheaper.

Terrible pizzas and chicken strippers… Chicken supreme was anything but supreme! Sloppy pizza base with soggy chicken dippers, just don’t eat here!

Dominos discriminate against people who can't order online by offering a 50 percent off by spending £20 or more online but telephone orders do not get this

We waited an hour and a half for our food. We called after an hour and they said it was out for delivery. Another half hour, I called again. They again said they could assure me it was out for delivery. Which I live a 5 mins drive away! When it arrived everything was cold.. very frustrating to finally eat and it not be enjoyable, cold chicken, cold pizza.

We have ordered over the phone from here as the online ordering does not recognise our address as where our house is is 30 yards from what the map says, I called this evening to be told they cannot take orders over the phone? Odd? I am told to order online and put a different postcode, however it did not again register so I made a 3rd call to the store, only to be told by some gormless girl “ the answer is the same order on line, we have been regular customers of this branch and they have my number on file and linked to my address. I am VERY VERY VERY disappointed in their response so have ordered from Pizza Hut who seem to be more organised and way way more helpful. If this is what they call customer service god help us all!!!!!

i was given an incorrect pizza, which obviously sounds bad, however the pizza itself tasted great and i was given a free large pizza for the mixup. great customer service and always delivered quickly.

Ordered food and on collection found they would only accept card payment. Was not advised of this when placing the order so did not have cards available and left with no food. We drove to another establishment that did take cash. Poor service, food wasted and will not use again.

This domino's is always terrible I'm switching to local pizza restaurant.

Delivery takes much, much longer than they say and when you ring up to complain they are very rude.

Domino's deliver flyers to my address but doesn't deliver pizza to my address. Pizza Hut, a few doors down from Dominos, delivers flyers AND pizzas to my address. Thanks for reminding to order from Pizza Hut and write a less than happy review for you everytime one of your flyers gets thrown in the bin. Stop wasting paper.

I have eaten many pizzas from all sorts of places but Domino's is still and will probably always be my favourite. The only downside is there prices but if you go on Tuesday there is a buy 1 get 1 free offer which is great and Makes it much more affordable.

Whilst the menu was adequate, and the on line ordering system, timing and collection facilities were very good, sadly I didn't find the pizzas as nice as I expected.

Ordered delivery driver has no clue where the adress and walks thru the field food in his hand with no ppe and no delivery bag no health and safety and rude managers .

Delivered 20 minutes after ordering. Beautiful pizzas. Arrived as ordered. The dough and crust has more flavour than other local takeaway pizzas.

I understand that it’s delivery only at the moment, but as nhs staff it is 50% off for collection normally. Why can’t this discount be added during these times?? Everyone else wants to help the nhs

After ordering the dominos wraps last night I’ve woken up this morning being sick constantly haven’t stopped all day it’s horrid still going now!! I’ll happily say never getting food from there again!!Disgusting

Came here to collect my order, we use this branch quite frequently and the staff are usually nice, you can clearly see everyone working in the back usually morale seems good. The front of house girl today was extremely polite and helpful.

I've been a regular customer for several years, this isnt a cheap option for pizza but none the less we pay it. Tonight I ordered a total of £30 worth of food, the app said the order wasnt processed so I checked my bank to see I had enough, i found that dominos have taken the money for the order so i ring the store like the app tells me to, they said I'd have to reorder and pay again despite the transaction showing on my bank statement. She offered me to speak to the manager I said no because she said they cant overrule anyway so would only repeat what she said, my mate then called for 20 minutes strait until they answered the phone, he asked to speak to the manager strait away and the person on the phone said I am the store manager, he explained the situation and she said like I told him he will have to reorder and pay again! Wait just now you offered to put my mate on to the manager and now suddenly you are the manager? I've been messed about, I've been charged and havent got any food, I'm not gonna bother with these anymore pizza hut all the way. Take everyones negative reviews into account and just dont waste your time and money cold pizza was the norm for deliveries and long waits and collecting they never started the order until you arrived despite tracker saying it was ready!

I live 2.5 miles away and they won't deliver to me

I ordered 2 hours in advance and I said I'll come back to pick up the 2 pizzas and still they didn't make the pizza untill I was there to collect. I had to wait 25 minutes for them to get my pizza done. Awful 🙄

2 in a row turned up cold after over an hour wait. I was told the next one would be free, but when I called a few weeks later they had no record of what was agreed. I complained on principle, and 3 weeks later I have still not heard back from them. Again on principle I wont let go till I have my money back for my order, which I will donate to charity. I just dont want them to have a penny as there product is no longer worth the money. Salisbury dominos has lots to do to improve!!

Recently upgraded DOMINOS Salisbury has an in-store electric display that tracks the progress of your pizza order. Quick and efficient service, great pizzas ... what's not to like?

Fourth time ordering with problems now, waiting on our food after its saying its been delivered... No one answers the phone and even when they do the staff jump through hoops not to help customers and to deflect the query or complaint. Worst service ive had from the chain. If food does ever turn up its normally after being chased and also and hour wait at least.

Quick take away food with delivery option is great. Good deals like buy one get other free etc. Good option choose your own toppings

Waited over an hour and half for pizza. When i rang to see where the pizza was, I was told it left the restaurant 5/10 mins ago and was on its way. 30 mins later called again i asked where the pizza was, only to be told that it's on its way and left the restaurant 5 mins ago. When I questioned why I was told 30 mins ago that it left 10 mins ago the staff member starting to trip over his words. I asked for money off but they weren't prepared to. When pizza finally arrived it was COLD like it had come out the fridge. DISGUSTING SERVICE 😳😩

Waited an hour and a half now for cold pizza one too many times. Never, ever again. Don't go by the pizza tracker it is a lie. They shouldn't be able to get away with the level of service provided. One star is too high.

everytime I place an order with Dominos, something is wrong. last time the wrong sides arrived and tonight we have waited over 1.5 hours (so far) for our food. Called up to be told there is a 2 hour wait (which isn't advertised on their online, even though their tracker said it was out for delivery over an hour ago. Where is the driver going, Skegness???

Food poisoning waiting to happen. Chicken kickers were completely raw... by the time you’d bit in to raw chicken you’re a bit put off the rest. Was also 45 minutes to an hour late!!

Ordered on Domino’s App - then waited 45 minutes when app said out for delivery - we live 5 minutes drive from the store. Of 3 pizzas ordered 2 were wrong. Rang and complained and they sent 2 new pizzas out - which took 40 minutes again! Very poor service.

Would recommend getting a frozen pizza from the supermarket instead. The quality at dominos is not much higher and the price is ludicrous for what you get. Stay away until the prices come down or the deals that are being offered are better.

Last time I had ordered was 3 years ago and was awful, thought we would see if they have improved and they definitely haven’t! No cheese on garlic bread or mag pizza, just dry and tasteless bread with burnt sauce is basically what you pay for! Never using again after last night! Look liked box had been shaken up too was even worse than the 3 year ago visit!
