Thought I would try the loaded fries. What a waste of money wasn't cooked properly and just looked awful for £6.99 you would expect them to look decent and be cooked. The pizza was OK. The spicy wings were decent but didn't provide the sauce that's meant to come with it.

Normally the pizzas are lush but the one I had earlier was to tomatoey all the toppings were falling off sliding with the cheese

Ordered online for some reason toppings was deleted off order on collection due online technical difficulties, mentioned this to manager who remade the with correct toppings fantastic service

Staff were disinterested on entry took ages to get served then was given 2 dips both of which were solit and leaked all over my car seats

Abysmal. Ordered pizza online. Order confirmation was emailed to us. Waited 2 hours. No pizza. No one answering the phone. Basically stole my money!!! Absolutely hopeless. Whoever manages this place should be sacked. Will be spreading the word.

Home delivery. Used to be good. 5he food is amazing but delivery drivers can't follow instructions to my house. See then walking around with my food going cold. Didn't even call me. And had to leave the flat building again to get my food.

Very rarely open for the full length of advertised hours. Doors still locked up until an hour after opening. Often closed for online orders by 7pm during the week.

Waiting an hour and 10mins. The guy on phone said its minutes away. Does he mean 5 or 60? I'll give it 10 more Then cancel the order. Rubbish!

Pre ordered for 18.15.. Had a lad deliver the wrong order at 18.45..to then tell us phone them and nag or you'll never get it.. To then ring them and get a rude man tell us we are busy we won't be long... That was it.. Our order turned up an hour and a half late stone cold including chicken that can't be reheated so was spoiled.. Thrown away.. With raw veg in top of pizza... Tried to get a refund was told apoligies back and forth then wanted a picture 24 hours later when already in the bin.. Stalling... It was an hour and half late and freezing it was worthy of a fefund.. Disgusting never again DON'T USE DOMINO'S CALNE

Lunchtime large pizza deals are always good.

We have had two deliveries now in the last few weeks (moved house). The pizzas have been delicious and delivered really quickly. We had an issue with the latest order, a medium was made accidently when we had ordered a large. They delt with it immediately, sending us a new large pizza within 10/15mins and were so apologetic, I felt bad for complaining! Both delivery drivers were polite and prompt. Great food, great service.

Edit2: A third pizza which was cold and had raw dough. Staff were rude and acted like I was lying when asked to remake it, making (audible) comments under their breath. The remade pizza came out over cooked. Clearly the staff were being petty at this point. Edit: Another visit and more raw dough/undercooked pizza. Collected as soon as it came out of the oven. The toppings weren’t even hot. They did remake both when called but it shouldn’t take two visits to get a pizza right from a chain pizza place… That will be my last visit. I recommend others avoid as well. Original review: It’s alright, most of the time. Always go for collection, as they seem to be struggling with delivery at the moment, and it’s usually done within 20 minutes of ordering. It’s also cheaper. The pizza always seem like they need a couple of minutes more cooking to be properly done. It’s edible, but that extra time would make it great. I’ve had one visit where the dough was still raw. This was 20 minutes before they closed so it’s a bit forgiven. But they refunded me quickly after complaining. Please also invest in a new pizza cutter! Every time I order, the pizza looks like it was cut with a spoon…

Not sure why the standards are so bad at Dominos Calne compared to other Dominos? Have had quite a few disappointments ordering here before, so hadn’t ordered again for a long time. Tonight gave them another chance hoping things would have got better. I was so disappointed again tonight, delivered in good time, friendly driver, but pizza huge disappointment, very dry, lack of cheese, topping sauce & pepperoni, just looked a mess, worst pepperoni passion ever, see picture. Have complained before over the phone, was told I’d get a voucher next time I ordered which never happened. Can’t be bothered to complain again as I probably won’t order from Dominos Calne again in the future. I suggest collection, checking it before paying and taking it away.

Awful service, cold food. Complaint made and received by ‘head office’ it was passed to franchise who simply ignored it, despite being followed up. Won’t use again.

Delivery times on website are nothing like reality. Ordered a pizza 19.45hrs and still waiting for it more than an hour and a quarter later. The guy on the phone said: it will definitely be with you in 15 mins. Funny that's how long the journey from Calne to Lyneham takes(!) Pizza arrived and was both cold and very dry so obviously been sitting around for a while before it went out for delivery. Second time we had this experience. Will now make a formal complaint.

Big flavour! Grabbed a late night snack, as one of few places open. Did not disappoint. Friendly team, good food. Absolute Sort behind the counter sorted out the extra sauce. #rawsauce

This is only the second time I’ve ordered from the Calne branch, it will be the last. Last time the food took over an hour to arrive. Decided to give them another chance, this time took 1hr 25min even though app said 33min. Pizza was over cooked, cold (had to heat in our microwave) cookies burnt on the bottom. Terrible.

Waited 3 hours for delivery money taken from my account no food arrived despite me calling and staff saying delivery in 15 minutes.. nothing arrived rude staff avoid like the plague!!

*New update* 20/1/23 Ordered a couple of weeks ago and had a fantastic experience! Delivery app was spot on actually got the pizzas when it said out for delivery and piping hot.... No problems this time so updating to 3* from 1*based on big improvement Dominoes pizza in Calne hmmm! Its so up and down sometimes the pizza is fantastic other times really really bad but what i will say if your local it's really worth considering collecting the food as sometimes they take ages to deliver and i only live round the corner Edit: very rude manager who was completely unreasonable when i rung up when i was delivered the wrong pizza i simply wanted a cheese and tomato pizza and i get just cheese with no tomato base. I was told by the manager that this was my mistake and i should have checked the order and that he would not be sending a replacement pizza for free and that i wouldn't be getting one unless i paid £5 for it! I was made to feel undervalued and as if it was my fault in which the error was made their end. In the end he said he would send a pizza to replace the incorrect one but to next time check my order and what I'm clicking as if i made the mistake! Sorry dominos but i wont be the ordering again because of what is considered poor customer service and speaking to a customer in such a rude and patronising manner!

This particular dominos is unfortunately pretty poor. Of the orders I’ve put in most have taken ages to arrive and therefore the food has been cold and inedible. In their defence they did give me a full refund of those orders. But still……….I was left hungry, so far from ideal. My latest order (I probably order once a month) came with the wrong base. Not the end of the world but when you’re paying nearly £20 for a pizza you should get exactly what you ordered. If you’re going to order from Calne then I highly suggest picking up rather than waiting for delivery. That way you’re guaranteed a hot pizza and you can check the order is correct.

so rude and a very rude manager, asked us to send proof we had the wrong pizza and came to our house at 11pm to collect a pizza and had 2 pizzas sent out wrong, very rude staff and wouldn’t give a refund, poor attitude and behaviour from the staff

Order at 18.37 rang at 19.50 to be told someone had broke down and food would be here soon to then receive food at 20.20 with our food for it to be cold rang the store to be offered a refund asked for a fresh order to be made and delivered this then arrived at 20.32

Food was great delivery driver was very polite and also told me they had upped the size of one of our pizzas by mistake but there was no extra charge.

Ordered from here last night and ice cream was never delivered. When I called to advise of this I was told by a female member of staff I'd have to wait another hour or have a refund - I did not accept this as it was your mistake it wasn't delivered in the first place. Lady then responded with the worst attitude "I gave you the choice". Half an hour passed and my missing item arrived, I did not hear the door so the woman phoned me and said "you gave me so much grief about your ice cream but won't even answer your door and hung up the phone on me" When I went downstairs to collect, driver was lovely, cannot fault him at all. I called the restaurant back to ask for this person's name as I wanted to lodge a complaint due to her customer service skills, quite frankly she should not be in a customer serving role, her attitude is abysmal. When I asked for her name, she did not say anything despite me asking several times. She then said she has no name and put the phone down again. I would really reconsider who you employ to deal with customers, she has by far the worst attitude I have ever had to encounter and I have now raised a formal complaint.

Not all the order turned up.. was told the rest would be delivered & 25 mins went by. Had to call to ask where it was & was told they would refund me without an apology. I asked for a drink for the inconvenience and the manager was rude, dismissed my words & ignored my questions. We will NOT be using them again, unprofessional, rude & the food we actually got wasn’t even that nice anyway!

This specific dominos is very bad - they always mess up the order and forget random toppings or the pizza is very dry and cold - everytime I order it its a disappointing experience never ordering again from this branch

Staff were rude, i asked to modify my pizza, man on till told me he didn’t know how to do that, i asked for a deal and he said what about a large pizza for £9.99 as he “couldn’t find the deal on the system”… didn’t give me an order number or a wait time.. bad service

Another time of giving Dominos of calne a chance and yet again they fail!!! Food all stone cold!! Sort it out Calne! With the prices you charge the food should at least be hot! Your boxes state 'warning hot!' Yet the food is completely cold. Do not order from them! A waste of anyone's money!! I am so annoyed, yet again!!!!

I thought I’d try the new pesto pizza, the pizza was delivered however the pesto was not on the pizza. I rang the store and they wanted to make up for it by sending me another pizza at first I wanted a refund as the other pizza would most likely go to waste but in the end I agreed. The delivery man turned up at my door with a plastic bottle of pesto and said “ for you to put on your pizza, I’ll wait” I was shocked dominos have not stuck to there word in delivering me a new pizza and I also found it very petty. They have no customer loyalty. Should be closed down or should have more training.

Worst pizza experience ever. Had to wait for my pizza for over an hour after I got notification saying "out for delivery" and when the pizza finally came it was stone cold... waste of money

Food delivered 20 minutes after the out for delivery notification on the app.. food was barely luke warm.. used my temperature probe and it measured 37 degrees. Called store and they said sorry you can have a refund but it will take 3-5working days to go back in my account. SERIOUSLY??????? Will not use again!

An embarrassment to the takeaway industry. Despite taking our order and staying out for delivery for over an hour and a half I was informed by your ill mannered staff it was in fact my fault as pizzas were taking 2 hours to deliver so wait. This was not mentioned during order and wasn’t acknowledges on your app. The person who I spoke to was incapable of holding a civil conversation and should probably have limited contact with customers or maybe return to day one of training? Don’t blame customers or delivery drivers for your failures. The poor delivery driver told me he’d been out for over an hour and still had a boot load to deliver. The pizzas were absolutely disgusting. Cold, damp didn’t even try them. Only fit for the bin. Do yourself a favour and go to the local Italian who offer far far better pizzas and treat customers properly.

Absolutely appalling service. Ordered twice before and they were late but this time it was even worse. We ordered a couple of Pizzas at 7.30pm on a Thursday, 45 minutes later we called and they say it will be delivered in 10 minutes. 30 minutes later still nothing, we called back and they told us it is on the road. Another 20 minutes later still nothing so we called back and we cancelled the order to get a refund. They told us that the driver may have delivered to the wrong address but if we get it it would be free? They just kept lying and I still do not know why. If you are not going to deliver or you are going to be late just say it but don't lie!!! We will never order from the Calne branch ever again.

Ordered a pizza tonight, took 80 mins to get to out for delivery status, apparently delivered but never turned up. Tried to call store but can never get through. Complained to customer services but now have to wait 5 days to get my money back, they are quick enough to take your money, but don't provide the product and take days to give the money back. Service like this is just unacceptable nowadays, used this store for 6 years but will never come back and will never recommend

After waiting over an hour for food tried ringing them multiple times to find out what is going on and no answer at all. Rung about 10 times. Ridiculous. No customer service skills at all.

Ordered a couple of pizzas for delivery, and one came without the top sauce on top. Called up and they were really apologetic, and got a new one straight out to me, super quick. Really friendly customer service.

They were pre closing the store an hour before they shut which meant I waited a little longer for my pizza (including another click and collect customer who said there pizza was ready via the app but waited another 10 mins upon arrival)

Dominos has always been one of our go to takeaways. It’s usually a slow service and is normally “Luke walm” but it’s a takeaway so we’ll let it slide. Lately we have been getting more than usual as it’s that time of year and we have spent a fair amount of money. Never mind though, this doesn’t stop them having the worst customer service I have had in a longtime. Thursday 2nd December we made a small order around 7pm around 15 mins later I had a phone call from an incompetent worker telling me I must collect or cancel my order. I paid extra to place my order for deliver so why would I then collect it? They told me the reason was because they were busy and only had 1 driver one we responded with “that’s not a problem we don’t mind waiting” and met with the same snarky response that we must cancel it. I was then passed over to the manager who was rude, aggressive and had 0 customer services skills. Due to the poor service we have given today after spending so much over recent weeks we will not be returning for a while at least. Better places with better customer service.

We ordered two pizzas at 18:38 and it now 21:06 and no sign of our food, my wife phoned to ask where our meal was at 20:00 and the person on the other end was totally dismissive. Clearly staff need training in customer service. Had we known that our meal would taken so long to prepare, cook and deliver (it’s still not been delivered) we would have grown our own ingredients and cooked our own pizza as it would have been quicker. I would never recommend this takeaway and will not be using it again. Absolute rubbish service

Never leave reviews but this store is a farce and needs one. Ordered 3-4 times, each time giving them the benefit of doubt. 3/4 times the order has been cold and late. One time it was 3+ hours and now waiting on a refund that is 3 weeks late. rude manager called 'Julian'. Terrible place.

Not great today, order not ready when app said it was and garlic bread not cooked (mine was 1 of 4 missed). Meal finally ready 35 minutes after ordering it, estimate had been 9-14 minutes

Great food fast collection time

this is the 5th time Dominoes in Calne have mucked up our order, i asked for a refund but was denied. i paid £30 for a meal where the Pizza was trashed when we opened the box and the side we ordered was completely wrong. and it was all stone cold just as an extra slap in the face, absolutely shocking this branch, i will never eat dominoes again!!

Following the easing of Covid restrictions in the U.K. my wife and I decided to treat the Kids to a movie night and order Doninoes Pizza. My wife is sadly gluten free but prior to covid , Doninoes pizza had offered an option of Gluten Free based on its pizza and as such she was looking forward to being able to order with us. Sadly this Hope was quickly ruined as when ordering she was told that as a result of Covid, Doninoes were operating a limited menu which did not include Gluten Free pizza, but that it was ok as they did offer vegan and vegetarian. It should be highlighted that vegan a vegetarian are not the same as Gluten free and that whilst the latter is a common medical condition the other two are in many cases lifestyle choices. Given the way the pizza are prepared, and the unlikely increase in consumption of gluten free pizza bases during the covid outbreak there is no acceptable reason for this option to be removed other than to alienate and discriminate against those suffering from a gluten diet limitation. I accept that to most reading this review who are no gluten free that this may not be of interest but given that my wife is an NHS nurse who has been treating Covid patients on an almost daily basis for the last 5 months , it would have been nice for her to join in with what should have been a family treat.

Every time I use Dominos I say it’s going to be the last time and this time it is . We only usually buy this stuff for the kids as they love it but I find them quite bland and can’t waste the calories on something so unenjoyable . I have had better pizzas from local kebab shops at half the price . I’d rather pay for a pizza from an Italian restaurant which is much more authentic and full of flavour . Pizzas are not supposed to be this way but are aimed at the mass UK market . On the other hand the pizzas always arrive quickly and the staff are friendly .

The pizzas we ordered from Calne were the best we have ever had from a dominoes and we have been around the UK a lot.. The phone operator was very knowledgeable, quick and helpful. Then the pizzas were delivered very quickly, were still hot despite being quite far away and the driver was very thoughtful and kind, if we were allowed to spend with cash he would definitely have gotten a tip! The pizzas were still hot like I said and in perfect condition, they tasted amazing too. Definitely the best one yet!!

Do not order a take away unless you want to wait 1.5 hours and be told it’s a computer issue when really it’s a driver

I didn't eat here, Google misplaced me by a few yards while shopping at Sainsbury's. I would urge anyone who cares about pizza to avoid Domino's.

Good clean restaurant. 3 stars due the parking, of which there is none. Would recommend delivery!

For a cheap pizza, it's expensive. The delivery drivers park around the back and fly in and out not watching out too carefully for passersby as they leave. If you want a similar experience, grab a frozen pizza from any supermarket, throw £20 into the charity box as you leave, and get it dead freshly heated from your own oven.

Domino's is always good, and damn those Frank's red hot wings are tasty!

Shocking the state of the food we get from here. If only we could order from melksham! We pay a lot of money for the food so I expect it to come with some kind of effort put into the food.

Very expensive and taste was horrible. We had a pizza that tasted like cardboard. The staff are always rude and don't care about the food they make at all. I will be using pizzas direct from now on as I always get good food for an great price.

Ordered for delivery, takes 15 minutes to get to where I am. Pizza took well over an hour and unsurprisingly turned up cold. Was supposed to be half and half but the toppings were all over the place. Wouldn't usually mind but husband had jalapenos on his side which I dont like and they were all over the place. I complained and got hung up on. Called again and was told I'd have a fresh order in half hour. Turned up over 40 minutes later, no dip, pizza smudged all over the box. Ordered about 2 months ago, after an hour and a half I gave up waiting as I had to go to work. Poor quality, poor customer service. Not at all satisfied. Not bothering with dominos here again.

UNDER COOKED PIZZA. Ordered a pizza with my friend and it arrived under cooked. When I called to tell them about it they argued with me for at least 10 minutes that it was ok.

Great food but sometimes I have been disappointed

Nice pizza and cooked perfectly. Fresh vegetables and served hot, really enjoyed eating there.. Kids loved it.

Grim grim grim. Pizza was on the nastiest, thinest, greasy base, like a large Dorito. Asked for extra mushrooms, got literally one small mushroom, cut into thin slices and chucked on. Im only grateful that I don't ever need to use this dump again.

Everytime my wife and I eat from here, we get very bad stomachs soon after.

Fri 11/05/18, order #233. Visited this place and it stunk so bad. Their reason was that someone had used the toilet and there was a problem with it, yet they continued to serve the public in that unhygenic condition. Then they got my order wrong; cost me time and fuel to get there and almost hospitalised me. Worst of all, they were trying not to accept the blame. Never again!

Always well made pizzas, delivered incredibly quickly even on busy nights. Sad to have left it behind as nearest Domino's to us now (shaftesbury) is slightly too far away for delivery and is not as consistently good quality wise.

We waited over an hour. The tracker service stated it was delivered when it wasn't. I called to check progress, was told it's just round the corner. Very poor!

Que no explicar por qué la entrega es de 10 minutos más tarde cuando la orden para una hora específica. Que realmente necesita para solucionar este.

Yes it's just another chain Pizza place, and you know what you'll be getting. However it's clean and the staff are great. Also the quality is great as you would expect.

Como una tienda de franquicia, tienes todos los beneficios de una entrega y recogida de la tienda popular pizza. Sólo me han dado órdenes de 4/5 porque algunas han tenido un elemento perdido pero una llamada rápida/recordatorio de la tienda resultó en un conductor volver dentro de 10 minutos, así que no es un gran problema. Ofertas locales disponibles si ordenados en línea y se pueden canjear en la siguiente orden.

Terrible experience, recieved room temperature pizza and chicken strippers, it tasted terrible and the cheese in the crust was like plastic. I always say dominos are the best going but my last experience was terrible and i will not buy from this particular shop again.

As all of the domino's change places to my opinion is slightly overpriced for what you get. Is defiantly if a good quality but lacks any image and the place itself is not very inviting. Seen all the staff rushing like here's chickens also doesn't promote any good looks for this place and a chain in general. Prefer to stay away.

This is a great place to get a take away pizza. Tuesday is the best day. good value. I would say it can be expensive other times. The pizza is well topped and nice to taste. Delivery is good but you can collect as well. staff nice inside the store.

It's a typical Dominos so you know what you're getting. The menu is pretty much what ypu would find at any other Dominos.

Food always good, staff very friendly and when you call to make order thay use your first name when they answer so very personalised service
