Quick responses when I called, Yawar the manager was very attentive and helped me to choose the best deal. The delivery was done by Nadir who was very respectful and delivered was quick as the pizza was warm and delicious. Definitely I will order delivery in the future.

Worst pizzas ever. Overdone and cold pizzas. Furthermore, I ordered 3 pizzas and 1 was meant to be vegan plant based pizza but it wasn't and there was no identifier. This was serious risk for allergy intolerant customers. Poor customer service when speaking with the shop.

Order was wrong, send 2 medium one large instead of 3 large. And had hair in 2 of the pizzas. Rang the store and was met with a rude manager who hung up the phone on 2 occasions. All I wanted was new pizza delivered and this one taken back to which he refused and refused a refund. He tried blaming the hair on me, ( I am blonde the hair is black). Wasn’t a good experience and will be using domino’s in future.

It was a great experience of Pizza Hut. Pizza was baked well and it amazing in taste. Topping is spread well. If you are pizza lover then you must try Pizza 🍕 hut Options.

If i could would give 0 stars… ordered on the website severely allergic to mushroom and asked for sweetcorn instead when pizza arrived mushrooms on the pizza called and told i was wrong and they were write if you gave any severe allergies do not order they would rather see you in hospital with severe allergies. Also when called told i was wrong even though i know i am severely allergic so would never make this mistake

AVOID!!! By far the worst pizza I’ve ever had delivered to my house. 45 minutes late, the pizza’s were ridiculously undercooked, greasy and flavourless, the sides were greasy, and the wrong drink was delivered. Horrible. Such a waste of money and horrendous service.

Had a large Deep Pan Beef Sizzler. As a veteran of Pizza Hut, just had to say this was an excellent Pizza. Took me back to the good old days of the Spicy Hot One! P.s order directly for the best results..

Absolute dog crap… literally just didn’t send the food. Man on the phone kept telling us to wait as it was a new driver after 30 mins past the expected delivery time and then the shop closed and he never answered again. We will never use them again…. Get new workers the ones there are ruining pizza huts reputation

I was not happy with the service that I was given. I had ordered two medium pizzas. They weren't classic crust as one was thick and the other was thin. I had ordered them from Langely Pizza Hut. When I had phoned, one of the staff was arguing with me and didn't take any action.

Absolutely horrible customer service. By mistake I ordered wrong pizza when I rang them to discuss about it they hanged up by saying it was my fault n can't do anything. They didn't even let me finish because i was about to order again. Also driver didn't come to my flat by saying its pizza hut policy he will not even enter into the building. I will highly recommend not to order from this store again.

Stay away! They take your money and don't deliver food. I wish I could give this 0 stars. I ordered mac and cheese a few days ago and after being charged for it, it didn't get delivered. I called the hut and was told that it was missed and that it would get delivered in another 40 mins. Didn't help much as it never got delivered anyway. Never ordering from these again. It was pure robbery as after complaint to Pizza Hut I was given a 5 pound voucher to resolve the issue. The food missing cost more. Absolutely horrible customer service throughout.

No flavour, no taste just wastage of money. Had to rate 1 star to write review. Charges lot of money and pizza doesn't even come with a dip. Would never ever go for pizza hut . Absolutely rubbish, really don't understand why should one will pay for boxes only when there is no taste. Just buy frozen vegetables, microwave them and eat and assume that you are eating from pizza hut. Food was cold as well . So don't go fo pizza hut.

Absolute disgusting customer experience, ordered online and arrived just before collection time shown, came up ready for collection. Ordering assistant said my order wasn't ready, and started laughing. So called lady manager came out and then said my order hadn't been started. Had to wait another 15 minutes for what turned out to be a hard based pizza that felt like it was made 2 days before. This outlet has really gone down hill. Will not be back. Note- everyone blame just eat drivers for cold food but at this branch it's down to the assistant giving out food for delivery before everything was ready, when the driver complained about that puzza will be cold , again the assistant just laughed and said it will be ok.

Provided no ice cream for cookie dough. Not option for cancellation or refund of order. Delivered burnt cookie dough. Order delivered late too.

Worst customer experience. Was unable to place half and half order online and then contacted store who took my order and asked me to place order online to get the deal for collection. Called store back as was now unable to place order online as it showed closed for collection. Explained whole story to manager etc and was unwilling to give the deal especially as a regular customer who has been ordering for over 6 years. Avoid as staff are rude and unable to understand

Indeed very poor customer service I experienced. I requested to remind leaflet distributor to check door labels for NO JUNK MAIL. I don't want leaflets/junk mails. Lady on phone call simply said WE CAN'T STOP.

80's & 90's, the days when we dined in or gotta takeaway from PH. I remember the quality, customer service, the pizza's & how lovely the condiments were. However since ordering from PH, Bath Road, Slough it's been horrendous. We're paying top notch £'s for pizza's/sides etc that are ridiculously unsatisfying, so there goes the quality of what we consumed. Then there's the continued lies etc, so that's customer service gone out the window & finally we already paying for items that are ludicrously competitive, yet we receive no free dips, (they're extra). I've ordered numerous times hoping that PH will eventually notice my concerns but NO. They've created a customer base over time & have lost all what made them great. I never gotta reply from PH customer service over countless orders of being very late/standards of food & the behaviour of staff. At times I've had the latter mixed. This is a GENUINE REVIEW of this outlet unfortunately & if all the points above matter to you when ordering, my advice is simply stay away. Basically the food & customer service is SH*T! Therefore perhaps other franchises posses similar ethics, because Pizza Hut customer services don't care, who knows?

Service was veey good and friendly in-store. Order was exactly as requested and very nice.

Pizzas were 20 mins, late rang to see what had happened. I was told it was delivered, ring door bell told to leave in black box. I don't have a ring door bell nor a black box, but they thought I was lying. Eventually turned up 30 mins late cold no apology and wouldn't take it back, he said it was the shops fault. Not impressed with customer relations or delivery service.

Have ordered twice from this store and twice one of the sides has not been sent. However was promised to be sent the missing side asap. Would be nice to actually eat a side with the main pizza for once. Off to Domino's we go next time.

Ordered cookie dough there was no ice cream available, unfortunately was only told after id driven down to collect, poor customer service really unproffesional put me on hold for what seemed an eternity also i dont buy pizzas from here anyways they are horrid and now i wont be buying cookie dough either.
