Domino's Pizza in Wiltshire

Last 3 times I've ordered from the melksham store the pizza has been very under cooked, almost raw. I've had to pop it back in my oven! Going down hill fast. Then I ordered from Chippenham store last week and it was properly cooked and delicious!

I have not been to Domino's Pizza at Melksham

We love domino’s Pizza and support our local Domino’s, but tonight our repeat orders were wrong ( no tomato paste) and the dough was badly undercooked! What a disappointing Friday night treat!

Didn’t follow requested instructions

Never been treated so bad in my life was delivered cold food and then when spoke to customer complaints team they wouldn’t offer a refund an said the will only replace 1 out of 2 items the next time I order….. horrible an treated disgusting plus laughed at by the store

I genuinely think that someone is sabotaging your normally brilliant pizzas ...... tonight's order (only the mighty meaty) literally had salt sprinkled on it..... now i like salt more than the average human but this was slug killing volume...... disgusting..... also someone needs to be quality checking your super famous and stretched Italian crust.... cos to be frank.... it ain't happening in the Melksham store.... sorry guys.... VERY VERY disappointed. At least you've saved me a small fortune for a while because I don't think I'm gonna fancy a Dominos for a very long time...... yes I've contacted Customer Services on your App.... but I don't expect a response.........

Last few orders have been awful. Taken absolutely ages and not been that good for the money they charge. Gone downhill recently

Will not be ordering again, 3 orders, 3 items missing, had to re deliver 20 mins later once all other food was cold! Management said it's not their problem and should take it up with the delivery driver! Stay clear

Hour to deliver. Pizza was cold. For the prices they charge the service was awful.

Thank you Domino's ordered a timed order, and guess what! Ordered it foan a hour lat, r then we wanted it. Staff was quick to correct it for me and was quickly served.

Happy it's open so late, when you need something quick

Nice pizza but they are overpriced £6 for 10 wedges same for the chicken nuggets pound each £20 for a medium sized pizza

So disapointing. Why can none of the big chains provide the service they advertise. Ordered a Vegan pizza via the app. The app seems to seriously struggle with Vegan pizzas as it took two attempts to order the pizza I wanted Vegan peperoni with Soya strips. What I recieved was a Vegan magarita with soya strips that to be honesy does not look remotely appealing. I called to explain that my order was wrong to be told "No you ordered Vegan margarita with strips". When I tried to explain my issues with the app and that may be the cause of confusion I was interrupted and told I was wrong. I offered to return to the store with the pizza but was again interupted and told "No do not being it back I will give you a refund" before I could protest I was hung up on with no confirmation regarding refund etc. Its a shame as I said I've had pizzas from this branch before that have been great. I wanted to replace my pizza with what I ordered but was supposedly given a refund instead. Now I just need to wait and hope I actually receive one.

Waited over an hour for delivery then when pizza did arrive, it was stone cold. Driver parked on driveway of house next door then trampled over their garden and ours to get to us instead of walking round the pavement. Not an experience we want to repeat.

Hour and half to wait for our pizza. Stone cold when got here and a free pot of dip to say sorry. Never order from there again

Whenever we order Dominos we are never disappointed fast delivery from ordering. Fresh tasty with plenty of toppings.

It's an ordinary Domino's. You know what you're going to get - and you do. I always order online to collect, and never have to wait For the 20 seconds I'm there the staff are friendly.

I went to Papa John’s up the road to try them out and found them to be extremely disappointing. So an order to Dominos was in order and found that just as disappointing too. Dominos like Papa John’s have become stingy on the toppings and do not bear any resemblance to the representations on their website. Looks like I’m going to have to use the Italian Pizzeria in Melksham now.

Hi do you know that this domino’s employee a peadophile that delivers for them. He was arrested last Sunday. If anyone wants to see the live go to no excuses on Facebook and have a look. Making this awareness and ppl have children at there homes when he delivers to u. His name is Simon nurdin Many thanks.

Typical dominos. Quite expensive and no care put into making the pizza. And when I called them up it took a long time for them too understand what we were saying.

My pizza turned up a bit worse for wear, probably after not being handled properly, and they sent out two more straight away. Can't go wrong with Melksham Domino's 👍

I thought the staff was very rude when I visited so I left and did not buy anything I did have some dominos pizza before but I did not like it much

Ordered meals for 3 people arrived quickly and hot But forgot garlic cheesy pizza bread Called said get it to us asap that was at 7.30pm it is now 10.30pm and charged for it Highly disappointed

Although a tad costly, the food we ordered tasted lovely. It was packed full of toppings and came piping hot. Everything was delivered in a timely fashion too. Good experience.

What can you say about this place ... well its typical Dominos pizza so its ok and definitely overpriced. I personally don’t buy a pizza there unless I can grab an offer as the prices are just ridiculous really.

I phoned for a takeaway... 2 pizzas only... nothing fancy.... £24! I said you are having a laugh... he said... it should be £36!. Extortion! I put the phone down... Asda will do you a huge pizza what ever way you want it for less than £4....

Lunch for £1.99 it's a no brainer

Went here after a night out, pizza was perfect and managed to get a lift home from the delivery driver who was a great guy! Genuinely couldn't ask for more, and I do have pretty high standards. Best Dominos ever!

Used Domino's quite often as a late night meal when I can't be bothered! Food is always on time, hot and you get what you pay for. It's expensive compared to supermarket pizza, but it's worth it every now and again!

Rude staff. Unclear on what discounts and deals apply , even though I showed evidence of how much it cost still continued to be rude and never got my pizzas. Don’t recommend, corsham dominoes is better

Really disappointed. Ordered double pepperoni extra ham.. Counted six pieces of ham on a large pizza... It saddens me when you know we're all getting RIPPED OFF.!!!! Should have gone to Sainsburys and bought one there to cook at home. Dominio's... REALLY POOR QUALITY

I have had take out Pizza from this store a couple of times, delivered. They are always very quick and prompt to deliver. We have Pizza from there on Valentine's day as we could get out as had no one to look after the kids. We asked for a heart shaped Pizza and they did it! lol Rock On!!! ;-) It was a little run down up until recently but have just received a well earn revamp. Keep up the good work!

Guy answering the phone didn't understand what I was asking for and I had to repeat my order and correct it several times. Their website is down but no apologies just 'yeah I know'.

Guy working there completely rude, no customer service at all! Manager had some customer service. Not sure how he's employed.

Had a delivery from here recently. The order on 'just eat ' was quick and easy. The food arrived on time, I ordered a gluten free Hawaiian. The base is the worst gluten free I've had in any pizza place. Very little topping too. Also had A mighty meteor large which had an odd anaseed taste according to my family. Also the wedges were not great. I have to say that this was a disappointment for us and has made me reluctant to try again.

Small store with limited parking spaces

The dominos pizza range is well shared online and this store offers all the menu items. This store offers delivery. The team are friendly, and there only seems to be a small wait at peak times. Whilst the pizzas can be expensive you know what you're getting and the quality always lives up to the cost.

Got to love the two for Tuesday

One day they are awesome and one day not so much, i guess it depends on the person that is making pizzas at the time, but there should be same standard always. So many times ordered double mushrooms and it was barely handful. Not worth the money at some points.
