The chips overcooked and dry also found thin pieces of plastic with the chips the Onion rings burnt the chicken nuggets had a nasty taste to them but the kabab was lovely to be honest we have never had a problem before

The food there is really good the diner kebab is amazing the chips are crispy and soft in the middle very nice with a sours on top and the same with the kebab. The staff are really nice and friendly.thay did speak a lot because there was a bit of a language barrier but when thay did speak it was lovely and nice. We often order from Chippenham Kebab and Pizza House so this review will be indicative of the last time that we ordered which was in October 2023. We ordered from their website which is east to navigate and simply categorizes the types of food on offer. While the menu is not extensive, there is still plenty to choose from in the way of kebabs, pizzas, burgers and chips. I went for the chicken wrap and cheesy chips this time and my wife decided to go for a make-your-own pizza and hot wings. Recently, they have taken the fried chicken option off their menu. Last time we had it the chicken wasn't that great so it may be because of a supply issue or one of cost. Anyway my wife went for the hot wings instead to give them a go. The chicken wrap is always delicious and is like nicely-spiced chicken breast tenders in a tortilla wrap. It may be too salty for some people's taste but not for mine. The cheesy chips are always great and they manage to get the melt just right while keeping some semblance of crispiness on the majority of the chips. My wife's pizza was tasty, cheesy and generously populated with toppings. And the hot wings were delicious. The outer coating was terrific and crispy and moreish. The chicken on the inside was really tasty and they are much better than wings we have had from other places. They are not that hot, which was fine for us, but if you're looking for something with a bit more heat you might have to either add some hot sauce or look elsewhere. The delivery time was as quick as ever. It arrived in under half an hour. This is mainly the case with Chippenham Kebab and Pizza House unless there is a sports tournament or something like that where they may be busy. It's certainly quicker than waiting for a driver from somewhere like KFC. All in all, another enjoyable meal and we will be eating from here again.

Don’t ever order from here. At least not with card payment. Your delivery won’t arrive and they’ll fail to give you a refund - avoid at all costs.

The lamb in my shish kebab is dry and chewy and terrible! You ring them up to ask them to fix it after using them for weeks and they just hang up! Rubbish won’t use you ever again

My partner and I ordered for delivery, was fresh,speedy,well mannered delivery driver and this was our 3rd time getting takeaway but will definitely be our main place to order from, very happy.

the food is pretty good the staff are very friendly the kebabs are fantastic i wish they wold lower the price a bit but that's just me thay got good options of food and combs. go there if hungry

Terrible.. went straight into the bin! 🗑 Had no choice as most restaurants were close, so went in to try it.. Asked for boneless chicken breast and got two pieces of dried up chicken with bones in, that looked like they’d been there all week 😒 Very disappointed, waste of money.

Once again excellent meal, lovely chicken kebabs with fresh salad and hot, crispy fries delivered on time. Never had a bad meal from here!

Really wish a 0 rating was available Both me and my wife unfortunately run out of time to cook for us and our three young children. We decided to order from Chippenham pizza and kebab House using the just eat app. When our food was delivered, a doner kebab ordered was luke warm, had no chilli sauce as ordered The chips were cold and soggy (evidence they had been reheated in a microwave due to melted polystyrene box To top it off my wife ordered 2 slices of fudge cake which was delivered as 2 slices of gateau, when my wife opened the box it was completely frozen. I put in a complaint with the above and when I mentioned the gateau was frozen I was met with the response 'I know it was' Having read their reviews this has happened in the past. I was told on the phone 'we are allowed to make mistakes' but clearly this has happened before The employee I spoke to really didn't care and didn't want to issue a refund. I explained we were not trying to pull a fast one but the dinner was actually quite revolting They then asked for us to send the food back to which I responded we were unable to however they were free to go through our bin and collect it (don't understand how they could prove it was cold if it is already in the bin) Customer service is disgusting and so is their attitude I explained that gateau has to be defrosted at room temp over time otherwise it will be unsafe only to be expected to wait until tomorrow to eat.. Certainly will not be ordering from these again

The Meal its self was fantastic and very tasty, We all enjoyed our meals. The only let down was I pre ordered to be delivered for 19.30 so I knew everyone would be home from work to eat there meals hot, But it showed up at 18.30 a total hour early. My sons had to reheat there meals when they came in from work which was the only let down to the experience. Lets hope next time they check the delivery time otherwise it will be refused.

Burgers, nuggets and cheesy chips were super tasty, the only slight bad but was the regular chips were a little dried out and over salted.

First time from this restaurant as recently moved to the area.....excellent! Food arrived hot, fresh and was very tasty. Will definitely order from here again

Great, good food but they forgot parts of the order like my milkshake and no salad

2 pizzas arrived 20 minutes outside of the already lengthy delivery window. When it finally arrived, there was a tub of sauce, which we didn't order, had been pressed into the middle of both our pizzas, which we had to fish out before we could dive right into our cold, late pizzas, with a big circle squashed into the middle. Will not order from here again.

These guys, they serve some great food and they never pack light. You will leave with a container bursting with delicious food, your stomach 😋 will love you, the guys are friendly and

Pizza arrived, something heavy had been put on the top so most the pizza topping was stuck to the top of the box. So that was disappointing, we didn’t contact shop as the wait time for another one to be sent did not seem worth it.

We had a takeaway delivered today it was the worst one ever the lettuce in my chicken kebab was all brown and wilted my wife had chicken nuggets and chips and the chips were inedible because the had melted into the polystyrene packet and tasted of plastic definitely not a good experience

Ordered from here a few times. Never had a problem, until tonight. Very minor one that won’t stop me from re ordering. But an item or two wasn’t to what I ordered. However first minor problem. Besides that, always on time, delicious food. Burgers are delish!!

Same again - terrific food, delivered early.

No salad included for kebab despite being listed on menu as included - very disappointing. Kebab overall was just not great. Chips, meh. Chicken burger was ok, that had some salad in it which was a wild surprise after the shambles of kebab we received. Milkshake on menu was listed as ‘milkshake’ so very underwhelmed when a yazoo was delivered. Probs won’t go back here again.

I ordered our food at approximately 18:30, and the order was confirmed immediately. The estimated delivery time was 19:20, and although that was a bit if a wait, it was acceptable as it's a Friday. I only ordered a chicken kebab, and a margarita pizza for my 6 year old. When I hadn't received anything by 19:30, I called the shop, and was told they were sorry, they were busy, and the food had just left and was on its way. So as another 20 minutes had passed, and still no food, I tried to call again with no joy. Eventually, 40 minutes after the first call, and 1hr and 40 minutes after the order was placed(!!!), The food arrived. The driver asked if he was late?!? I obviously replied that he was (very), and he said that he had literally come to me straight from the shop. So someone was lying. Oh, and the food was also cold. (Luke warm if I'm feeling generous, but I'm not). Very disappointed, with a very tired 6 year old. Not impressed, and not recommended.

This was the best kebab we've had in years !

Have spent over £1000 being a member at keskins in the last year and prices have gone up and quality gone down so we gave these guys a go and was very impressed with the portion size and the prices in comparison. Will be using from now on

My OH orders takeout from here quite regularly and treated me to a slice of what was described on their website menu as "Fudge Cake". However, when trying to cut into it I noted it seemed very hard and was difficult to break. No wonder as it was frozen solid and fresh from their freezer! I had to leave it to the following day to defrost in our fridge. This was clearly bought in from a supermarket or catering wholesaler as you could clearly see the indentations from where it had been taken out of the plastic carton. Also, it was NOT fudge and could best be described as Chocolate Gateau! Reasonably priced though considering what I got.

Lots of food the only reason being you have to order so much to reach minimum order price. Then the take away puts on another delivery charge. I think this could be alleviated.

Ordered the lamb shish kabab - the lamb was chewy and mostly fat, couldn't eat any of it. Ended up chucking the whole thing away and made my own dinner.

We expected our food to be delivered at 18.50, it was a bit later than that but not enough to spoil the food, also not enough to mark it as late! I'm being nagged by the programme to rate the Restaurant Service, I'm giving it a low score as we didn't actually use a Restaurant, it was a Take Away/Delivery

Food is as mixed up with another, by the time correct order arrived it was cold. Normally bang on with there service hopefully just a minor sip

Onion rings were soggy, burgers were overdone, chicken was chewy. They did replace the onion rings which were better but still not great

We have ordered from here a few times now and the service has been impeccable. The food always hot, the service always on time if not early! We had items missing once they realised before I said anything and delivered them to our house plus refunded the money for them as compensation!! Highly recommended!

I've used Chippenham Kebab many times and have not had a bad meal from them. I considered putting a time for the delivery but decided to let it get delivered when it was ready and it was delivered about 15 - 20 minutes before expected This site has asked me to fill in Restaurant Service, but we didn't actually talk to anyone at the Restaurant or visit the restaurant SO please ignore the rating

Food and service very good. Although for some reason we received our order twice... wouldn’t complain apart from the second lot came at 11pm when people were trying to get to sleep.

Choc fudge cake wasn't that it was cheap Iceland style frozen cake. Chips inedible as over cooked. Coleslaw put in with hot food so was warm and vile.

I rang them asking to cancel an order I made at 22.30 and it confirmed at 16.30 the next day!!!! I rang them before and asked them to cancel the order which they said they would checked my bank today and they have taken the money for something I haven’t received or wanted which makes them THIEFS IN MY MIND

Excellent food! Large quantity! Defo order again!

Loved this place and would always use them as a treat at work. That was until this week when both of us who ate different things fell ill. This was the only thing we had in common eating so must have been from there. More concerning is that we ate separate meals meaning it must be down to poor hygiene. This is very worrisome in this time of Coronavirus.

Been going here 20+ years Yimaz too.Very good.
