Nice spot staff seemed lovely but the female manager seemed a bit surly and impatient . Would’ve put more stars but that spoiled the experience a bit

Bottomless brunch - huge range of drinks and good food choices. Jamie seemed to be serving all of the tables and managed to make our experience incredible. Such a good vibe and strong drinks. 100% recommend - ask for Jamie if you can!!

Having been here in the past we thought it was a safe bet with the 2 children. Arrived approx 7pm and not one table clean and ready ti sit down too although the place was very very quiet. After waiting approx. 15 mins and having to ask for a table to very cleaned we ordered drinks and asked for the children's menu to be told..... there is no child's menu ask a second member of staff and no kids menu. Told them there is one online ti be told "is there??? (looked 30 mins previously on the website to down load the kids menu) staff have no clue. Sat down to drink our drinks as quick as we could so we could look elsewhere for children to eat for my partner to question the menu with the manager to be told, yes thats fine order anything from the children's menu????? So we did. £8 for 2 kids meals. Bargain. Kids hungry let's go for it. Children would now like desert. All included on kids menu. Vanilla ice-cream. Nope, charged £9 for 1 and a half scoops of vanilla ice cream!!! More expensive than Looked at menu..... even on the vegan menu it was £4 each???? Place is so dirty. Floor sticky.... peeling your shoes from the floor...... staff have no clue. Will not be returning.... a shame after a great experience a few months ago.

Dan at the Bridge tap was amazing. The food was beyond 5 stars and the service even more so. I would highly recommend for a, more than, 5 star rating all round

All football lads, while I'm dressed more like a person who just wants a drink. When asking if i can come in they kept saying 2 minute. Feels bad

We came into the Bridge Tap after having out train get stuck on the tracks for over an hour due to an issue on the line. We needed to get a quick lunch and then head out to Stonehenge. We had such a small window of time to get out to Stonehenge for our scheduled time and we could not find a cab using apps and calling the cab companies directly. We were a little panicked about our situation. The two bartenders there that day were amazing. They went above and beyond and called cab companies they were familiar with and got us a cab that got us out to Stonehenge right on time. If it were not for them, we probably would have missed seeing Stonehenge. I am truly grateful for their help. The food was good and it came out fast. The bartenders were also great at suggesting beers and just generally being great people. Would definitely recommend!

We came as a group of 10 today for bottomless brunch. The service was SO SLOW. The table next to us had one drink in 45 minutes, we had three drinks each in two hours! Not remotely bottomless drinks. Avoid

The food was rather tasteless and I did not enjoy it at all. The description of the burgers sounded delicious, but what I received was beyond disappointing. There were several television screens, many of which were large, showing a rugby game which I liked. My main complaint is the food, which did not taste good.

Really good Burgers actually. Will definitely visit again. Happy with the choice of beers. Really love what they've done with the atmosphere here. The hand drawn branding on the beer kegs on the wall behind the bar, showing you what's availiable, murals on other walls etc... It's just a fun quirky well lit place that's nice to be in. Clean too. Friendly helpful keen staff.

Amazing time at the bridge tapp. We booked the bottomless brunch and Summer was an amazing waitress ensuring we had drinks at all times.

We've been going to the Bridge Tap for almost 2 years to attend the quiz every Monday. However tonight we purchased a bottle of wine to share and after we took one sip, we found it tasted soapy and vinagery. When we took it back to to the bar the staff member (Dylan, who was not on the bar floor when we originally purchased the bottle) claimed we had had it too long for them to do anything about it. There was still 3/4 of the wine still there and our glasses with the wine still in them. When we left early before even finishing the quiz, we took it up to the bar and the woman (who is lovely and served us) looked confused and apologetic when we told her about it. Very disappointing as never once complained about the wine (same bottle every time) and would have hoped for better service or at the very least a polite demeanour. Mean spirited sadly.

First off, the food was bland, no favour at all. On arrival, we struggled to find a free table that was not covered in sticky beer stains. Ordered at the bar, and the barman insisted our table number didn't exist, I checked, it did!! No apology from him. I ordered Main course mac and cheese, my partner had a cheeseburger. Food arrived in good time, However, mac and cheese arrived in a tiny bowl with about a spoon full of mac and cheese. It also looked like it had been under a heat lamp the entire afternoon. I said to the server that I had ordered it as a main course, not a side. She was insistent I had not, and told me I would have to pay for it if I wanted it. I asked her to check, sure enough I had. Again, No apology. We had to wait for that to be cooked, by which time may partner had finished her food. Mac and cheese was tasteless, but it was freshly cooked. Salad was dry, bland. Partner said burger was nothing special The very worse part, was while I was at the bar, the male food server sneezed several times into his hands, wiped them with blue role, and then handled someone's food. With hind site, I should have left at that point. This place has a lot of very good reviews. Looks like they were having a seriously bad day when we were there.

The food was not commensurate with the exorbitant price of it. We do not mind paying for expensive food, but it has to be worth it. From the menu, the burgers sounded delicious, but what arrived was not at all impressive. What was served was floppy, soggy, lacked taste and the meat was terrible. On the other hand, I can see why people who enjoy watching sports might like the atmosphere itself, but that was not what substantially caused us not to enjoy our experience. When I say a negative thing about a place, I usually try to state a positive aspect. This place might be okay if you like a rather loud environment with sports such as rugby playing on large screens. If one, however, wants to have a tasty burger this place is not the venue to eat such a meal.

SUMMER was absolutely amazing!! She explained the brunch was super helpful and smiled the whole time! I will be back again to enjoy a bottomless brunch!

Had the bottomless brunch at 12:45 on a Saturday, Our server Chloe was incredible, came over asked if we needed anything else several times and was genuinely so catering towards us as a birthday of 2. Will absolutely book again! Thank you so much for making it amazing Chloe!

Arrived for bottomless brunch hen do, to be told no Prosecco, asked if white wine could be provided, waitress said she would have to ask the manager. Just returned to say he said no, we then said could we please speak to him, he was quite confrontational when he arrived at the table. He did then say we could have housewine, which we thanked him for. When the wine arrived it was in a beer glass, and even the one cocktail I had, which was a martini expresso which was served in what I would call a toothbrush glass! They were understaffed and should not have booked the 3 or 4 large groups they had in. It can hardly be bottomless. If you can’t even get a waitress to come and serve you.

Excellent pub - the staff are always friendly and polite. Really recommend going on a Thursday when all the cocktails are £4.25

Booked the bottomless brunch on Saturday with some friends and was greeted by a lovely waitress named Jess. She informed us that they didn’t have any Prosecco (my face dropped) so they wouldn’t be able to serve any Prosecco based cocktails but they could serve a glass of rose Prosecco instead (frown instantly turned upside down) 😂 My sister and friend ordered the stone baked pizza while I had a chicken burger. Food was lovely, the only complaint about my burger was it was a little on the over done side and the pizzas were partly burnt on the bottom. Aside from that, it was enjoyable. I initially dreaded booking here as I know people come here to watch the football but the menu really appealed to me, and there other groups of bottomless brunchers and someone had a birthday celebration so the atmosphere was very loud and vibrate which was fun. I would definitely book here again, thank you for a wonderful time.

Good food and even better drinks!!!

We came for a meal for my sisters hen do & we had pre ordered a few weeks in advance. When we arrived we ordered drinks and had to wait for our table to be cleared. Once we had ordered our drinks we then sat down expecting our food to come out within 10-15 mins as we had pre ordered but half an hour went by so I asked a young girl behind the bar if she could find out how much longer we would have to wait and that she’d go ask the manager but clearly she never did. We then went up again half an hour later making it an hour of waiting and the guy behind the bar started to get rude and argumentative saying there wasn’t a pre order but a few minutes later they found it and said we’d have to wait another 15 minutes to which we said we will time it and if it’s not out we will have to leave as we have another reservation booked elsewhere & also they told us that the fish and chips that were pre ordered were no longer on the menu! The food came out after an hour and a half of waiting, some of the meals weren’t very nice. Rude staff and very unfriendly!

Awful. Not a nice place to eat at all. Food took ages to arrive even though we pre ordered, had to ask 3 times for more cutlery. When the food did arrive it was just cheap and awful. If I could rate zero stars I would.

Poor service, payed £20 deposit for hen do and pre booked all our food weeks before, we were sat down waiting an hour and 15 mins just to be told they haven’t even cooked food. They said didn't even realise we ordered food. They then said they no longer do fish and chips even though it was pre ordered weeks before. Staff were also rude

Booked and paid £20 deposit for a hen do only a small group of 8, got to the bridge tap table wasn't ready, we had pre booked food so they knew want everyone was having, an hour and twenty minutes before the food came out we had to ask bar staff about our food basically told we should have asked when we arrived if everything was ok hmmmm surly you system would have said food pre ordered? Very rude staff especially the guy behind the bar, the manger wasn't much better when the food did eventually come out it wasn't the best and cold , when we complained we were told well you ate it, won't be going there again and definitely won't be recommending it to anyone else...

Great food and location for sport

The loaded fries were delicious! Such a huge serving, I couldn't finish it! The wait staff are very friendly and made me feel right at home. I would definitely come here again if I didn't live 4000 miles away! I loved the subtle humor of the two menus, one is for vegans and other says FOOD... Lol!!

Can’t cope when it’s busy, rude and incompetent staff, slow service and expensive pints. Got told to leave and called rude after complaining about my 45 minute wait on 4 pints….how hard could it really be? Useless- manager was a bit of a knob as well

Having reserved a table For six to for england rugby i have to say this was the worst experience i have ever had. Bar service was shocking with very rude and argumentative staff. Over priced drinks and an app for table service that just didn't work. Could not leave for somewhere else due to ordering on app and unable to cancel. I will never return and recommend to any one not to go . Plenty of other places to go to
