Today I ordered a large pizza with: Old, blackened mushrooms (disgusting and not tasty) The dough is fine, thin and crispy edges. I ordered: cheese, ham and double mushrooms. There were probably no double mushrooms because the pizza was very poor in ingredients. (maybe it's better if they use old mushrooms).

All pizzas overcooked, one almost burnt. Used to be fans of Mega Pizza, but not after this order. Claimed to have refunded missing toppings, but no refund seen yet.

Ordered a 20" pizza to share, unfortunately there was at least a 3" surface on the edge of the pizza that had no toppings. It appears that you still get the same amount of toppings if you order the smaller pizza, they just stretch the dough further.

I would have given 5 stars but not everything we ordered was delivered- we bought 4 dips and only 2 arrived - disappointed we were charged for things that we didn’t receive

Best pizza in town, delivery takes a while tho, but a good chunk of my Pizza stuck to the lid, Pizza Savers are a must on such large pizzas to avoid such disappointment on arrival.

Usually love these pizzas but ordered the kebab pizza..came with a whole lettuce shredded on top, tiny cubes of chicken, a few gherkins and a drizzle of garlic mayo.. was really tasteless and bland ..

Didn't have chips in but they did refund me for that, which was ok. Pizza was great however didn't get the dips or a refund for the dips so out of an order of 1 Pizza, 1 Chips and 2 Dips i got . . . a Pizza. Not a great first time customer experience. Not sure if i would order here again.

Pizza is amazing and would highly recommend! 20 inch pizza is perfect if entertaining guests - showstopper! There’s a real joy about having a pizza slice larger than your plate! (*plate size depending!)

Great tasting pizza as always and delivered on time. One small issue is, I ordered extra chicken toppings but it was forgotten. This has happened multiple times unfortunately. Everything was included and up to standard.

Ya know how pizzas from supermarkets, or, from other global franchises normally have enough room between the toppings for you to see the cheese and sometimes even the sauce? The Mega Pizza was absolutely stacked, not only was it wall to wall toppings, it was also way less oily than other now similarly priced franchises.

Decent food as always, put a three star for delivery as it was nearly a 2 hour wait but what do you expect from a very popular place like Mega Pizza 👍🏼

Best pizza EVER. My partner is originally from Glasgow and he agrees! We never get pizza from anywhere else and never will! Never leave reviews but mega pizza totally deserve it!

The large pizza was inedible as was black on the bottom. A real shame as have ordered before with no issues. Won’t be ordering again.

Unfortunately for the second time in a row the extra toppings requested were not added. I would advise phoning the restaurant if you intend to make adjustments to your order. Other than this error, the pizza itself was fantastic as usual.

1st time order. Amazing. Thin, crispy light base. Perfect amount and distribution of toppings. Really tasty. No idea why I've not ordered from here before but definitely will again. Also was 15 minutes early and delivery guy was so polite and happy.

It took 1 hr 35 minutes to receive a pizza that wasn’t great. We ordered extra cheese which it didn’t have and the chips were undercooked, some were still hard. We ordered a large chips and got a small. it was definitely not worth the £27 we paid.

I love the novelty of a 20" (50cm) pizza as it hardly fits through the door 😂 It's the only place that does pizzas that size in Trowbridge. The dough feels fresh and soft, the ingredients look great and the pizzas are delicious. Only issue is that it's closed on Sundays.
